- Hillboy (10/5): Beautiful apartment and reasonably priced - The apartment was perfectly located within walking distance of two beaches and the Promenade where numerous restaurants and bars were located at a lower cost than within the old city. The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. It had a fully equipped kitchen and washing and drying machine. There is a market store located right at the corner of the street with a decent supply of deli meats, produce, breads, and beverages. The old city is only a few miles/kilometers away and there is a bus stop located at the corner of street. It is a short bus ride to the city or you walk there. The walk takes about an hour if you walk at a brisk pace. There are several scenic routes to the old city so we tried different routes every day at leisure pace, soaking in the beauty of the area. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, providing a view of the bay. Occasionally we were provided a free fireworks display from the cruise ships entering the bay with a bird’s eye view from our balcony.

- marksch1972 (10/5): A great place to stay but a little out of the way. - We thought these apartments were great. They were well maintained, spacious, clean and had everything we were expecting to be in them. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, especially when it came to getting around as we didn't have a car. The site is close to a small shop and 3 beaches and a 10 to 15 minute walk away is a small centre with lots of bars and restaurants and another beach. The old city is about 5km away and can be reached by catching the number 6 bus. We would recommend these apartments as a place to stay but please note due to the location if you don't have a car you will have to do plenty of walking up and down hills to get to the bus or the local centre.
- Claudia (10/5): - Željka and her team are amazing. The property is conveniently located near shopping, the port, beaches, and Old Town. My family of four had an amazing few from our room. It is very safe and at night very peaceful to get the best sleep. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk as well.

- Carmine (10/5): - We loved our stay at the Pervanovo Apartments. The manager met us at check in and quickly gave us all the information we needed, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment is big, clean and full of amenities such as a full kitchen and washing facilities. It was a good price and conveniently located less than 10 minutes from a nice beach and a 5 minute walk to a bus that takes you to the old Town. We asked for a 1 hour extension to check out later and the property manager was extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and fully recommend it
- Jennifer (10/5): A great place to stay - These apartments are perfect. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk to lots of great places in Lapad and beautiful beaches. Getting an Uber to the old city is simple and inexpensive.

- Simon (10/5): Home from home. - Modern and spacious apartments in a quiet location, but still easy to get to the hussle and bustle of the old town. The apartments have everything you need to feel like you are at home. Ours was on the ground floor, so we had no views, but I guess that this is the luck of the draw. Staff were very helpful. The front desk is not always open, but once they had settled us in, we kept in touch on WhatsApp and they always responded to our needs and questions. There was some noise from the family above. They also had a young child that was very active. The apartments have tiled floors and not many soft furnishings, so the noise travels between apartments, but the family kept reasonable hours, so the noise was only during waking hours.

- jennieb272 (10/5): Great place! Would come back here! - Perfect, spacious, just what we needed! We had 6 guests and so we had two different rooms. Each room had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. They let us store luggage there before our flight out.

Our only complaint was that we had asked six months in advance that the three apartments be close by or at least in the same building but we were in three different buildings, communication was not great but otherwise it was nice.

