• Oliver (7/5): The home was located nicely, but lacked clenliness. - It was located conveniently near everything we needed. Bars, food, entertainment. It was large enough for our group of 11. It hadn’t been cleaned and/or occupied in a while, and there was lots of mold. Very dusty, stained beds, mold, broken tiles on the wooden floors.

• Marketa (1/5): Untrustable, bad communication - Nothing I dis not use it You have to pick up keys at totaly different Prague district than the appartment is located and this information is not written on first booking website, you will obtain it via sms after booking and payment. You have to register ID card and bank card details on really stránce website outsider booking which is for me totaly untrustable. I have called immediatély that i want to cancel booking because od this reason but I dis not get my money back.

Appartamento ampio ed è possibile usare la cucina. Il check in è un po’ scomodo, ma tuttavia ti danno la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli lì. L’acqua calda usciva in maniera alternata con gettiti di acqua fredda

• petra (10/5): Doporučuji - Líbilo se mi umístění ubytování. Vše je dostupné. Jak obchody, metro, tramvaj ... Doporučuji Jen trošku více světla by to chtělo, silnější žárovky. Jinak vše bylo v pořádku.

• Sophie (8/5): - The hotel to collect the keys is in the lesser town however the apartment itself is in the Old Town - roughly about a 25 minute walk away. This is not hugely convenient however it wasn't a big issue. We arrived early so left our bags at the hotel whilst we waited for the apartment to be ready and explored Prague Castle which is right next door to the hotel to collect keys. The apartment itself it in an ideal location for all other attractions and very close to a shopping centre. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with excellent heating as it was -3 outside on our stay. For the price you pay, the apartment has everything you need and is very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again if i were to visit Prague and i would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The duvets in the apartment were a little thin which made getting to sleep a little uncomfortable as it was so cold outside. The apartment above was extremely noisy from 5am onwards which was really inconsiderate

• Ana (4/5): Razočaranje glede na opis app-ja in dejanskega stanja - Lokacija nastanitve je bila odlična App v slabem stanju, mrzlo, umazano, premalo kuhinjske posode glede na število oseb, postelje v slabem stanju, vrata v slabem stanju, okna v slabem stanju, kopalnici v slabem stanju. Parkiranje ni bilo omogočeno ob app kljub temu, da je bilo v opisu napisano, da je parking v sklopu nastavitev in v sklopu cene. Ogrevanje zelo slabo.

• Lenka (8/5): - Skvělá poloha v centru kousek od tramvajové zastávky a metra. Prostorný dvoupokojový byt. Dobře vytápěný. Byli jsme ubytovaní v zimním období a v bytě bylo krásné teplo. Čisto. Ručníky a mýdlo na ruce, pračka, kuchyňské vybavení včetně jaru k dispozici. (Ale nebyl sprchový gel, šampon, prací gel, čaj, káva...) Obchody kousek od bytu. Vyzvedávání klíčů na jiné adrese Holečkova 13. Ale tramvají č. 9 ze zastávky Švandovo divadlo se dojede přímo pár zastávek na Národní třídu, a to už je pár metrů od bytu. Cena za ubytování byla vyšší. Vybavení průměrné. K dispozici nebyly sprchové gely ani šampón, čaj a káva. Musí se složit vratná kauce 200,- euro nebo 5000,- Kč.

Paid my deposit with a card, they told me on the 15th of December that they sent it back and it will take 5-7 working days to get my 200€. It’s been 8 working days already, and I got no deposit

The two-story apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped for preparing breakfast comfortably, and the location is great, close to a shopping center and a Tesco. The beds and bathrooms were clean. No tienen parqueadero, siempre lo redirigen a los parqueaderos públicos que casi siempre estan llenos. nos toco parquear en el parqueadero del Teatro Nacional, a poco mas de 1km. nada practico cuando estas con niños. una de las razones por las que escogí este alojamiento era la disponibilidad del Parqueadero, pero es mentira. They don't have parking, they always redirect you to public parking lots that are almost always full. We had to park in the National Theater parking lot, a little over 1 km away. Not very practical when you have children. One of the reasons I chose this accommodation was the availability of parking, but that's not true.
