Olemme varanneet kahden hengen huone erillisillä vuodella, mutta meidän huone 16 oli todellisuudessa yhden hengen ja siihen oli tunkettu toinen sänky että niiden välistä just ja just mahtui kävellä ikkunalle, hiustenkuivaaja ei toiminut ollenkaan ja osa valaisimista oli rikki tai palanut.

• Khan (8/5): Value for Money - The room was value for money. The facilities were practical, and most importantl,y the WiFi Connection was great. I found plenty of great restaurants in the area as well. It was located a bit of a walking distance from the tube.

• Saul (7/5): Opción económica pero asumiendo cosas - En la parte más positiva esta la ubicación por el precio de la habitación, barrio tranquilo y con opciones de transporte. El personal también fue amable. Eramos conscientes que la habitación era humilde, pero cambiar los colchones no es algo costoso para un alojamiento y son de muy mala calidad. El baño estaba limpio pero tienen algun problema con el olor de las tuberías que estropea mucho la percepción del alojamiento.

The room was tiny, the bed an incredibly uncomfortable spring mattress on a camp bed, the shower/bathroom absolutely stank of sewerage. I had to keep the door closed, air fresheners provided had no effect. Fortunately there was an aircon unit but the room only had a poorly covered inaccessible skylight, no windows and was otherwise airless. I appreciate it's a budget hotel but the look throughout was very worn, cramped and frankly the room I was given shouldn't have been used because of the smell - the owners are clearly aware of that problem.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the bed provided was not a proper double bed but two single beds pushed together. During the night, the beds separated and collapsed, causing significant disruption, discomfort, and distress. As a result of this, I have since developed rashes on my legs, which I believe were caused by the poor condition and instability of the bedding provided. This experience was unacceptable and fell well below the standard I would expect, particularly given the extra amount I paid for a double bed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of comfort, safety, and hygiene during my stay. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and would like to request appropriate compensation, including a refund of the additional amount paid for the double bed and further consideration for the inconvenience and physical discomfort caused. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining how you intend to resolve this matter.

La limpieza de las habitaciones era escasa, mucho polvo acumulado y habitaciones muy viejas. Además no caía agua con suficiente presión en la ducha para poder ducharse bien.

• Jason (2/5): Not a comfortable stay! - The location was great just a few minutes walk form the Olympia Exhibition Centre. The Room was clean and the staff were friendly and polite. The accommodation was small and cramped. The shower was not easy to operate and the shower head clamp was broken. The room was overpowered with a strong air freshener. There was a fridge awkwardly placed in the middle of the room which i tripped over a couple of times!

• Owen (2/5): Not fit for purpose. - We honestly liked nothing about the room. It looked nothing like the photos. Female receptionist was lovely, she offered directions and guidance about the local area. The shower was broken, we reported it on night 1. It trickled out water and frequently cut off. Nothing was done, the extremely rude and in-denial gentleman on reception blamed it as a “local issue”. When we reported it on checkout day (as we needed to shower before travelling home), he kindly gave us another room to shower in. However, this room was filthy dirty from residents that had checked out minutes prior!!!! I informed him that he needed to fix the showers, and he said again that it was a “local issue”, despite the showers working in the dirty room he gave us as an alternative?!?! Also, our fan was broke. The TV was broke. Dated decor, wonky lights and pictures. Advertising photos nothing like the real thing. Stale smell upon check in. Air fresheners wouldn’t go a miss. The male receptionist obviously had no customer service skills, I even heard him shout at and ridicule another resident because he couldn’t locate his room. We as a couple, honestly don’t like moaning. But we are hardworking people spending a lot of money to stay here. They didn’t seem very surprised when we informed them of these issues and did not apologise once. In fact, they made multiple excuses for issues we raised.

Na plus czajnik, kubki, kawa, herbata, cukier i mleczko w pokoju. Codziennie sprzątany plus dokładane kosmetyki do mycia. Miły personel. Czysto. Wygodne łóżka. Nie korzystałam z opcji śniadań. Malutki pokój ale wystarczający jeśli tylko się w nim śpi.

