• rachelviso (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación, tenía aire acondicionado y camas cómodas Estaba sucio: extractor cocina lleno de grasa, suelo de habitación y armario con polvo, una mesita con migas. En la cocina aparecían unos bichitos cada día,en la habitación al lado de la cama otro tipo de bicho. La entrada siempre sucia. Varias zonas rotas: la puerta del baño de abajo estaba rota y casi no cerraba, las puertas de la mampara de la ducha no se mantenian cerradas, varias paredes con golpes, en la cocina parte de abajo muebles rotos.. todo no se veía en las fotos de booking

• Patrik (9/5): Here’s a concise and impactful summary for the review title: --- "Spacious Apartment with Great Terrace, But Lack - Spacious, located close to the city center, with a fantastic terrace in the courtyard. The entire apartment is soundproofed from street noise. The shower doors were not installed correctly; they didn’t fit together properly and kept opening, resulting in a constant puddle in the bathroom. There was no soap holder by the sink, so the soap ended up sitting in the wet area under the sink. Although the accommodation is for up to 8 people, there were only enough blankets for 4. The rest of us had to sleep under sheets (we are, of course, familiar with Spanish culture and the common practice of sleeping under sheets, but it would have been nice to have some spare blankets in the apartment for colder nights—especially since we experienced quite a bit of chill during our stay). The kitchen is not adequately equipped for cooking for 8 people; there were only two small pans, barely enough to make a sauce for 4, which was insufficient. While one can always manage, it would be helpful to have at least one larger pan available.

• Antuanela (9/5): The stay was excellent, given the sights visited, the wonderful city and the gorgeous weather! - Excellent location, very close to Sagrada Familia and the central area. The apartment was clean, except for the sofa in the living room which did not have the sheets changed on the mattress (probably missed during cleaning). Easy access with electronic key. The sofa in the living room was not suitable for sleeping, although according to the number of people in the reservation, someone had to sleep there. It had a broken metal base at one end and it was like sleeping on a cot.
• Shpend (6/5): can be much better with little investment - they have very complicated process of getting electronic key contract that you sign with AB comapny several day prior arrival after you have allready paid full amount is one side contract that protects only the landloard side. for five night stay's , five family members only two small soaps in bathroom and you do not have where to put it , bathroom door do not have key mold in bedroom
• Iva (9/5): Cute appartment with great location - Great location, close to different public transport options. The wifi was stable and everything was clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful view of the neighborhood from the large windows. You can choose to check in digitally which is done with a third party app but the instructions were very clear and it worked well. If you choose to get a physical key you need to first visit an office about 40 minute walk away from the appartment building which is open until 23:00. You can also leave your luggage there for free. The hair dryer was old and very difficult to use. It overheats every 30 seconds and stops working until it cools down again. Randomly from time to time you could feel a sewage scent coming from the bathroom. Not a big deal but generally not pleasant.

Good location Cleanliness of apartment smelt of stale smoke and noisy with other residents. checking in system which is complicated and not explained lots of calls to sort it out. No physical customer service. You don’t deal with booking.com but local property company.
• Ritu (9/5): Excellent location!! - Location is excellent. It’s a comfortable apartment for 6-7 ppl. Single bathroom and two WC was limiting for 7 people.. Every thing was good.

The is only one key on one persons phone so if the group splits for the day, only one person has apartment access. We then had walk to the office to collect a physical key. The sofa bed was broken down to middle which meant the bed sank in and made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Sheets were dirty on the sofa bed. Rooms are small and no clothes horse to hang washing. It said there was a washer and dryer but we didn't have a dryer. No coffee machine even though it stated that there was one. It felt like the whole apartment needed a deep clean.

• Martin (8/5): Very good - The accommodation fulfilled its purpose, the apartment was clean, the electronic key in the application always worked without problems, the beds was excellent, the location was 5 minutes' walk from the Sagrada Familia, so it was exactly what we expected and what we paid for + we highly recommend the Mexican restaurant directly below the apartment where the food was excellent... Thank you :) The apartment would be more suitable if there were 4 or 5 of us in it, as one room and the bathroom were a bit small, the view from the balcony is to the courtyard where it is full of apartments and balconies so not a very pleasant look, the air conditioner had a slight smell so I would like to clean it, the street around and the neighbors below we had always smelled for cannabis, but the owner and the accommodation itself are not responsible for this of course...

Perhaps we missed it but there was no housekeeping available to us during the stay. Room by the street was extremely noisy. TV was old and slow and unresponsive

Excellent location, easy access to public transport and in walking distance to Sagrada Familia, many nice restaurants with perfect view and supermarkets as well. Lovely apartment, hassle-free entry (we requested digital key), very well-fitted kitchen with welcome gifts on our arrival. 🥰 Immaculate bathroom, clean and comfortable beds, spacious living room with big sofa, lovely balcony to sit out and enjoy sunshine. I would recommend this property to stay at! Everything was great. 👌🏻
• Christopher (7/5): Great location. - The location was great; probably the best thing about the apartment. It definitely had enough room to cater to a family, the beds were comfortable. Being able to have the keys on my phone was a great idea too. The entire process to download the keys were somewhat needlessly complicated. I would have loved a link to get the keys once the stay had been paid for and not need to pass through a very unnecessary KYC process + additional fees.

