Могут спокойно прийди в 2 или 3 часа ночи, стучать в двери пока не откроете, чтобы выяснить все ли хорошо? Или что-то случилось. А при выезде если вы были в командировке, придется долго объяснять, что вам нужны закрывающие документы.

I can see from my previous visit last month and my visit today they are improving the quality of services. I can’t remember something I did not like but I would like to see more improvements in the breakfast menu, because I have visit this hotel many times I would like to see more options in the breakfast menu.

First of all I asked for quiet rooms away from the elevator and I booked in advance to the point where you can manage that, it wasn’t last minute reservation. Second I asked for non smoking room and that was achieved in paper but the problem was the room next to me is for smoking and I can smell everything. So whats the point for non smoking room in this situation?? Last, you put me in 2 different floors when my reservation is booked under one name, it wasn’t separate. When it should be the same floor and next to each other. on top of that room service is slow and front desk were not helpful at all
