- Adel (1/5): The hotel experience was very disappointing due to long delays, poor organization, and stressful service. - What I liked most about the hotel was its location. It is conveniently located inside the mall, which made everything very easy and accessible. What I didn’t like about the hotel was the very poor service and long delays. I had booked two rooms, but the first one was only ready at 4:30 PM and the second at 8 PM, which wasted the whole day while we were waiting. Every time we asked, they kept changing the room and asking us to wait—first saying it wasn’t clean, then saying the AC was not working, and promising another room after more waiting. When we first arrived, they also lost our luggage after taking it from the car. No one knew where it was, and later we found that they had placed many guests’ bags together in one room, and everyone had to go search for their own belongings. On top of that, I waited around 40 minutes for them to bring my car from the parking. Overall, the experience was very bad and exhausting, it felt more like a stressful trip than a relaxing stay.

- Shaymaa (5/5): - الفندق نظيف ومتصل في دبي فيستفال في اليوم الذي حجزت فيه الفندق تم الاتصال فيني وتم تاكيد موعد الجيك ان واخبرتهم الساعه 3:00 وكان الحجز ذكرى زواج.. لكن للاسف عندما وصلت كانت هناك زحمه في الريسبشن واتوقع كانت هناك عروض وتم اخذ حجوزات فائض عن عدد الغرف وموظف الاستقبال كان جدا بطيء.. يجب عليهم تخصيص كاونتر خاص للذين حدثوا عن طريق المواقع مثل بوكينج .. يكون مختلف عن الكونترات الثانيه التابعه للعروض..

- Yousuf (1/5): الفندق جميل وقريب من المول ولكن الاثاث قديم - جميع الاشياء جيدة ، وليس بمستوى الممتاز ، ولكن والاهم قمت بألغاء اليوم الثاني وتم اخذ موافقة مبدئية من الفندق في الاستقبال واخذ موافقة ايضاً من بوكينق من خلال الاتصال بأن سيتم الالغاء وعلى اثر ذالك قمت بمغادرة الفندق، ولم يتم الالغاء وتم احتساب اليوم من غير الالغاء .. خدمة جداً سيئة ولا توجد ثقة عند خدمة المتعاملين افضل الحجز الفنادق مرة اخرة من موقع الفندق او اختيارة مواقع اخرى غير بوكينج

- Mohamed (8/5): اقامة ممتعة مع اطلالة جميلة وغرفة نظيفة ومكان جميل بالقرب من الفستيفال والمرسى - اعجبني مكان الفندق ملاصق لفستيفال سيتي وقريب من المرسى نظافة الغرف وخدمة الغرف ، الاستقبال به بعض الاشخاص المرنين اطلالة الغرفة التي على برج خليفة مع الأجواء الماطرة كانت روعة لم يعجبني أن الغرف مستويات لنفس المبلغ أخذت ثلاث غرف ولكن تختلف من حيث الاطلالة والزجاج للشباك المطفي الذي لا نستطيع رؤية شي ، غرف مجهزة بالورود والحلويات والفواكه والميني بار وغرف لا يوجد بها كل ذلك استبدلت غرفتي بأخرى لنفس المسمى ولكن اتضح أن الغرف مختلفة تماما حيث كانت الغرفة الثانية أفضل بكثير كما أن الغرفة الأولى الهاتف والتلفاز والتكيف لم يكن يعمل جلست بالغرفة ليلتين ثم استبدلتها - غرف بها الدولاب ومساحة لتعليق الملابس وغرف بها فقط دولاب واحد صغير ، لم يتم اطلاعنا على ذلك كله ، كما لم يعجبني أن المرأة التي بالرسبشن عند رغبتي باستبدال الغرف اصرت أنه لا يوجد شاغره ولكن عند حضور الرجل وجد لي غرفة وكانت جميلة ، كما أن اليوم التالي كان في زحمة حجز أي معناه أن الغرف لم تكن مسكونه بعد ولكنها لم تكن مرنه - عند التواصل مع الادارة بشأن الأعطال والملاحظات على الغرفة كانت هناك ساعات طويلة من الوقت للرد علينا من قبل المسؤؤل ولم نجد الرد اضطررنا للنزول للرسبشن للإبلاغ

- Fowey (10/5): - Fabulous service and staff. So helpful, friendly. Excellent food and such a good location looking over the creek with great views (despite endless development jn the distance). Incredibly comfortable beds. Great mall right next door. We always go back to this Inter-conti, and have for years. Nothing. Can't wait to go back.
