The vegan English breakfast in the morning is tasty. The hotel and the room are very clean. The Trap (Parking Policy): Unfortunately, the parking policy completely ruined the experience. It is highly deceptive and operates like an absolute trap. I specifically filtered my search for a hotel with parking. Seeing the general "parking" tag on the listing, I booked it without having time to comb through the full, detailed description. It was only after checking in that I discovered parking costs £30 per night (with their "generous" 25% discount from a normal £40 price). To put that in perspective, the parking fee was ~40% of the cost of my entire stay (£80 + £30 = £120 per night)! By the time I was told about this ridiculous thing, it was too late to change my plans, and I was already caught in the trap. To make matters worse, there are no in-and-out privileges. If you intend to take your car out during your stay, you are forced to pay the parking fee every single time you return and park.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Mój pobyt był bardzo udany i po raz kolejny również wybrałabym ten hotel. - Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Pokoje i łazienka bardzo czyste. Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo dobre połączenie z każdym kierunkiem Londynu. Mało zróżnicowane śniadanie, ale wszystko bardzo pyszne!

• Marcus (9/5): Fantastic overall. Very pleased with the room and breakfast and value for money. UBER ferry also clo - I liked the young lady who worked on reception. She was brilliant. Room was very good and value for money, with breakfast included, was superb. We would stay here again. Breakfast was more than adequate. I will mention the girl on the desk again, she was polite helpful and engaging. Only issue was minor in that we had to get more tea bags and milk as there was not enough in the room. No other issues at all.

The biggest surprise was my room being ready at 8am which given my long haul flight (Sydney to London) was a very welcome surprise. Comodo da raggiungere da aeroporto Gatwick, passando tramite stazione Clapham. La posizione è un po' decentrata rispetto al centro, calcolate 45-60 minuti per raggiungere le attrazioni del centro. Non ci sono stazioni metro vicine, ma è ben collegata con i bus.
