It is perfectly positioned to capture plenty of sun throughout the day, but it’s also temperature-controlled, making it just as enjoyable during the cooler months. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the excellent service. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Arup, Vijay, and Joseph multiple times; they are consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. Even when the deck is busy, they go out of their way to accommodate me, seamlessly managing bed availability even if I need to move around. Highlights of the experience: The Atmosphere: Unlike many other hotel pools in the area, there is no loud, intrusive music. It is a peaceful, sophisticated environment perfect for a relaxing day. Dining: Food service is prompt and efficient. The menu offers a great selection, including high-quality, healthy options that don't compromise on flavor. Value: It is well worth the investment for a premium, stress-free experience. If you’re looking for a refined day by the water with top-tier service, I cannot recommend the Address Downtown enough.

The staff are simply fantastic: incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. We were immediately offered cold water in a cooler bag, our sunglasses were cleaned for us, and the lifeguards were extremely attentive, constantly changing their positions depending on where the children were — which made us feel completely safe at all times. The place is beautiful, very well organized, and feels exceptionally safe, especially for families with children. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of all the staff members, but I would especially like to mention Vijay, Malvin, and Arup, who did an outstanding job. A huge thank you to the entire team — you made our stay truly memorable!

My mum and I (60 and 33) finished our Middle East trip with one night at Address Downtown Dubai, and it could not have been a more perfect way to end the journey. We booked a high-floor club room with unobstructed Burj Khalifa views, and it absolutely delivered. The views were breathtaking. The room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom was just as impressive, and everything felt luxurious and beautifully designed. We arrived late but just in time to watch the Christmas and New Year light show, which went for around 40 minutes and was as spectacular as only Dubai can manage. Watching it from our private balcony, without the crowds down by the lake, was unforgettable. It felt calm, exclusive, and genuinely special. We then went up to the club lounge for a late dinner, which was flawless. The food was beautiful, the drinks were excellent, and once again, the unobstructed views of the Burj and the fountains made the experience feel elevated. The service in the lounge was warm, attentive, and professional. The next morning, we soaked in the views again, enjoyed the stunning pool area, and took in the beauty of the hotel lobby, which is just as impressive as everything else. The overall service throughout the hotel is impeccable and truly five-star. We did experience a couple of issues. We had booked a non-smoking room but were initially placed in a smoking room, and the smell was extremely strong and unpleasant. Because we arrived late and had a full day planned, we did not have time to switch rooms. We also had a couple of housekeeping issues. However, I want to highlight how management handled this (front office manager, name started with Z - I should have written it down as he was excellent service and took care of us). The situation was addressed respectfully, professionally, and with genuine care. The resolution and compensation exceeded expectations and matched the standard of the hotel itself. That level of accountability matters. Because of this entire experience, I would not stay anywhere else in Dubai and will be back soon - can't wait. I have stayed in other hotels in Dubai where you need to Uber everywhere, and when you factor in the savings on transport, it is absolutely worth paying more to stay here. Being able to walk directly to Dubai Mall, the fountains, and everything downtown makes the experience seamless. A truly flawless, beautiful hotel, and I am confident anyone who stays here will love it just as much.

The view of the Fountain Views show is truly unique in Dubai. Furthermore, the service is outstanding; Mr. Alaa, in particular, took excellent care of us – thank you again for that. We spent two nights in a Club Room with access to the Club Lounge and a view of the city center. The room was 70 square meters and had a very nice, spacious terrace. However, the best thing about the hotel is the majestic atmosphere upon entering as a guest. It's an indescribable feeling of happiness and well-being. Check-in was also more than pleasant, and thanks to Mr. Ikram, everything went perfectly, allowing us to access our room immediately. For us, stays at the Address Downtown Hotel are carefree and unparalleled experiences of happiness and satisfaction. - razor212 (10/5): 2 Bedroom Apartment - Stayed in the 2 bedroom serviced apartment at the hotel. Travelled with family and the space and the amenities (kitchen etc) was great and designed in such a way you don’t feel like you’re in a aparthotel but still in a 5 star venue. The location and accessibility to mall was perfect. A bit expensive but was worth every penny especially if you have kids. Staff couldn’t be nicer and surprisingly it is not a pretentious place. Perfect combination in my view.
