- Arek (9/5): Tak trzymajcie! Kiedyś na pewno wrócimy. - Przepyszne i obfite śniadania. Naprawdę każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Doskonały wybór potraw. Uczynni kucharze, którzy przygotują np. omlet na życzenie. Był nawet mój ulubiony sok marchwiowy! Dla amatorów lokalnej kuchni "pełny wypas". Do tego lokalizacja - kilkaset metrów od głównego hubu przesiadkowego Century Avenue i galerii handlowej tuż obok. Nam trafił się pokój z widokiem na Shanghai Tower. Dziękujemy! Po wymeldowaniu concierge zaopiekuje się Waszym bagażem. Macie do dyspozycji łazienki i strefę przebieralni, aby komfortowo przygotować się na dalszą część podróży. Na pewno wrócimy, jeśli nadarzy się okazja. Basen obsługiwany przez firmę zewnętrzną nie licuje ze standardem hotelu. Poza tym naprawdę nie ma do czego się "przyczepić".

Our stay was exceptional: breakfasts were various and tasty and it was always enough space for everyone, we found everything we could possibly need in our room, the room was cleaned on a daily basis.

If they add few indian style foods like chapathi, sambar, chicken masala etc, it will be very good for the Asian guests.

- 376billl (10/5): Shanghai trip - Excellent hotel within T2 PVG airport. This hotel is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed after visiting almost 40 countries around the world. We were given a brand new suite plus two breakfast included with such reasonable room rate. The front desk staff name Jeep was so helpful and friendly and professional. We definitely will go back because of Jeep!

Lo que no me gustó de la habitación es que no tenía lugar ó espacio de ducha plano en el piso, Tenía un habitáculo de plastico que era incomodo porque tenía forma de jacuzzi pero no lo era, ya que la ducha estaba baja en altura. Es una especie de habitaculo de ducha con bañera baja de plastico peligrosa, porque te podías resbalar con facilidad. Poco practico para gente que viene por negocios y sólo se quiere dar una ducha. Yo no solicité ésto en la entrada, me lo asignaron en la recepción. Deberían preguntar al momento de realizar el check-in si uno quiere ése tipo de ducha en el baño: es una sugerencia.

- danielgh (7/5): - The hotel is just an okay establishment for a business traveler - nothing spectacular, but decent. The location fit well my needs as it was within walking distance from the business meetings locations I had and walking distance to my favorite shopping malls as well. Swift check-in and even faster check-out - no time wasted. The dinner closes quite early, which is weird the least to say. Drinks bottles are nicely displayed, but only two choices are in fact available. The bar was closed entirely. We would enjoy better TV channels selection - quite limited choices for a foreign traveler. Bathtub had a weird setup which determined usage of a curtain, rather than a glass door and the bathtub surface was slippery - they had an info sign for that though.

Персонал очень дружелюбен! Уборка каждый день. Нет прачечной. Очень не хватает стиральной машины и сушилки. Понятно , что в отеле в основном останавливаются бизнесмены , но все же . Химчистка слишком дорогое удовольствие. И сушилки для полотенец не хватает . В августе по 3-4 раза мылись и полотенца не высыхали.

- frequentt248 (10/5): January 2026 - After some initial issues related to a language barrier at the reception (unfortunately, their English is poor), thanks to the personal involvement of the Duty Manager with over 20 years of industry experience, our initial issues were resolved, and I consider the entire stay extremely enjoyable and the hotel highly recommended. Instead of access to a business lounge, the hotel provided access to the ground-floor restaurant, and despite the limited food selection, the dishes were delicious and warm. The breakfasts deserve a special mention – during my two-week stay in China, they were the most delicious and best breakfasts of any hotel or other establishment I've ever had in P.R.C. The selection is vast, and each dish was a true masterpiece, including the smoked duck breast. I congratulate the hotel staff, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to travelers!

- Mehmet ALBAYRAK (10/5): Türkiye - Fuar katılımı için otelde konakladım, çalışanlar ilgili oda temizliği çok güzel banyo ve gerekli olan malzemeler eksiksiz. Taksi kullanımı ile gezi noktalarına yakın. Odalarda çay kahve ikramları mevcut. Teşekkürler. Genel olarak ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Olumsuz yazmak doğru olmaz.

- Alturaifi (5/5): overall good, but did not meet my expectation - I liked the location as it was very accessible. Also I liked how most the staff were friendly. In addition, there is a convientient store and some bubble tea shops within walking distance. I did not like the room size as there was not much space to walk inside the room.

- Mohammed (8/5): Excellent stay - The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. Also staff for baggage assistance. The restaurant was very nice specially mixed kitchen. Has nice try with robots The price were little higher, and restaurant were mot 24 hours.

- Marilyn (8/5): Excellent, highly recommend being so close when flying out early the following day - Lovely room & facilities + kettle to make hot drinks. Lovely bathroom with good toiletries ^ extras. Thick robe to wear whilst a guest. Being at the airport it was very convenient & there was a 7/11 close by as I didn't want to eat in a restaurant, just wanted to enjoy the room as I wasn't there long. Internet was very good
- kyungsun (10/5): - 좋은위치 편안한 침구 필요한 세면도구 제공 아침조식과 맞은편에 식당이 위치함 친절한 직원분들 비록 호텔이 연식이 있지만 편안하고 바로 맞은편에 편의점,동북음식점,우육면집 등이 위치하여있어 아침일찍 혹은 저녁 식사,한잔하기 좋음!
