• John (9/5): Once there, we were well taken care of. - We were just there for an overnight stay, so the location was ideal being so close to the train station. The room was basic, but clean and well put together. The entrance is unassuming, but needs work. It was a little strange to walk into this empty are and have to go up stairs to get to the elevator which took you to the lobby. It was also a noisy night being so close to the station.

They offered a key holding facility incase you do not wish to carry your keys with you. 24h front desk service and they hold your bags for free for as long as you wish (make sure to take a pic of your number) I had to iron outside in the hallway, but this was set up and tidied away for me. The pressure of the shower head was not too strong.

Desde ahí tienes la Piazza cinquecento para cualquier bus que quieras , o la estación para tren )metro El personal del hotel es increíble . Me ayudaron en planificar rutas y demás. Muy guay. Para mí, sobrado, porque no paré en el hotel más que para dormir. Todo el día fuera. A mí no me merece la pena pillar un hotel superior porque no estoy en él a ninguna hora. Cada uno, ha de valorar, evidentemente. Para mí llegar y dejar maletas sin volverme loca buscando el hotel es fundamental. La zona es insegura de noche si te toca bordear la estación andando para llegar al hotel, como me pasó a mí, que llegué a las 4 de la madrugada y la estación estaba cerrada. ,(tuve que dar la vuelta y daba miedito). Pero si vas en metro, sales desde dentro de la estación y solo cruzas la calle, que no está nada mal. El edificio es mega antiguo. El hoteo queda en la tercera planta (hay ascensor). El desayuno me resultó muy escaso.

La habitación que nos dieron era muy pequeña para 3 personas, el baño era minúsculo, no te podías sentar de frente porque te dabas con la mampara de la ducha, no había toallero, ni una silla para sentarse. Además de eso se que me quitaron, maquillaje de mi neceser, no quise poner una reclamación porque no tengo pruebas, pero se que me lo quitaron en la habitación.

• Hussein (8/5): Safe hotel that you will definitely feel comfortable keeping your valuables in. - The location near termini and the staff behavior I lost some money inside the room that I didn’t know about until the receptionist called me to retrieve it. The entrance / the view of the room from window / the doors were not canceling noise as required.

It was worst hotel I have stay in my entire europe trip. -The facility was less then 2 star hotel But they claim on internet as 1 star hotel. (Lie and overrating to miss lead the visitors.) -Hotel was in a rented building's 3rd floor only. BUT they posted photo on internet like entire building is hotel. (Fake and lie and over advertising to miss lead the visitors.) -To reach hotel either use stairs with heavy luggages or use a very tinny (for only 2 person) like accent old wire pull operated lift which makes your scar if breaks any time. -Rooms are too small and the way to go room is going through is so narrow and -No any toiletry provided. -There was no any complementary water provided. -No any hot system in the winder of JAN month. -Staff are also so much rouged and impolite. Always to refuse you for any support for anything you asked. because you already paid and they got money in advance So they don't care what you say them.

• Paulamcs (4/5): Unacceptable noise levels - Our hotel room was clean, modern and adequate in size. The shower was excellent and the location is great as it’s literally around the corner from the main train station. Outlook from the room window was very poor (it looked into a very run down area / courtyard) and other rooms. The walls are paper thin. We got very little sleep as we could clearly hear the conversations of the guests in the room next to us which on until the early hours of the morning and then started a couple of hours later. The noise in this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced and the staff didn’t say anything to the noisy guests about keep the noise down and in fact in the early mornings sounded like they were making just as much noise. There was no engagement from the reception staff at all apart from the odd hello. I would not stay again due to the noise levels alone, despite the great location.

• miriam (7/5): estaba bien para un fin de semana pero no volvería a alojarme en este hotel - estaba muy bien ubicado,hemos ido a andado a cualquier lugar sin problema y el personal a sido muy amable y comprensivo parece una tontería y no es algo en lo que me duela fijar nunca pero el colchón era extremadamente duro,está claro que para algunas personas estará bien pero desde luego está duro y las almohadas también por lo que a la mañana siguiente nos despertábamos con dolor de cuello y estaba un poco sucio de polvo y peludas sobretodo
