The area was extremely busy, but he stayed calm, professional, and very efficient the entire time. One thing I especially appreciated was how helpful he was with our payment situation. We only had cash at first, but Ramon took the time to help us figure out another option and allowed us to use Apple Pay instead which made everything so much easier and less stressful for us. He was also incredibly fast at getting everything done and never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. What really stood out was that he brought the car out in a way that allowed us to skip the crowded roundabout area and leave right away without getting stuck waiting in traffic. That extra effort made a huge difference and showed how attentive and thoughtful he was toward guests. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and Ramon definitely deserves recognition for his kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. Thank you again for making our departure smooth, fast, and positive!

The hotel has such a great location, and the dining options nearby make the experience even better. Area 31 was definitely a highlight, especially during happy hour. The room was beautiful, very clean, and had an amazing view. I also appreciated how quiet it was, as I had no issues with noise during my stay. A special mention to Ramon Chavez at valet, who was very welcoming and helpful. I had the chance to see him a few times during my visit, and he made a great impression. I was also happy to see Ramon Chavez again at valet. I believe that is how his name is spelled. I saw him when I first arrived and a couple of times on my way out, and he was very helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the views are incredible, and the cleanliness of the hotel makes the stay even more worth it. From my room, the noise level was great, and I had no complaints. I will definitely be back again. I love the place, the atmosphere, and the overall experience.

The rooms are huge even the balcony. I will definitely return. I enjoyed the Privai spa. Fatima did amazing on my facial. The massage was great. Keneisha front desk is so gentle and so nice with her customer service. Last but not least, leaving the hotel Jean Baptise the valet attendant was so kind, helped me with my baggage upon leaving the hotel. He was so courteous and polite. Thank you Epic. - pdsbarcayman (8/5): Very disappointed compared to our last visit. - Now I will clarify, it's been a minute since we've last stayed here and our last visits we really enjoyed our stay not that this trip was terrible. Check in, valet staff are brilliant, friendly and professional. Rooms very clean what gets me for the price they no longer provide a coffee machine, you pay for water. Their breakfast restaurant staff again very good, food ok but they really hit you for everything, shoot three orange juices $60.. It appears the hotel is draining you for every penny. Definitely not the experience we've had in NYC and London. Even this trip Zuma has really gone down a bit. I mybe becoming fussy the older I get but we always stay in 5 star hotels in Europe and this last week spending a few nights here and one night in the 4 seasons, US hotels have appeared to drop their standards and services. You are definitely not getting your monies worth here, shoot we pay double in Europe and nothing has changed, still brilliant there. I don't think we'll be returning to either the Epic and or 4 Seasons in Miami. We'll give the Ritz a go our next visit. Oh. Lastly for both hotels, they didn't have taxis available we got told to use Uber. I'm sorry if I'm leaving a hotel and want to leave I'm leaving immediately, I don't want to ha e to wait. 5/10/15 mins plus everytime I want to go somewhere.

Loved it - We are still here and usually wait until we leave to review, however the service level at this hotel is the best we have experienced and better than hotels in London, Dubai, Shanghai, New York, Vegas and more! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by David who helped with our bags, super professional guy. The check in was smooth and done in minutes, I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was fantastic, was expecting us and 10/10. A massive thank you to Ericka and Monica for the truly outstanding service and attention to detail. Way beyond expectations, the owners of this establishment have got great management and we will hopefully return one day int he future. The suite was beautiful, and clean and modern, the views stunning, the cabana and pool area was spotless, Juan and Dominique were really professional and friendly, the pool area food was really nice too. The location is great, you are close enough to everything and can walk or uber to all the tourist spots easily. If you are looking for a quality hotel and have a special occasion I cannot recommend this hotel and the team enough. If I could rate this more than 10 out of 10 I would. Amazing.

