• Mouad (7/5): Clean and quiet hotel, ideal for airport transit, but not suited for sightseeing. - Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet environment. Perfect if you’re transiting through Sabiha Gökçen airport — literally 15 minutes away. Location is far from the main tourist areas. You need significant travel time to reach Sultanahmet or the European side.

• Patrick (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel! - Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr große Auswahl und ist lecker. Die Lage ist nah zum östlichen Flughafen Istanbuls. Fußläufig sind einige Geschäfte & Restaurants zu erreichen. Wenn man jedoch Sigtseeing machen möchte, ist es auf die europäische Seite etwas weiter zu fahren. Das Fitnesstudio, das Restaurant und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr gut! Es war alles sehr gut!

Schon beim Check-in wurde ich von unfreundlichem Personal empfangen, kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Der Service insgesamt wirkte lustlos und desinteressiert. Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung: Es war deutlich sichtbar nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Im Badezimmer fand ich Haare vom vorherigen Gast, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Die Bettwäsche hatte auffällige Flecken, was das Schlafgefühl alles andere als angenehm machte. Für ein Hotel, das sich selbst im Business-Segment ansiedelt, erwarte ich wesentlich mehr Sauberkeit, Professionalität und Kundenorientierung. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Anonym (8/5): Ok für den Preis. - Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck. Empfang durch CRM war sehr freundlich. Habe ein upgrade des Zimmers erhalten sowie Früchte aufs Zimmer als welcome. Im Zimmer wurde vermutlich geraucht. Da ich nur eine Nacht blieb, habe ich nicht beanstandet. Metrostation war etwas weiter als ich dachte.

• Akin (8/5): Temiz Huzurlu - teknik eksiklikleri olan bir otel - konaklama genel anlamda çok iyiydi fakat konakladığımız 2+2 total dört günde hemen hemen her akşam odaya yemek söyledik ve sabahları da kahvaltı söyledik tabii tepsi ile geliyor ya da tekerlekli masayla geliyor sonra biz yemeği yiyoruz sonra kapının önüne bırakıyoruz haliyle kapının önünden alınmıyor, yani kat servisi sıfır, öğlen bir gibi bırakıp gidiyoruz akşam 11:12’de bir geliyoruz tepsiler işte masalar kapının önünde duruyor sabah kahvaltıda yedigimiz omlet kalıntılar kokmuş arıyoruz resepsiyona rica ediyoruz ya da oda servisini arıyoruz rica ediyoruz aldırıyoruz atıyorum iki tane tepsi varsa biri alınmış diğeri kalmış. Bu konuda çok zayıflar. Odada mini bar ışıklı bir camlı bir buzdolabı: normalde içinde gömülüyor olduğu dolap ahşap dolap kapağı olmalı ama yok kırılmış muhtemelen ve odayı devamlı ışık altında tutuyor geceleri önüne yastıkla kapatmak zorunda kaldık her gece aman ışıktan dolayı uykumuz kaçmasın diye. İlk gün klima çalışmıyordu ya ben çalıştığını zannediyordum ama oda sıcaklığı 25°’nin altına düşmüyordu, ikinci günü rica ettim gelip yaptılar. Temizlik konusunda çok iyiler ve çok yardımcılar ama olanaklar konusu biraz sorunluydu. Gürültü yoktu sakin bir otel. Havuz temiz fakat 3. gün havuza girdiğimizde havuza kıyafetle giyilen bir misafir oldu bence uyarılmalıdır ya da müsaade edilmemeliydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili en azından yüz yüze geldiğiniz zaman. Yemekler çok lezzetli. İçecekler oldukça pahalı özellikle alkol kalite ve fiyat açısından/sevilen şarap..

• Dionisie (10/5): Good place to stay in silence before your next flight - Nice breakfast, well soundproofed rooms, very nice bathroom! Not super clean about laundry, like how much it costs to just wash the clothes. A little bit far away from the metro (around 10-15 mins walking). Also, classic thing for Turkey - staff at the reception speaks English, others - good luck.