Apartment was lovely and exceeded our expectations everthing you need is included they really have thought of everything. Fabulous view from the balcony. Within 15 minutes walk of several beaches, bars and restaurants. There are some lovely walks and beautiful scenery in the surrounding area. It is a bit hilly in the area, you don't need to be super fit but it wouldn't suit if you do have mobility issues. Would stay here again it was a perfect base for us. Bus stop to the old town and supermarket are only 10 mins walk away.
- viveksheeld (8/5): Very good indeed! - All other details are mentioned in the earlier reviews. Whatever was a problem or lacking was quickly and efficiently provided by Laura and her team. Responsive on weekends too and very informative.They even helped with the luggage as we had heavy bags and the apartment was on the 2nd floor with no elevators. 100 out of 100 for service! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars were the bath areas. We had 2 washrooms, one with a cubicle and one with a bath tub. Both were very clumsy to use and a person with mobility issues cannot use them. Highly recommended!
- davidgC6222HG (10/5): Pervanovo - great for families - Spacious apartment, well equipped and easy walking distance to Copacabana beach. About 10 mins from the old town by car or bus and it was very easy to get a taxi or Uber from the apartment. Recommended!
- Ioan (10/5): - Property was as described on website. Staff very professional, did call maintenance and promptly took care of the issue. Only thing I did not like was the comfort of the sofa bed, but moved mattress on the floor and did not contact property about it. Good soundproofing of apartments and decent neighbors, what more can you ask for? Had lovely view of the sea, not frontal but to the side. It proved a wonderful opportunity to have the same view in the bedroom, its window facing the view directly. Highly recommend and hope to return next year.
- PamSinfield (10/5): So worth the wait! - Just returned home from a 5 day stay with a friend. The apartment could not have been better. Light and spacious, very clean and well equipped. We were on the 2nd floor and the views were amazing. The location was very good, although it was 5K to the Old Town, there were lots of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk and small supermarkets close by too. Copacobana Beach was extremely expensive, but Sunset beach, which is near the local restaurants was beautiful. There is an easy bus service, with stops close by, which runs all day and late into the evening and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the Old Town. After waiting 2 years due to the Pandemic, this trip was certainly worth the wait and I will absolutely recommend the apartments. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I stayed there with my wife and two children and we loved our whole time there. Kristina in the office was incredibly helpful as well. There is also a very good supermarket nearby that provided us with some essentials that were unfortunately with our luggage in Vienna (bags arrived early next morning).I would happily stay there again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We arrived in Dubrovnik early, the taxi transfer service I had organised previously with Pervanovo was there waiting for us at the airport, very reassuring, when we arrived at the reception office which opens in the afternoon he contacted Christine who arranged the cleaning staff to come over and greet us. They were very friendly, helpful and showed us to our apartment which was ready to use. Thank you to them. The property was fantastic, kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker (filters provided), decent sized fridge cooker hob, plates and glasses etc all you need. Utilities washing machine iron etc and the hairdryers were a good addition, you won't need to take one. The bedrooms were all a good size for family and friends to sleep in comfortably, we had the 3 bedroom and balcony apartment which was on the second floor, the views from the balcony were breathtaking. A special thank you to Christine who organised our return transfer, gave us very useful information, made us feel very welcome and assured, and that we could contact her any time during our stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Spacious, attractive apartment with nice deck. I had a conference at one of the Valamar hotels about a 20 minute walk from this property, and decided to stay here. I'm very happy about that decision! There is a small grocery store a few minutes away. The apartment had a nice washing machine and modern bathroom, and comfortable bed. It was quiet in the evenings, peaceful. Highly recommended.

- Loo99car (10/5): Exceptional - It was very convenient as only a short walk to the bus stop to get to the old town and a very short walk to the local small shop, campsite office where bus tickets etc and even a local good restaurant. The staff were exceptionally professional and the apartment was spotless.
- LauraD11341 (10/5): Perfect location - Great apartment, we stayed in a 2 bed apartment with excellent view from balcony. Watched cruise ships going in and out of the port. Beautiful sunsets too. 5-10 min walk to Copacabana beach. Local bus no.6 takes you into the old town which takes around 15 mins. 12kn one way for bus if you buy the bus tickets at the campsite reception which is at the bottom of road from apartment. We used the hotel pool of the Valamar club hotel which is 5 mins walk away. They didn’t charge us after we asked to be day guests. Also went there for the hotel entertainment for 2 evenings as it all happens by the pool area each night. The apartments were perfectly located to explore surroundings of a beautiful location.
- Michele (10/5): Excellent apartment - Apartment was amazing - we were in I-1which had 2 beautiful balconies with amazing views and 2 spotless bathrooms. There were all the little extras you get in a hotel and everything you can think of in an apartment. Would recommend this apartment 100%. Only downside the steps get very slippy when it rained - and i had a very bad fall down them so just take care in the wet- otherwise no negative comments at all about this apartment it is excellent

We also went to the some lovely local restaurants and Hotels. 30 minute bus ride to Dubrovnik and the Old City. Highly recommend these apartments and Dubrovnik. Perfect!

Close to Copacabana Beach, a 5 min walk, only a 15 minute drive to Old Town, the big historic area where all the tourist things are. The property was spacious beds were ok. We had some issues with the water, either boiling hot or cold. They came right away to help. They needed to walk through the apartment with us upon arrival to show us how water worked, stove and microwave as they were different than ones we have ever seen.

