- Gwen (8/5): Good hotel in a very convenient location. - Great breakfast. Pleasant room. Very disappointed in Sirocco Restaurant. Service was virtually non-existent despite only two other people in the restaurant for dinner at the same time. Dinner took and hour and a half for a main course and a couple of scoops of ice cream for dessert. Food very average. Will not eat there again.

We have stayed with this hotel group in Newcastle and were impressed then, and again at the Potts Point location. Mainly, it is the value for money we loved. Small bathtub that is hard to get out of, even for a fit, slim person.

Location near the main train station was ideal. The rooms were a little tired, fresh carpet would be all that's needed to refresh the rooms. Facilities were clean and well stocked. One of the UHT milks in the fridge were already open, likely that fridge check got missed from previous customer.

- Anne-Marie (8/5): Nice clean hotel in a great location! - I really liked the location of this hotel. We could walk to opera house and bridge easily and be there in 20-30 minutes. We were able to check in early which was wonderful. Breakfast is a little expensive.

Limited on the choice of restaurants unless you wanted a fast food chain. Centrally located for buses. Within the hotel more gluten free options on your dinner menu. I found it too limited. I also booked a harbour view room and was given a small room, of a low standard of decoration and maintenance with a poor outlook. Couldn’t see the harbour. My husband queried what was given and we were provided with an alternative room which was a slightly better room. We moved our luggage to the different room. Our friends who a lesser room were upgraded to the level of room we had booked and paid for. This was not offered to us. I was very disappointed with this level of service.

- Felicity Peter (10/5): Phantom stay - Good sized room with 2 x double beds. Perfect for my friend and I. The location is extremely convenient to the railway station. Very good breakfast. No complaints

- Kyren (9/5): Overall, it ticked all the boxes for what we needed. - The view was amazing! Location was great. A short walk to bars and food. Although the king bed was comfortable, the pull out lounge/bed definitely wasn't. It definitely needs an upgrade.

The neighborhood is great with many sidewalk cafes. The metro is literally under the hotel and bus connections are close. Great place to see Sydney

- Mei Kuen (5/5): 地點方便，早餐不便宜也沒有誠意，每日房間清潔非常一般！ - 位置是在火車站Kings cross 的上面，交通，餐廳，超市都非常方便！ 早餐沒有誠意，每日基本上是99％相似，不論是食材，煮的方法及放的位置均一樣，先不說味道，對於連續住一星期的我，這些早餐的安排使我很難接受，而且價錢也不便宜！ 早餐是貴，不美味及沒有誠意的製作！

- 679numaf (10/5): Very convenient location near Kings Cross station - I stayed at Holiday Inn Potts Point in Kings Cross, Sydney and it was a good experience. The hotel offers a good price compared with many other hotels in Sydney. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent because it is right next to Kings Cross train station, making it very easy to travel around Sydney. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Overall, it is a good hotel for the price and a convenient place to stay when visiting Sydney. I would recommend it to travelers looking for good value accommodation.
- NZtravellers08 (6/5): Extremely dated hotel in great location - I recently stayed here for a few nights while visiting family. This hotel is in a fantastic location, minutes from excellent Potts Point restaurants and shopping and train station right across the street. Sadly however this hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. My room was extremely tired. The bathroom sink & bath very marked from years of wear and tear and the carpet and flooring looked dirty. The doors and hallways also very marked and dated. I believe that the room was cleaned to the best ability but everything is so worn it still looks dirty. There was also a very musty smell throughout the premises. The bed was comfortable enough and the air conditioning, although noisy worked well. The lighting in the room/bathroom was very good. There was some traffic noise but the sound of the air conditioning helped to drown this out. The staff were lovely, always friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the bar or restaurant so can’t comment. Although such a great spot I will probably stay elsewhere next time.
