Ook goed gevulde frigo/bar op kamer. Bar is aangenaam vertoeven met mooie kaart. Ik kan hier niet direct goed voorbeeld uitvinden maar als er toch iets is: - spijtig dat bar aan de lobby pas vanaf 12u open ging - en dat rooftopbar met zwembad reeds vanaf 20u niet meer open is
- nazrin262 (10/5): Warm, thoughtful, and wonderfully comfortable! We can’t wait to be back. - Even though we only stayed for one night, WHK left a wonderful impression. The room was incredibly spacious with a thoughtful layout, especially the huge bathroom and shower area, plus the large mirror that made getting ready so convenient. Small touches like the welcome chocolates made us feel genuinely welcomed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. What truly stood out were the playful and thoughtful design elements throughout the hotel. From the free mini gacha at reception to the bookshelf-themed elevator area with buttons hidden in photo frames, every corner felt creative and memorable. Even the room entrance design, complete with braille details, added charm and character. Breakfast was another highlight!! An impressive spread with something for everyone: salads, cheeses, stir-fries, dim sum, ramen, curries, and classic western options like bacon and eggs. The congee was especially comforting and absolutely delicious. The only areas that could be improved were the breakfast coffee service and the fried dough sticks. While we appreciated the staff taking coffee orders at the table, the wait was quite long, and self-service may actually have been more convenient. The fried dough sticks were unfortunately over-fried and overly oily, lacking the light and fluffy texture we were hoping for.

- Traveler15770368107 (10/5): It was a nice hotel - Last autumn, I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, and this May, I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen and the W Hotel here in Kowloon. My birthday happened to fall on the night of my stay, so I was grateful for the beautiful decorations and sponge cake. My biggest impression was the sophisticated design of the hotels I stayed at, and even the elevator decorations were very elaborate. Also, compared to other hotels, I thought the staff were very young and energetic, which was wonderful. I carelessly forgot to bring my power adapter, but they delivered one to my room right away, which was a great help. It would be really inconvenient if my battery died overseas, so I was very grateful. The woman who handled my check-out was also very professional. (Pauline?) I went to open an HSBS Premier account this time, but if I have the opportunity to come again, I would like to visit again.

I had the good fortune to enjoy the exceptional W experience in Koh Samui two years ago, but this is my first time at this W, and I must say I am truly impressed. Everything so far about this hotel is superior, and the warm welcome from Pammi (from the room already being available despite my early arrival, to the invitation to use all the fine services and even receiving the okay for an extra-late checkout) was simply “the cherry on top”. So my kudos on having not only such a truly gorgeous hotel, but also a reception staff such as Pammi to match and truly complete the experience in such a delightful way. I appreciate it more than this short review can express. So well done, W Hong Kong, and a big THANK YOU! I will be definitely back.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr modern, hat eine super Aussicht, einen tollen Rooftop-Pool und das komplette Personal arbeitet hart, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Top!

His service perfectly embodies Marriott’s spirit of “Going Above and Beyond”. Professional and creative, he customized cocktails to our preferences: the wasabi cocktail has rich layers, and the creamy matcha whisky is ingeniously crafted. He also adjusted the alcohol content as we desired. The interaction was relaxed and sincere. He thoughtfully added milk to the complimentary shots after noticing our love for creamy taste. I felt genuinely cared for, valued and delighted by these thoughtful touches, which fully demonstrate the warmth of Marriott service.

Fabulous breakfast. Very noisy lobby. With dj giving it heaps at the arrival desk. Fine for bar, but really irritating and sets not good tone when you arrive. Minor but though the management would have got this.

Our entire stay was seamless, when we needed foam pillows, they are able to provide. When we ordered food in, the deliver straight to our room and even provide cutlery’s. Laundry service was good too! By 6pm we got it back. Wes made it like we had a personal butler but we didn’t pay extra.

We had the pleasure of meeting Wes Chen, the Assistant Director of Welcome, whose service was truly exceptional. He was warm, personable, and engaging, and thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions within walking distance, particularly around the West Kowloon Cultural District. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our requests made our stay especially memorable. This has been, without a doubt, the most outstanding hotel experience we’ve had to date. Thank you for the impeccable hospitality—we very much look forward to returning.

The hotel is very easy to get to thanks to being above a transportation hub - express train from the airport and subway stations in the high-end Elements shopping mall beneath the hotel. The hotel is most comfortable and the staff is professional and amiable. Great Titanium upgrade.

