I did request a room for a person with limited mobility and the bathroom was big and equipped for disability access (which was good) however the rest of the room was quite small.

Vi fick en karta över närområdet med de bästa matställena och livsmedelsbutikerna, vilket var till stor hjälp. Frukosten är okej, det finns det mesta. Taket med jacuzzi och solstolar var toppen. Rummet var välstädat varje dag och det fanns ac.

- Paweł (4/5): Nie było źle ale za te pieniądze mogło być lepiej - Obsługa, bardzo profesjonalna. Pokoje może małe ale bardzo czyste, toaleta zaopatrzona w kosmetyki. Dobre europejskie śniadanie. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy zostawić swoje rzeczy w przechowalni i odebrać je popołudniu. Dobra lokalizacja cisza i spokój pomimo że hotel zlokalizowany jest w bliskim centrum. Na dachu fajne patio niestety jacuzzi nie działało. Zdecydowanie czułem się oszukany pokojem. Zapłaciłem za pokój z balkonem a dostałem pokój z wyjściem na klatkę zbudowaną z czterech ścian. Uważam to za zwykły SCAM i oszustwo. Zdecydowanie taniej było wziąć pokój bez tego balkonu i zaoszczędzić pieniądze, lub zwyczajnie pokój w innym hotelu o podobnym standardzie.

The room was tiny and we even got upgraded to a deluxe- it was still tiny. It was clean but the bed was awful- it was very hard so terrible to sleep in. Same goes for the pillows. The cleaning in the morning- every morning at 7-7.30 the staff started with a loud vacuum. Not good as otherwise its a quiet area

- v6Adventuress (10/5): A perfect place to roam Rome - We got a cab from the Campino Airport direct to the front door and it cost €23. We arrived at 10am and intended to drop off our luggage however our room was ready. Floor 2. What a surprise that was and what a room. It was beautiful. A lovely large private terrace outside too. Benzil worked on reception and we chatted to her daily. She always gave us great advice. Floor 3 is the restaurant and outside terrace. I think you go through here to get up the spiral staircase to the jacuzzi roof terrace. Shower Gel, Shower Caps, Soaps etc were provided. Hairdryer too. If there was one thing I didnt like, it was the doors to the toilet in our room. They were green glass sliding doors. Not great for privacy and if you get up in the night, the loo light shines directly through the glass, into the room, disturbing your partner. Otherwise the room was a compact design that was functional. Tea and Coffee, with a minibar that's topped up daily. Our bed was very comfortable. We loved our room and would ask for the same again. Location. It was very close to the overground railway and also the Metro B. But we chose to walk most of the time to the many tourist spots. Outside the hotel was scruffy with graffiti everywhere and no path leading to the hotrl drive. We didnt see that due to the taxi drop off. I think, had we seen this area in front of the hotel before we entered, we would have been apprehensive about the inside. Believe me, ignore that part as the hotel is contemporary and lovely. There is a bar in the basement too. Breakfast was excellent. They had hot sausages, bacon, beans and egg daily along with all the other fresh continental meats, cheeses and fresh breads etc. The ladies working there were wonderfully kind and friendly. You really want for nothing. We would absolutely stay again.

- martin (4/5): - The lady on reception was very welcoming helpful and friendly. The lady helping with the breakfast was also lovely. The bed was comfortable enough and generally the hotel was quiet. Sadly my stay was ruined on the last night as below. 1. Every time someone used the shower next door it sounded like Niagra Falls was running directly behind the bed. This came to a head on the final night when the shower ran continuously for over two hours! I can only assume there was a technical issue. The person on reception was very unhelpful and clearly wasn't wanting to be disturbed. When he entered the room he suggested it wasn't that bad despite the racket sounding like heavy rain hitting against a gutter. Eventually I was moved to a better room however this was at nearly 1am and very tiring and stressful. 2. The sliding toilet privacy door was poor. 3. Lighting was horribly harsh

- Adriana (9/5): Very nice stay - Nice location, in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist area, close to the metro and train stations. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. Good breakfast in the morning. A few nice restaurants options in the area. The smell in the first room I was given. We believe it was mold, fortunately, we received another room immediately after complaining about it.

Le petit déjeuner était complet, on peut se faire un petit dej à l'anglaise avec des oeufs, des saucisses et des haricots ou à la française avec viennoiseries et pain beurre confiture, il y en a pour tous les gouts. Quand la météo, le permet on peut prendre le petit dej sur la terrasse ! Chambre avec douche à l'italienne et lits confortable ! Préciser le montant de la taxe de séjour italienne sur booking qui est de 3€/personnes par jour !

- Szilvia (10/5): Good location, friendly staff, clean room - Location is very good: Close to the metro, the train and bus lines but outside of the city chaos. We had a lovely time, could rest nicely in between sights and there are good restaurants around. Breakfast was good, we slept well in the bed and the personnel is extremely friendly.

Le matelas trop ferme, la terrasse de ma chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue mais sur les murs des bâtiments alentours ainsi que la climatisation qui ne s’arrêtait pas malgré que j’appuyais sur le bouton "off" à plusieurs reprises.
- Simona (9/5): Comfort, comodità e disponibilità. - Ho prenotato in questo hotel per la vicinanza strategica all’Università eCampus. Letteralmente dall’altra parte della strada. La posizione anche a voler visitare Roma centro è estremamente comoda. Super vicina alla metro A e alla metro C, si arriva in stazione termini in 15 minuti e a Colosseo in 10 minuti. Camere pulite, kit ospite completo di asciugamani e ciabattine, Cotton fioche, dischetti struccanti, kit per l’igiene orale. Letto comodo, ho particolarmente apprezzato il doppio cuscino, uno più alto e duro l’altro più basso e morbido. Lo staff è stato super ospitale, gentile, disponibile, Sebastiano in particolare ci ha accolte con il tipico calore romano ed è stato veramente apprezzato: dopo un lungo viaggio ci ha fatte sentire subito a casa. Organizzazione top: il mio soggiorno ha richiesto un’attenzione particolare per quanto riguarda la colazione (potevo mangiare solo alcune tipologie di frutta fresca) e non si sono fatti assolutamente problemi, avendo cura di riservarmi un’abbondante quantità per la mia colazione. Caffè italiano fatto al momento, la possibilità di consumare sulla terrazzina appena fuori la sala colazione. Super la disponibilità nel trattenere oltre check out il bagaglio personale: in questo modo abbiamo avuto modo di visitare la città senza dover andare in giro con la valigia, davvero comodo. Il mio soggiorno é stato più che soddisfacente. Forse l’unica difficoltà l’ho avuta con la chiave, probabilmente molto usata e dovevo giocare un po’ con il tesserino perché si aprisse . Un po scomodo il wc dietro alla porta del bagno, ma nulla di grave.
