- 怡君 (8/5): 整體來說還不錯👌🏻 - 交通方便，附近有超商很便利！ 房間大致上都很乾淨，隔音效果也蠻好的👌🏻 床睡起來很舒服👍🏻 浴室有大浴缸可以泡澡，還有提供浴鹽～ 很棒！ 台灣環保政策新規上路後，全台旅宿業者不得「主動」提供小瓶裝洗沐用品及一次性個人衛生備品（如牙刷、牙膏、梳子、刮鬍刀、刮鬍泡、浴帽等）。 但此次入住期間，我們主動向櫃檯詢問是否可索取一次性備品時，櫃檯人員卻表示「因政府政策，無提供一次性備品」。 理解環保政策的目的在於推廣綠色環保，但依政策內容，應是不主動提供，而非完全禁止提供。若旅客有需求，應仍可向櫃檯索取或另行購買才較符合政策原意。

- Kazuhiro (9/5): また泊まりたい - 部屋が広い、公園側の部屋は眺めが良い、トイレがウォシュレット、浴槽が深くて広い、朝食が美味しい、日本語対応が可能なスタッフが多い。中山駅から徒歩10分だが、横断歩道を除けばほとんどアーケード街なので、雨の日でも濡れずにホテルに行ける。 空調の温度調節がうまくいかず、部屋が寒すぎ、5月なのに上着を要した。ホテルの外壁が汚れており、高級感を損なっているので、外壁を掃除して欲しい。

- Leeson7 (9/5): A great practical and clean hotel - Very practical room, dark, well laid out, shower, beds and everything worked to a high standard and cleanliness. The practical use of the rooms can't be understated, after staying at many hotels with awkward spaces and toilets or showers that don't quite work it was great having a space where everything did exactly as needed. Its a touch far from an MRT but the bus is a 2min walk away. The breakfast buffet does leave a bit to be desired for a western palate with mostly heavy items like sausages and bacon rather than lighter options like yoghurt and grains.

- noricyan (8/5): - 今回が２回目でしたが、朝食はパン・ご飯・お粥・麺・中華・サラダ・果物等比較的小食の私たちには十分でした。コーヒーも豆からガリガリ牽くタイプの様で、美味しかった印象です。 パークビューの部屋にしましたが、毎朝新緑が奇麗で、癒されました。ベッドメーキング・バスローブの用意も完全でしたが、帰る朝に浴衣が有ったのに気が付いて、寝間着に使わず失敗でした。細かいポイントですが、エレベーターの到着が早い様な気がします。 雨の日が有ったのですが、中山の駅までアーケードが有り、ほとんど濡れる事無くアクセス出来て、本当に便利でした。 書いて良いのか分かりませんが、４泊した後半２泊の金額が少し安く成っていて、ホテルから返事が貰えないとは思いますが、次回行く時に聞いてみたいと思いますが、ちょっとしたアピールポイントではないでしょうか。

- Kazuhiro (10/5): - 狭い部屋でも30㎡程度の広さはあり、狭さを感じない。浴室はほかの高級ホテルにもない、独創的な構造で、特に浴槽は日本式で深く気持ち良い。トイレはウォシュレット完備。朝食のメニューは毎日変わるので、連泊していても飽きない。和洋中の料理が用意されているが、断然、中華料理が美味しい。注目すればラーメンも作ってくれる。宿泊者は朝食時に限らずレストランでコーヒーを無料で飲める。ホテルのフロントのスタッフはほとんど全員が日本語を話すので、日本人にとってはありがたい。公園側の部屋だと見晴らしが良い。ホテルのすぐ横の通りに各種の飲食店、バー、コンビニエンスストアなどが並んでおり、たいへん便利。ホテルから最寄りのコインランドリーまで徒歩4分。 朝食を6時半ちょうどに食べに行くと、料理がまだ冷たいことがある。昼にレストランで洋食を食べると、味付けが中華風で、戸惑った。見た目は洋食 洋食が専門のシェフが作る味ではないと思う。

Das Hotel ist schon älter: Zimmer mit altem Teppich, sehr abgewohnt. Der Frühstücksraum, insgesamt zu klein, wir mussten teils auf einen Tisch warten und anstehen.

Easy to get access around the famous places because they have someone to book taxis, car rentals, van services, etc. The rooms were overall great. Spacious, complete amenities, comfortable bed, separate bath and onsen, vanity, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast also has good selection and everything served was sumptuous. The service was beyond exceptional. We’ve stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels but San Want Residences are on a different level. Everything was made convenient for you. We had a problem with cancellation of rooms and rebooking it. They arranged it with no fee. All of the staff are nice and warm, very helpful when it comes to booking us transportation and airport transfers. N/A

Staff is very friendly and helpful providing information for us to get around. We did not know we need to turn on the cleaning room button on the control panel in order to have our room cleaned. I wish we were told at check in. The location is convenient as well close the subway and not too far from Taipei train station. There are so many restaurants nearby. Definitely we are coming back if we visit again.

- Bowei (3/5): Clean hotel, but very old facilities and too hot to stay in - Very clean, good location on the main strip and staff greeted me every time The AC did not truly work and they did not care to fix it. The entire hotel runs off a central temperature range and so it can't cool down below 74F during the 'winter' season. They would only give us fans and would not provide any additional compensation for a 5 star hotel not being able to cool down to 69F. This wasn't an unreasonable ask of cooling down to 55F.... this was asking for the hotel to be below 70F which most international visitors would prefer.

Skön stor säng, fantastisk vy över parken, härligt nedsänkt badkar. Även om hotell var lite slitet så var det välstädat med bra bekvämligheter. Saknade värme på rummet men personalen var snabb med att lösa det med en extra radiator. Tyst och lugnt på rummet (ingen störande ventilation eller annat). Utan extra kostnad fick vi möjlighet till late check-out till kl.13. Lugn och skön miljö till frukost. Jättebra frukost med allt från färsk frukt till diverse varma och kalla rätter. Personalen var mycket trevlig och serviceminded.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering local, western and Japanese food. On the New Year's Day, they gave us a card (in matt black) with every staff manually signing their names (in sparkling colour pens). It was a super nice touch. Nothing I can think of