- Nvra (10/5): Memorable Stay! - I had an excellent stay at W. Will definitely come back again. Very convenient location. You can literally get here from the HK airport without stepping foot outside at all. The Airport Express stops at Kowloon Station, which directly connects to W. There’s also the Elements Mall downstairs where you can get everything. Rooms are new and spotlessly clean. Very large room by HK standards and of course it comes with many amenities as can be expected from 5-star hotels. Breakfast selections are superb. Service here is the best part. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was also very happy to receive a room upgrade to stunning ocean view.

- OnAir59314097092 (10/5): Best service in Hong Kong!! - We had such a great stay at the W Hotel in Hong Kong! We were treated like a family and after three nights stay, it was hard to leave. From the first day when we arrived until the last day before we departed, the experience was so nice and warm and welcoming. We arrived very early morning from Los Angeles when we got to the hotel it was only 8:30 AM! Karis at the check in front desk was really nice. She was able to find a room for us and we were able to check in six hours before our original time. The breakfast was outrageously good and had so many varieties to choose from. Jerry, the manager for the breakfast section, was very kind and introduced us to good cuisine. We really felt like home. Eric at the breakfast beverage section was very helpful as well. By the third morning, he already knew what we would like to have for the tea and put the teapot settled for us! The bartender Jacky was very friendly and kind as well. His old-fashioned is one of the best I have ever had. Then last but not least is the cleaning lady. She helped us to set up the third bed in our room. Even though we did not ask for cleaning the room, she asked if we needed any supplies replenishing every day. In general, the staff are very nice and kind. We feel very welcomed during our entire stay. We highly recommend this hotel if you visit Hong Kong and plan to stay in the West Kowloon area. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

- Marina (8/5): Convenient - We have stayed at this property, many times before. The hotel is located above the fast train station to the airport. Luggage can be checked in at the station, making the process of leaving HK so easy. Also, the trains to china, are below the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops are just 2 minutes away. Making it very convenient. The hotel is starting to feel and look a little tired.

- Emilia (1/5): Disappointing experience - I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property feels old and outdated, which is not what I expect from the W brand. Compared to other W hotels I’ve stayed at, the standard here was significantly lower. The breakfast was particularly underwhelming. The selection was limited, the quality did not meet expectations, and overall it felt very basic for a hotel in this category. It definitely did not reflect the premium image the brand promotes. We even decided to upgrade to a room that was almost twice the price, hoping for a better standard. Unfortunately, it made no difference. The walls were dirty, the toilets had mold, and there were visible stains on the floor. This was extremely disappointing and far below what you would expect from a hotel at this level. Overall, the experience felt cheap in many aspects - you even had to pay extra for water and basic toiletries if you wanted to take them with you. For a brand positioned as luxury, this was very surprising. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the usual W experience.

- Resort17337370467 (10/5): wonderful experience - I was really surprised that I chose to stay at the W Hotel in Hong Kong to watch the blackpink concert this time! First of all, as soon as I entered the door, Jennie enthusiastically helped me and my good friend carry my luggage and translated it in Chinese for me, and quickly checked in. Secondly, she took the two of us to the room in detail. At this point, I thought it was over! Unexpectedly, we entered the room after watching the concert tiredly at night and Jennie prepared a surprise for us by blink! There is a DJ and her own hand-painted welcome card, which I like very much! I have never had such a check-in experience! Thank you, Jennie! Thanks to the concerted efforts of the whole Welcome team to make my experience in Hong Kong so wonderful and happy!

We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with lots of patisserie choices. A special mention goes to the host of the welcome drink, Yudistira Kevin. He was friendly, charming, and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our breakfast. Hotel also close to high speed rail station to Greater China. very convenience. Everything about our visit was great, but his service was exceptional. We can't wait to return to the W Hotel.

- Departure57101083885 (8/5): Buffet lunch for birthday celebration - I celebrated my birthday with family in W Kitchen. A table by the window was arranged as requested. The atmosphere was relaxed as it was neither too busy nor crowded. The staff, like Kevin, were particularlycommendable; they were all friendly and helpful. Kevin brought to us a cake with a lit candle to celebrate my birthday, and he offered to take photos of us. As for food, it was generally satisfying, and we liked the homemade gelato in particular though the variety could be improved.
- Hesketh7 (10/5): Convenient placed hotel with adorable staff - Conveniently placed for walking and exploring Kowloon and Hong Kong Island using various methods of transport and by foot. The staff are what really made my experience so good. Extremely helpful and obliging. They organised a walking tour guide for me, found a vegan restaurant and booked it and were v helpful when I wanted a veggie meal In the hotel. You can use Uber in Hong Kong which was useful but they will also organise transport for you if necessary. Food was good too with a very varied breakfast.

We were looked after by excellent staff who were all extremely polite and made our stay more enjoyable (especially Kevin at breakfast). It was easy to get in and out of HK from the hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