Beds are comfy, kitchen is great and lounge area is nice size. There are enough amenities in the kitchen. Could do with a few more. They have a dishwasher which is great in my eyes! Bathroom is on the small side but it’s okay. It’s still tastefully decorated. You can hear the noise outside in one of the back rooms. This was really disturbing one night as i couldn’t sleep all night due to the banging and shouting: I also requested a pillow as we were one short. I have the wrong door number (there are two one door) I didn’t realise: the staff were friendly enough to sort this however 5nights and no pillow. I stopped messaging because it would always be someone will be with you. Aside from that. I would actually stay here again. It’s a safe area, close to things, great supermarkets and shops and cafe close by! And you really feel the Barcelona vibe! No pillow on time. And the noise… 😕
• Dejana (9/5): Great value for money, good location, and spacey apartment for 2 families of friends. - Apartment is very spacey, duplex, ideal for 2 families or group of friends. It has one bathroom and toilet downstairs, big kitchen and big courtyard. View is to the inner side of the block. It located just a couple of minutes from Sagrada Familia and metro station. There is a lot of supermarkets in the neighborhood. We were able to leave our luggage at AB office before check in, for free, and we took key cards. Just little things... hairdryer wasn`t working well, there is one water boiler so group has to make a schedule.

• Expat (6/5): Good location but quite some things to be aware of - The location of the apartment was excellent. If you are looking for something central, about a 5-7 minute walk to Sagrada Familia, then this one was for you. There was also a small grocery in the same street as well as a bakery. The area felt safe. The company renting out the apartment has an app and you can send your requests thru the app and also book your airport transfer thru the app (do note though that its more expensive vs booking taxis directly). They were also quite responsive thru calls - even early at 6am there was someone who picked up the phone. They also provided a "welcome pack" with some tea, coffee and one dishwashing tablet and one washing machine tablet. We are a group of 7 people so this apartment provided good space for all (2 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds). There were quite a number of things: - Before booking, you have to understand that although it seems that the whole building is managed by the same company, there is no reception in this building. So if you are arriving earlier than the 3PM check in time, there is no place to drop off your luggage in the building. They provided an option to drop off the luggage in their reception about a 15-20 mins drive away so its not very convenient. - Also, before arriving at the place, they send you instructions on downloading an app which allows you to check in virtually and use the app to open the door to the apartment. If you are not technically-savvy, this will not go well. - There is no option to check-in early. They key is supposed to be automatically enabled at 3PM. However, this did not really happen for us. We called their hotline waited a few mins after 3PM to get this enabled. You also need to have internet connection for this auto key to work. Another option is to go to their reception (again 15-20 mins away) to get physical keys which is not very convenient. - We stayed in unit 3002 (which is in the ground floor by the way). It has two floors. On the ground floor, the dining room with the sofa really smelled so bad like pee. We reported this the moment we arrived but unfortunately, the pee smell did not go away. Our theory is that the smell is coming from the AC. - We plugged in the toaster and the lights went off (I guess it shorted?). The appliances look quite dated (see photo of oven). - It would be nice to have some soap dish or face towel holder to keep the toilet clean - There is an outdoor area but it was not clean - you could see small trash like cigarette packets

• Pauline (8/5): Its a very good stay inspite of the misunderstanding on the check in time and the WIFi. - its near the metro station, quiet area, nice living area the check in time. I was confirmed for early check in time but when we got there we cannot get in . We have to call the office and they told us the property is not ready until the usual check in time. They told us to go to there office so we can leave our belongings and go somewhere until the apartment is ready. This is a very frustrating time. Hopefully we have a data that can allow us to call otherwise its so hard to be on this situation. We have to dragged our luggages to the metro to go to the office and back again to the property. Its a long time to wait there 4 hours. Another thing is the WIFi we cannot connect they did not provide the password we have to call again. Its should be on the instruction for check in or in the paper in the property.

However, there could have been better support provided when we reported things - Furniture/facilities- The living room, sofa bed, beds and chairs were very comfortable. Most equipment and facilities were available in the kitchen and store room. Cleanliness and location - It was also very clean, and reasonably close to the station. There was also a supermarket opposite the apartment. Heating was very temperamental. It didn’t work 3/5 nights of our stay. The cooker also stopped working after the first night.

We paid a cleaning fee for 95€ and then they ask for a damage fee for 150€ and they didn’t returned to us the amount saying that we left the apartment dirty. Although We left it with no damages and the most photos they send us was framed. Unacceptable behavior.

Very near to Sagrada Familia, metro, grocery stores, restaurants and etc. We have a slight view of the tip of Sagrada from the veranda and the torres glories which is beautiful at night. Nothing, place is perfect.