- 152seann (10/5): Great stay... again! - This was the second time I have stayed in the apartments. The first time was a few years ago with a group of friends and this time I returned with my family. Everything was as good as I remembered! Very clean and nice accommodations. The service is also great! They helped with booking a transfer from the airport for us and when the airline lost my bag, Christina in the reception was super helpful. Thank you! The location is good as well. Just a 10 minute walk to the Copacabana Beach and maybe 15 minutes to the redestrian street with restaurants in Lapad. While you can easily take a bus to the old town, we took Ubers which were easy and quite inexpensive. If we ever come back to Dubrovnik, we will be sure to stay here again!
- MaijaK239 (10/5): Excellent choice - We were travelling with big family including seven kids. We had two apartments next to each other . All information was clear in advance. Answering for lot of our questions and needs (baby grip, high chair, extra bed etc..) was clear and fast. Also private transportation was good and worth all cost. Especially ’cause we arrived 1,5hours late middle of The night.. Everything in here have been just great. Apartment is really clean, modern and well equipped. We cooked a lot our selves and there were good stuff for that in kitchen. Staff was really friendly when we arrived. And specially super nice when they told us we can have late check out for other apartment. So we could have one great day more at the beach. Really nice Copacabana beach was close (about 10minute walk with kids) and little shop was few steps away. Bus stop wasn’t too far away either. Warmly recommend Pervanovo apartments for families and also other ! Thank you :)
- DANIELE (8/5): Excellent, except 2 small issues - It was everything excellent except for 2 small issues at check in. The apartment was wonderful, big and comfortable. And it's close to a beach (that is unfortunately becoming gentrified). The issue we had was that the price charged at check in was different from the one on the reservation and it was not because of any extra charges or city tax. Our reservation was made in EUR and they converted it to local currency, which increased price in about EUR 50. This info is not stated anywhere in the booking, so something to be aware of. The 2nd issue was that we informed them at the time of booking that we were bringing a dog, together with remarks about bed arrangements. Their employee said they never got any of this. Luckily they realized that they had made a mistake and the problem was solved without further headache.

Great double bedroom on ground floor with lots of hanging space for clothes and its own balcony with sea view. Great ensuite. Light and airy. Spiral staircase to mezzanine floor for second double bed. Limited headroom here and limited space for clothes (although could share ample wardrobe space downstairs). Lovely ensuite. No windows in bedroom or ensuite. Very warm at night, although excellent air conditioning unit. Mezzanine floor not suitable for young children. Apartment located in a quiet, partly residential area and about 8-10 minutes walk to bus and 10 minutes to nearest beach. Kristina is an excellent host for Pervanovo; extremely pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Receptionist is excellent and property is value for money...I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here if I come back to Dubrovnik...

- Smudger453 (10/5): Delightful Dubrovnik - We travelled to Dubrovnik on the 28th May 2019 for four nights and stayed at the Pervanovo Apartments, Solitudu, Babin Kuk just north of Dubrovnik Old Town. I emailed in advance and they arranged transport from the airport (€45 each way payable to the accommodation not the driver) The apartment (Villa I-2) is one bedroomed on the third (top) floor accessed up 33 steps and has a lovely view from the balcony over the bay where you can watch cruise ships coming into Dubrovnik. The apartment was very clean and had all mod-cons (dish washer, washing machine, microwave, toastie machine, fridge and hot plate). It was just perfect. You have a cash machine, coffee machine at the Solitudu Camping Reception 20 metres away and from here you can purchase bus tickets and the very useful Dubrovnik Card (1,3 or 7 day) which gives access or discounts to most of what you want to see or visit. The bus stop is 200 metres away and the No 6 bus takes you direct to the Old Town in 15 minutes and they run every15 minutes as well so are very convenient. We certainly can not speak highly enough of the accommodation.

