Beste Verkehrsanbindung ist der Bus und dieser ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Abends ist es bei Unternehmungen am besten ein Uber zu bestellen und sich direkt ans Hotel fahren zu lassen.

Rooms spacious and bed really comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety, im not a meat eater or big breakfast person but still managed something to set me up each day for exploring. Staff exceptional and pleasant, gave plenty of good travel advice and places to eat locally or outwith area. Pool area not open during our stay but can imagine would be a nice area to dip and refresh on a warm day. All areas spotless at all times and all staff pleasant/welcoming at all times. Only negative was no tea/coffe making facilities in the room, major let down for me as love to enjoy a coffee in my room in my own time. We would definitely stay here again, but bring my own kettle lol

Quiet location and perfect room location. 4th floor, all the way at the end, to be away from noisy groups of people, The stupid glass on the bathtub. Every time I took a shower, water on the floor had to be mopped out. Not worth $300 US a night. They charge for everything! A small bottle of water costs 3 euros. Buffet breakfast all across the back, but 80% of the bread items. Eggs cold - Nothing hot for breakfast unless you want bread. Not worth the money of $300 per night. Maybe $200 at best.

Após tomar o café da manhã fui repreendido por uma funcionária por estar enchendo de água minha garrafa de 500 ml, achei muito inapropriado pois já tinha pago 17 euros pelo café da manhã.

A parte l'incursione di una persona dello staff x riempire il frigobar mentre ero in camera (!), vivamente raccomandabile. Purtroppo per chiudere la porta della stanza devi inevitabilmente sbatterla facendo non poco rumore (ho provato io stesso e non è possibile chiuderla "piano"); se capita di notte è alquanto fastidioso

• L8633APandyp (10/5): Rome Birthday treat! - We like to go somewhere where the weather will try to kind to us early in the year, so I chose Italy. Bookedthru Jet2 City breaks, and proved to be a good choice! Airport a little frantic, because of this new EES thing, but we managed. Eventually got out to the taxi rank, queued and then got our taxi. The rid in was about 30 minutes and 60 euros( with a 5 euro tip). The area was a little like "Little Beirut", but on entry to the hotel far different! The reception staff were extremely friendly, pleasent and apolegised for the delay while our room was made ready. So we did no more than try the beer. Cold glass with cold beer, excellent! Once the room was ready, it found us not being ready for what we were looking at! The bed was Ginormous! The bathroom facilities excellent. Plenty of storage and a mini-bar hidden away in the wall. There was a TV and hairdryer in the room too! We ate that first night in the hotel restaurant, and the food was extremely good. Again cold beers to finish our long day. If you want to go out to eat there are a number of places to go and the hotel will give you a city map and mark places of interest and a really good restaurant too. The hotel have an agreement with a taxi company that for 24 euros will take you into the center of Rome, and on the map will have shown you where to get your return taxi. There is a rooftop pool, that sadly was being renovated on our trip, but still a place to catch some rays. Things we didn't use was the spa, so don't know about that. Breakfast in the morning was a treat. Continental and warm food too. Excellent! Coffee machines a little weird to get a full cup, but juice was great! Fresh bread, cold cuts and fried eggs along with scrambled. There was also fresh yoghurt and cereals too! The hotel will sort out your return taxi to the airport for you too. You will need to know which terminal you want and allow yourself plenty of time to get there if you want a drink or duty frees.

• Jenny123p (5/5): - This did not feel like a 4-star hotel. There were many small issues that were not up to standard. For example, the shower was not working properly and, despite reporting it, no one came to check it. The sink stopper kept getting stuck, some cables were uncovered, and the room was never properly restocked. Breakfast was so-so. The worst part, however, was the location. To get to the hotel, and to go into town from the closest station, you have to pass through an underpass full of drug addicts trying to sell you stuff. It was very unpleasant, especially in the evening. Just to the left of the hotel, there is also a homeless camp. Apart from not being particularly well connected, the area felt very unsafe.

• Holly Louise (8/5): In summary, a nice hotel with excellent staff and a good location, but the comfort of the beds could really be improved. - The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, which made a good first impression and added a personal touch to the experience. Location is also a strong point, with convenient busses that make getting into Rome easy. This made it a good hotel for exploring the city without being right in the busy centre. The room was clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, the beds were very hard and quite uncomfortable, which led to a bad back after three nights. This did take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Location isn’t brilliant if you want to sightsee - we’ve been to Rome before and were used to using buses etc but if it were your first time, it might not be the right place for you. Some staff were lovely but others surly. It’s worth noting that the bar closes at 10.30 on a Saturday irrespective of whether or not you are a resident and the staff unwilling to flex times to accommodate - very poor really when all a group wants is a nightcap and dye to the location there is no alternative. Also the roof terrace was a big attraction for us but this was closed as it was being ‘worked on’ - there was no mention of this at booking, nor any form of recognition offered. Must staff can’t be bothered about a customer happiness or customer service. Sorry, but true!

Niente traffico e silenziosissimo. Dista qualche minuto dai bus urbani ma non è servito dalla metro. Lo staff è adeguato alla categoria dell'albergo e cortese nei confronti della clientela. Colazione in linea con lo standard della categoria. Potrebbero rivedere le politiche sul costo del parcheggio visto che in strada non è possibile sostare a causa dei divieti

• Annunziata (6/5): Mediocre - Dove era localizzato Non ho apprezzato il fatto che il personale delle pulizie abbia aperto la porta della camera nonostante abbiamo gridato che fosse occupata. Penso che alle 9,00 di una domenica mattina nn ci debba essere tutta questa fretta a dover lasciare la camera. Al rientro di quella giornata ho trovato cose utilizzate tipo il bicchiere con il caffè solubile in mezzo e altre cose che mancavano nel bagno, era molto evidente che era stato fatto solo il letto e disinfetta il bagno. Penso che siano delle piccole pecche che creano disagio ad una struttura comunque molto accogliente e bella.

L’albergo è moderno, sono stata solo una notte ma tutto sommato bene. É da un po che su Roma noto che gli alberghi 4 stelle non offrono proprio i servizi che ci si aspetta, come bollitore in camera o ciabattine. Io però avevo bisogno del bollitore per prendere una medicina e la signorina della reception me lo ha fatto avere quindi una nota in più per lo staff

• Maria (5/5): Não recomendo, pelo preço que se paga existe em Roma muito melhores opções - Localização Foi a segunda vez que fiquei neste hotel, pois como escrevi na avaliação que fiz a quando da primeira estadia, esta seria sempre a minha primeira opção sempre que fosse a Roma, no entanto é com lamento que terei de dizer que desta vez não gostei da estadia pois lamentavelmente, assisti a um decréscimo de qualidade no hotel.
