Isabel una persona stupenda che si ha presso cura di noi, ci ha fatto gli itinerari, faceva molto freddo a Parigi cp ha consigliato dove fare shopping, e da molto di arte in Parigi abbiamo visitato cose che non sono proprio turistiche grazie a lei!

De ligging van het hotel in een leuke buurt met een x aantal goede restaurantjes, bus en metroverbinding nabij. Het hotel is aan een opknapbeurt toe. Het heeft nu meer weg van een 3* dan 4 * zodoende. De ontvangstruimte c.q. hal/ receptie is meer up to date.

Unfortunately the bed sheet was not really clean and maybe because of the mite my skin got allergic and appeared many red spots. And I also noticed the inner part of the sheet has a very big hole. Apparently the hotel didn’t check or renew the sheets very often.

- Christian (6/5): Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel - Grandes chambres confortables et grandes salles de bain Le laisser-aller et la saleté, l’entrée de l’hôtel est comme désaffectée, mal entretenue, des chaises sont disposées devant la porte mais il faut enjamber un muret pour y accéder , c’est une sorte de petit jardin de gravier mais tout est comme à l’abandon. Les moquettes des couloirs sont sales. La belle terrasse avec parasols et chaises longues qu’on voit sur les photos du site de l’hôtel est en fait un bordel incroyable, les coussins sont d’une saleté totale, ils sont empilés à même le sol dans l’escalier menant à la terrasse, des cendriers sont pleins de cigarettes, visiblement jamais vidés. Mais surtout: on a passé 2 nuits horribles sans pouvoir dormir avant 1 heure du matin à cause des voyous jouant au football et hurlant juste sous nos fenêtres, dans l’impasse longeant l’hôtel. En gros, une impression de saleté partout (sauf les deux chambres) comme d’ailleurs tout le quartier aux alentours.

- marie-odile (10/5): Séjour très positif - Décoration de la chambre (nous avions une charmante terrasse sur la petite rue tranquille) L’ emplacement de l’hôtel, son calme, la gentillesse du personnel et la gestion de la nuit qui nous permet de rentrer facilement à n’importe quelle heure. Il est aise de sortir et profiter du quartier Bastille très animé, (très pratique pour l’opéra à 10 mn) et festif. Nous avons tout fait à pied.

Rooms are nice and the rooftop terrace access on the 4th floor adds a touch of outdoor in Paris. Very friendly staff. Ticks all the boxes for a short stay. It also had a super irritating noise coming from the air conditioner. It didn't have soap in the bathroom. However, when I asked to swap rooms the next one I got was all fine and had no issues.

- Rostislav (9/5): Velice rád se vrátím! - Čistota, klid, skvělá lokace blízko nádherného trhu a kousek od vlakového nádraží. Příjemná paní na recepci. V okolí plno restaurací a barů, člověk hned nasaje atmosféru Paříže. Ubytování mohu všem doporučit. Jedinou vadou byla děravá hadice u sprchy, kdy podstatná část vody vytekla dříve než se dostala do hlavice sprchy ale to jsem přežil. Vjet do garáže s větším vozem je opravdu možné jen s velkou dávkou koncentrace.

- Adjemas (5/5): Belle ville, très bon personnel de travail, hotel OK, rêgles OK. Cher pour qualité. Moyen en général - Le personnel était excellent et ont essayés de résoudres les problèmes commes ils pouvaient avec ceux qu'ils avaient. Ils ont été très raisonnables et on fait leur services avec ceux qu'ils avaient. Salle de chambre sans air conditionnée (ils ont proposé une chambre libre inutilisable par cause d'odeur restaurant, puis ventilateur, acceptable). Problèmes par rapports à literie, résolue très rapidement par le service. Pas d'air conditionné, 100 EUR la nuit mais pas de déjeuner compris (plutôt ridicule mais bon), etc.
- Lydie (7/5): - Proximité avec la gare, Lit confortable , personnel sympathique, propre mais plein de taches marron sur la moquette … Nous avions une chambre privilège. Il est indiqué dans l’annonce qu’il y avait des peignoirs et chaussons , fer à repasser ,… ce n’était pas le cas malheureusement . Nous avons dû demander un fer à repasser à l’accueil et il n’y avait pas de planche à repasser. Pour les peignoirs et les chaussons nous n’avons pas osé demander et pour nous ce n’est pas au client de demander ces choses, elles devraient être à disposition à notre arrivée dans la chambre. De plus je pense qu’il y a un problème dans les évacuations des éviers et de la baignoire car très long à évacuer.