- Maps136749 (10/5): Fantastic apartment in Dubrovnik - We had a three bedroom apartment with additional loft space. Three bathrooms. Huge balcony. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Bus stop 5 minutes walk to take you to Dubrovnik old town. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Apartment was spotless and comfortable. Lovely views watching the cruise ships sail out to sea. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Quiet and safe area. Parking outside the door. Would recommend to anyone. We were a family of 7 and had lots of space. Great WiFi. No negatives at all.
- BorisM_13 (10/5): Consistently Good - Couple stayed here recently for 4 nights. We have stayed here several times in the past, but it has been a couple of years. Place is still very, very good. Clean, quiet, spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood away from the old town, but still close enough. A short bus ride or a moderate walk gets you to the old town in about 20 minutes. Grocery and some restaurants near by. Copacabana beach about a 5 minute walk as well. A couple of small things we noticed this time versus previous stays and they are indeed small things, but... The kitchen, though well stocked is missing a few key items like a strainer for pasta, decent sized glasses for drinks, sharp knives (I hate dull knives), ice cube trays and basics like salt/pepper/sugar and the like. Now I absolutely know that if I had gone to reception and asked they would have immediately supplied, but my point is one shouldn't have to. These things should already be there. Christina at check in was pleasant and professional. Don't get me wrong here - this is a wonderful property that's exceptionally maintained, but it's important to not forget the little things too.

She was pleased and keen to answer any questions we had, she made herself available and she was lovely with our two young boys. - Paradise66019 (10/5): Lovely views, very clean, great staff at Pervanovo Apartments - My Wife and I recently spent four days at the Pervanovo apartments just outside the bustling Old Town of Dubrovnik. We had a two bed, two bathroom apartment on the ground floor. We were both very impressed with the very high level of facilities in the apartment and also how clean it was. Every conceivable appliance was available: microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and filter papers, fridge, cooker, all plates cups and cutlery etc. Towels, shower gel, soap the list goes on. The only things you need to take with you are your cloths and personal items, everything else is catered for. The apartments are situated in a series of other apartments blocks in a quiet residential area and only a 5 minute stroll to bars, restaurants, supermarket and the busy Marina. We both liked the feel of being out of the way but near enough to amenities when needed. Local buses are very frequent and cheap. All information is in the apartment. On the day of departure the lovely lady from Housekeeping allowed us to stay on in the apartment for several hours after the usual departure time because we were not travelling home until the evening; thank you very much for that. As part of our Easy jet package we had a taxi booked at 6:05pm to take us the airport for our flight home. However, when the taxi still hadn't arrived by 6:20pm we began to get a bit concerned. The apartments reception was open so I asked a very helpful young lady, named Kristina, if she would call the taxi company and find out what was happening. Long story short, after several phone calls, Kristina was eventually able to sort the problem out for us and a taxi duly arrived about 12 minutes later: she was brilliant in resolving our problem and were very grateful for her help. Thank you again Kristina, had you not helped us, we could have missed our flight home. To conclude; If you don't want to sit round a pool all day or party all night and just want clean comfortable accommodation as a base, with very good staff on hand to help on a practical and information basis, then I can highly recommend these apartments for a holiday in Croatia. My wife and I are already checking our dairies to book another holiday here.

Bright, spacious and large apartment with plenty space for relaxing, dining and sleeping. Excellent location close to beach and amenities but also in quiet surroundings. Stunning views.

- Kerry (10/5): Highly recommended! - Villa was great, very clean and comfortable. The location is great with Copacabana beach a 10 minute walk away, with restaurants & bars just up from the beach. Going in the other direction there are lots of restaurants and bars a 10/15 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop here which takes you to Old Town and various places. The welcome from Kristina (I hope I have remembered her name correctly) was lovely and she was really helpful. We will definitely be visiting here again.
- Edith (8/5): Spacious apartment close to beach - We enjoyed the apartment about 10 minutes walk from beach. It was about 20 minutes away by car or bus to the old city. The hostess was very helpful on nearby attractions and available for any questions. The apartment was comfortable, when there was an issue with the hot water they were there in 10 minutes to get it fixed.
- Yew Hee (8/5): Clean spacious apartment with good sea & mountain - Apartment is spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen incl detergents & cleaning sponge & paper towels. Onsite free parking, good free wifi, air conditioner. Very quiet (except on the first night there was a music festival at the nearby camping grounds) & safe. Nice balcony with nice view to the sea and island. 15 min drive into the old town Dubrovnik (or by bus, walk 10 min to bus stop). Has laundry washing machine in the apartment. PEMO supermarket 15 min walk. A nice tavern restaurant 5 min walk away. The young receptionist under training was very very helpful and friendly. Made efforts to attend to our needs and questions, with a smile ! -ve’s: One of the apartments our group had has a room on the second floor accessible by a narrow spiral staircase. Not convenient to haul large suitcases ! Another of the two apartments we had, has both double bedrooms on one same floor. The manager who checked us in, assigned the one with both bedrooms on one floor to one couple, and the one with the bedrooms on two floors to our two couple group. It would have been more sensible to assign the rooms the other way around ! Our towels were not changed at all for the 3 nights we were there, nor was there any daily service. For cash payments, only accepts Croatian currency, even if the booking confirmation is in a foreign currency.