• Heap (4/5): Clean and basic. Beware shower temperature control issues - Great central location. Quiet and very clean. The bed was a bit hard even as someone who likes firm beds! Biggest issue was not really being able to shower: the water temperature kept swinging from warm to freezing and worse warm to literally scalding. I assume it was when other people turned on a hot tap or flushed their toilet but it was quite scary when the scalding happened mid-shower. So, I gave up and went about showered at my daughter's flat!

• Paulo (1/5): Fujam deste hotel/RUN AWAY FROM THIS NHOTEL - De nada Frankly, first I arrived at the hotel and the owner, or manager, put me on a WhatsApp video call while he was having dinner to give me the code for the key box. The problem is, he couldn't remember the code and made me wait for about an hour in the cold while he ate and kept giving me guesses. Then, the room was disgusting. I slept fully clothed on the bed. It had a transparent curtain, I was exposed to streetlights all night, zero soundproofing, incredible noise. A place to forget... Francamente, primeiro cheguei ao hotel e o dono, ou gerente, colocou-me em vídeo chamada por WhatsApp enquanto jantava, para me dar o código da box que tinha a chave. O problema, é que ele não se lembrava do código e fez-me esperar cerca de uma hora ao gelo enquanto jantava e ia dando palpites. Depois, o quarto metia nojo. Dormi vestido em cima da cama. Tinha uma cortina transparente, apanhei com a luz da rua toda a noite, zero insonorização, barulho incrível. Para esquecer...

Posizione un po’ lontana dal centro città ma comunque molto ben servita sia dai pullman (fermata a 5 minuti a piedi) che dalla metro (20 minuti a piedi). Personale molto cordiale e pulizia effettuata ogni giorno. La zona è molto tranquilla. Entra aria fredda dalla finestra a causa di qualche spiffero, ma è comunque una situazione che si può migliorare mettendo qualcosa davanti.

• steph (10/5): Exceptional in quality and value - Staff exceptionally pleasant. Room immaculate, warm and provided blankets and an additional heater. Bathroom immaculate, water temperature great control with really hot water on both shower and sink taps. Bed very comfortable. Tube 5 minutes walk and 20 minutes for a different line. Highly recommend. Can't fault it.
• Alina Doriana (1/5): Veramente pessimo - La zona è bella e tranquilla, fermata del pullman e supermercato vicini. Puzza di fogna appena entrate dentro l'hotel, stanza minuscola ci stava solo il letto che era più piccolo di un matrimoniale e il minifrigo (non funzionante), non c'era neanche l'armadio solo una specie di mobiletto senza anta. Dentro la stanza c'era solo lo spazio per aprire la porta del bagno, anche questo piccolissimo. Il calorifero non funzionava e quando lo abbiamo detto alla reception la signora ci ha detto che si accende alle ore 21, non era vero quindi alla fine abbiamo riscaldato la stanza tenendo il phon acceso per 1 ora. Non sono una persona pretenziosa e non voglio mai spendere troppo quando viaggio, ma il riscaldamento a dicembre mi sembra un servizio base

• Ilaria (1/5): Stanza claustrofobica e diversa da quanto prenotato, soggiorno davvero deludente - Unica nota positiva: la posizione. Ma si può trovare di meglio Esperienza estremamente deludente. All’arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera interrata, senza doccia, cosa francamente inaccettabile. Una camera completamente diversa da tutte le foto presenti sul sito (e dalle foto della camera prenotata!). Dopo aver fatto presente il problema, la camera è stata cambiata, ma la situazione non è affatto migliorata. La nuova stanza era, anche in questo caso, completamente diversa da quella prenotata: senza finestre, senza armadio, senza mensole e senza comodini. Un ambiente claustrofobico, scomodo e poco vivibile, soprattutto per un soggiorno di più notti. Non potendo cancellare la prenotazione, ho dovuto trascorrere l’intero soggiorno in una stanza che non rispecchiava minimamente quanto pagato. Un’esperienza frustrante che ha rovinato il soggiorno. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura e consiglio di prestare la massima attenzione prima di prenotare.

Sábanas limpias, y cama hecha a diario. Baño muy limpio Espacios comunes con alfombrado húmedo y escalera alfombrada. Por suerte las habitaciones tienen suelo vinilico. Poco cuidado con la decoración, la entrada con muchas macetas vacías, daban aspecto de poco cuidado
