- Jon (10/5): A Very Nice Hotel - It had a great breakfast with lots of options. I loved they had parking underneath with elevator access. It was super clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. They did not really have ample toiletries like shampoo and body soap. Only those little ones that used to be the standard. The door to the room opens by putting a room card into a slot. It's what comes next that was annoying, a very loud buzz. When everyone else opens their door you get to hear it over and over. And it's loud.

Le petit déjeuner peu varié et d'une mauvaise qualité. Le matelas est trop dur et provoque des maux de dos. Il n'y a pas de café et du thé dans la chambre, pas à la hauteur d'un quatre étoiles

- Ralf (6/5): Für Kurzurlaub geeignetes Hotel. - Riesiges abgeschlossenenes Gelände. Tiefgarage problemlos für 2m Hohe PKW kostenlos zugänglich. Keine Dusche im Hotelzimmer, nur eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Das Frühstück war sehr schwach. Frühstückseier werden nicht gewärmt. Z.T. nicht gar gekocht. Speck zum Rührei zu kurz gebraten und extrem fettig. Orangensaft, wenn man das so nennen darf, maximal übersüßt. Die Lage relativ weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Bus/Bahn ca.5 Gehminuten entfernt. Unbedingt AT Bus App installieren um Tickets für den Öffentlichen Verkehr zu kaufen. (Kreditkarte notwendig). Die Busfahrt dauert ca. 20min. und ist sehr holprig. Das Hotel liegt gefühlt in einem Industriegebiet/äusseres Wohngebiet.

- Juliane (6/5): - The hotel is good. However, my father fell in the bathroom and broke his collarbone and three ribs. I spoke to reception and they didn't bother to check if the guest was okay. I didn't like the reception service. I suggest the hotel replace the bathroom floor with a non-slip one to avoid this type of situation. The bathroom floor is slippery when wet.

- Toni (8/5): Rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto. - Posizione Durante il soggiorno ho prelevato due bottiglie d’acqua dal frigobar. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, pur essendo inclusa nella prenotazione per tre persone. Per questo motivo ho trovato poco coerente l’addebito di 5€ per l’acqua. Non è una questione economica, ma di principio: a fronte di un servizio già pagato e non utilizzato, mi sarei aspettato maggiore attenzione e flessibilità verso il cliente.

- Nur (5/5): yorucu - Otel bir kongre oteli, büyük, çok çok temiz, kahvaltı güzel. Ancak bir daha konaklamam. Çünkü ulaşımı çok zor. Şehir merkezinin oldukça dışında. T2 tramvay durağına 1,2 kilometre uzaklıkta ve başka ulaşım yolu yok (arabanız varsa iyi bir seçenek park yeri vs iyi). T2 ye binince de baya bir durak gidiyorsunuz kabaca otele varmanız tramvay durağından da 15-20 dk yürümeyle 1 saat sürüyor. 700 metre mesafede 23 otobüsünün durağı var, ancak onunla da yolculuk bu kadar sürüyor; biraz daha az yürüyorsunuz. Valizle, bebekle, bebek arabasıyla yürünecek yollar hiç değil, açıkçası merkeze de çok uzak. Taksi-araba seçeneğiniz yoksa tercih etmeyin.

- Maria Cristina (7/5): Weekend a Firenze - Il parcheggio interno, la pulizia, la comodità e dimensione del letto, la dimensione delle camere e la misura più che adeguata dello schermo Tv. La cortesia del personale, in particolare del capocameriere nella sala colazione e delle signore delle pulizie camere. Nel bagno ci sono le classiche piccole saponette solide e piccole bottigliette di bagnoschiuma, 1 per ospite, decisamente poco per farsi una doccia+shampoo. Io fortunatamente avevo il mio bagnoschiuma da viaggio. In molti alberghi, si trovano più pratici dosatori fissi con prodotti di qualità e profumazione superiori.

- Petö (8/5): Florence est une ville fabuleuse, et le Nilhotel est assez bien situé. - L'intérieur est luxueux et la propreté irréprochable, il faut marcher un peu pour atteindre le tram ou le bus, mais c'est raisonnable. Le restaurant est top niveau, et un personnel de salle super. Un seul appareil café expresso est un peu juste ! La vue sur Florence n'est pas terrible, même au 7ème étage.

- dante (9/5): - La proximité de florence tramway a 10mn le garage extérieur et souterrain de 90 places est parfait et gratuit. Hôtel très sécurisé Immeuble a côté de l hôtel et des jeunes faisaient des aller retour en moto très désagréable pour se reposer.

- Goodwin (8/5): Clean and comfortable - I liked that it was clean, had a check out time of noon (most places in Italy are around ten or ten thirty), and had a decent free breakfast, pleasant staff, ok restaurant for dinner. And it was relatively affordable for Florence. My only complaint, which is my own fault for not researching it better, is that it is far from everything. You either have to take a taxi or walk about fifteen minutes to the tram to get anywhere, including restaurants. I suppose that makes it a good hotel for drivers, lots of parking, a la American lifestyles. Less good for walkers. The rooms were standard hotel, not charming. Which I didn't mind. But if you are looking to be blown away by the scent of flowers in the air or Tuscan living, this is not it.
