• Barbara (8/5): Top Lage. Nachbesserungen in Bädern und im Sicherheitskonzept notwendig. - Top Lage. Super Frühstückssaal. Schlechter Kaffee zum Frühstück. Wird mit verbrannten Bohnen zubereitet. Ist in Italien nicht nötig. Kaufen Sie bitte gute Bohnen und eine vernünftige Kaffeemaschine. Die Duschen im Badezimmer brauchen dringend eine Renovierung. Sie lassen sich nicht mehr richtig reinigen. Es gibt alte Ablagerungen. Mehr moderne Steckdosen wären hilfreich, mit USB und USB-C. Angesichts des hohen Preises wären dies angemessene Verbesserungen. Es fehlt zudem die Möglichkeit aus den oberen Stockwerken über eine Treppe direkt zum Ausgang zu gelangen. Das ist bisher nur mit dem Fahrstuhl möglich. Es soll zwar für den Notfall eine Feuertreppe geben, jedoch ist es eher wahrscheinlich, dass die Gäste sich im Notfall im verwinkelten Gebäude verlaufen. Beängstigend, wenn man genau darüber nachdenkt. Langfristig sind die Privatgemächer im 1. Stock also wohl nicht haltbar.

• Ailis (4/5): Good location, terrible room - A very central location, right in the heart of Naples, located in a safe, bustling street. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room we were allocated was noticeably cramped, leaving very little space to move around or even properly open a suitcase. It felt more like a storage closet than a guest room, which made relaxing after a long day quite difficult. The toilet flushing mechanism was faulty and even though we pointed this out and asked to be moved, we were told in fairly rude terms we had booked an economy room and could not expect much more. The room was not good value for money and we were very disappointed with it, especially as this was our second time staying at the hotel. We will not return a third time.

• Stefania (6/5): Bellissimo palazzo - Hotel in bel palazzo antico, eccezionale la sala colazione, buona la colazione Il bagno è datato, con doccia fissa dirige l'acqua verso la porta, pezzi del miscelatore staccati. Sia bidet sia lavandino hanno il tappo incastrato. Ho sentito la mancanza di un cestino in camera, di qualche gancio ai muri. Avevamo un terrazzino dove non siamo usciti perché sporco. Il letto era comodo ma dal copripiumino uscivano gli angoli del piumino, dei nastri di stoffa belli sporchi. Consiglio per posizione e ambienti comuni. La camera non al livello di un 4 stelle e del costo.

Il personale alla reception è stato molto cortese e professionale, specie quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di trattenerci nella struttura dopo il check-out. La vasca con idromassaggio non è funzionale per la doccia (fondo non antiscivolo, supporto per telefono da doccia basso e scomodo).

• Helen (Holly) (10/5): for that price location breakfast and beauty, perfection - Wonderful location, in centre of Spaccanapoli, yet hidden away behind two small doors which open up to a huge maze of rooms and a huge ballroom converted into breakfast room, all gilt and frescoes, most beautiful room I’ve ever eaten in, exquisite breakfast, charming and chatty staff, have stayed three times and love it, not expensive for Naples and you’re close to everything - love it and will always stay there..plus tiny restaurant 50 metres away ‘Pulcinella’ serves perfect real Neapolitan food. Has been there forever and very inexpensive and authentic - so easy to go there highly recommended.

In Neapel die beste Variante. Frühstück war umfangreich. Ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Früstücksraum war wohl mal ein Festsaal. Sehr schön anzusehen. Wasserkocher und Zubehör wie Tee Kaffee usw. hat gefehlt. Ausblick auf Hinterhof mit geschäftigen lauten Betrieb. Alternativ Ausblick auf andere Hauswände. Fussweg mit Reisegepäck zum Hotel beschwerlich.

• Malcolm (8/5): Lived up to expectations - Central location, off a typically small lane in the historic centre. The building is well converted into a small hotel A good breakfast was served in an attractive room. The internet in our room was poor, although in other parts of the hotel it was okay.

• Isabelle (8/5): Très belle immersion dans la vie napolitaine - L’emplacement on est au cœur du centre historique et on peut tout faire à pied. L’hôtel car c’est un ancienne demeure d’aristocrate avec une décoration d’époque c’est magnifique Le personnel est vraiment au top Le petit déjeuner est copieux servi dans une ancienne salle de bal et dimanche matin accompagnés d’un pianiste Ma chambre mais je me suis trompée et la réception a gentiment proposé de la changer sans frais Du coup tout était incommode dans ma chambre

• Monica (8/5): Buona posizione per il centro di Napoli, vicino alla stazione della metro. - La bellezza delle zone comuni, le sfogliatelle offerte dalla reception, la gentilezza del personale. La colazione ha ampia offerta dolce e salata, trovo inopportuno fornire extra a pagamento (omelette, spremuta) dato il prezzo pagato per la camera. In giorno feriale la sera la sala colazione era stata appaltata a una festa privata, con canti e balli che hanno disturbato chi come me aveva la camera in posizione adicente.