- Irreverent (4/5): Epic let down - Apart from the location, this property has little to offer in an area replete with great offerings. A 5 night stay was a let down. First off, the porte cochere is a congested nightmare. Twice returning to the hotel in an Uber, I elected to get out early because the hotel entry was jammed. The bed was lumpy and the sheets were not crisp. Inexplicably, on 2 nights my room was not cleaned -- I hate coming back to a rumpled bed. Items used from the mini bar were never replaced - was the half bottle of wine meant to last 5 nights? My room key card stopped working after 4 days. Dinner and breakfast at Area 31 were serviceable. Zuma was the shining star of the visit. Next.

But I wanted to leave feedback about a very negative experience I had at front desk. We were standing in long line. This young woman went straight to the front, cutting in front of everyone. And the desk clerk started to help her? I said “are you really cutting in front of all these people?” So she went back to end. And then started to make racist comments about me. Then once she got up to the desk again, the clerk apologized to HER. Tell me why 1) the clerk ignored her other patrons to take care of this women 2) apologized to her after HER rude and racist behavior. Unacceptable.

Incidentals deposit on credit card taken twice but only refunded once. No help whatsoever from the hotel who initially stated that it was their fault. Written numerous emails - latest ones ignored and now having to go through Mastercard/bank. Be very very careful as they either take money deliberately (fraud) or so inefficient that they cannot see what they have taken. Their finance dept must be poor.

Prix du petit déjeuner un peu trop cher, mais c’est un peu les prix partout identique.

First impressions were how dirty and unclean the property was. Our room was also very tired looking and not great at all. We did not sleep that well due to the constant sound of the loud cars racing around the streets all night. Service for us was very poor indeed. All in all there are far better and far cheaper in Miami before taking a cruise.

- B3349KUjuliaa (2/5): AVOID AS A PRE CRUISE HOTEL!!!-Our honest advice! - The website shows lovely suites, a great sundeck and what looks like a top class property. Our reality; Arrived at check in time 4pm for a pre cruise 1 night stay and alarm bells started ringing when the 2 doormen had their hands in their pockets, chatting away to each other whilst we struggled past them with our luggage. We then encountered a loing line waiting to check in as 1 person was on the desk--this one person was a lady who shall remain nameless but in our opinion could do with some serious customer service training. We used the lobby rest rooms and too our horror there was a member of staff sreaming down his phone at somebody--he wore the same white uniform as the chatting doormen. After absolutely no direction or help with our luggage we found the elevators and went to our "suite". The "suite" was filthy, showing so much wear and tear it was unbelievable that they were using it--it was shocking. Room service ordered---first delivery completely the wrong order and stone cold. Second attempt was simply inedible and we put the tray outside of our "suite". Yep--we could smell the food all through the night as it laid there in the hallway and it was still there after we checked out. Breakfast in our opinion is very very low quality--the staff here are not great and our server was more interested in how much we were going to tip him instead of offering any service at all. They served a chgicken sausage that we took one bite of and it tasted ghastly. We simply could not to wait to leave this place as it is without a doubt the worst hotel we have ever experienced. Later on Sunday my son and I developed what we presumed to be symptoms of food poisioning which basically left us bed ridden for approx 36 hours of our 7 day cruise.

On arrival no welcome from the 2 guys at the door with their hands in their pockets chatting away--no help with bags. Arrival time circa 4pm--one person on and a long long line of travellers waiting to check in--just not a service level we are used to. Finally "waved over" and were met with a very rude person with no aknowledgment of our wait and seemed in our opinion to want to be anywhere but behind the check in desk. The lobby area also smells of a strange smell. Up to our room and its filthy. Sofas all stained. Stains on the woodwork panels. Furniture literally rocks. All in all a complete and utter disaster of a hotel in our opinion.

A localização apesar de ser boa fica ao lado de uma ponte que precisa ser levantada para passagem de barcos continuamente gerando engarrafamento ao redor do hotel! Tamém achei o Hotel muito lotado, o que gera um pouco de insegurança. É um hotel que serve tambem para hospedagem de tripulações de avioes.