- Adam (10/5): Amazing value and hospitality in Dubrovnik!! - I got in relatively late (about 19:00) and the young lady had waited for me to show up. She was kind, enthusiastic saw I was in the wine business and recommended some great wine bars and restaurants. She walked me to a very spacious, and elegant apartment and showed me around and gave me some pointers on the neighborhood. No sooner had she left for the day that I mistakenly locked myself out (I'm used to plastic key cards. This is key entry) ....I called her on her cell, she answered and said not to worry she would quickly return - and when she did she had a big smile and was gracious letting me back into the apartment. Truly exceptional customer service and a great location and comfortable and spacious place to stay while visiting Dubrovnik. For one person....it was huge. Definitely a place for a couple or a family. I will return...hopefully, next time with my girlfriend.

- AndyT (10/5): Quiet location with superb view over the islands - Used this apartment as a 10-day holiday base for visiting, primarily Dubrovnik but Split, Kotor, Montenegro and Mostar, Bosnia with self drive car hire as well. Local supermarket and bakery provided for breakfast on the balcony, lunch out and mostly restaurant dining in the evenings. Restaurant prices are not much different to UK-anything between £50 and £120 for 2-3 courses with a good (Croatian) bottle of wine, of which there is a fantastic choice. Using the 7-day Dubrovnik Card paid for itself in museum entries, city wall tour, bus rides and discounted island (Lokrum) visit. On first thought, we liked the idea of an apartment in the Old City but when the nightly noise from crowds and cleaning services are considered, staying outside was better. Two Top Tips: 1. Use the Port of Dubrovnik website to determine when the cruise liners are in and avoid the worst days as there can be an influx of up to 10,000 extra people all trying to visit the same places as you! 2. Decide your itinerary and do your sums to see if a Dubrovnik Card could save you money.

- James (10/5): Lovely Apartment with great sea views - Our first time in Croatia and what an amazing stay. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment with great sea views from the balcony from which we ate breakfast every morning whilst watching the ships go out... Staff were very friendly and accommodating and our stay went without hitch from start to finish. The local Copacabana beach (within easy walking distance) was very nice and great for a swim, although did get a tad crowded and hiring sun loungers were quite expensive. The seafood at the Orsan restaurant (recommended by staff) was excellent and the setting on Lapad harbour front was stunning... Great bus links into Dubrovnik which spared the nightmare of trying to park the car! All in all we had a great first trip to Croatia and saw some amazing places during our week and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to visit Croatia, we will hopefully be back soon...
- Maureen (6/5): - Lovely appointed apartment with facilities as described. Unfortunately, the blind/awning on the balcony was broken & could not be folded up. On Sat 15 July, there were very strong winds, which resulted in the blind banging into the bedroom window all night. This was extremely frightening & we had no sleep & was concerned that it would break the window . At 4am , the metalwork on the blind was buckled & the awning was dragging on the floor. We telephoned Mateja on her mobile at 4am several times, but her phone was not in service. The next morning , we reported the problem to Mateja & confirmed it by letter which we delivered to the office. The awning was made safe but we were unable to have the canopy open, which meant that there was no shade on the balcony for the remainder of our trip. Mateja was very sympathetic , however did not believe that the awning was already broken when we moved in on July 13th. We had one night where we could not sleep & two days where we couldn't sit on the balcony, due to there being no shade. The apartments were a distance from the local restaurants, but luckily we are fit & coped with the walks.
- simon (10/5): Nice apartment within walking distance to beach. - We had a great couple of days in Dubrovnik, With only a 10min drive to the old town. Dubrovnik is beautiful with some amazing views. The nearest beach is copacabana beach, with a 5min walk from the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean and the air conditioning was a god send, as temperatures hit 32 deg. i would definitely recommend these appartments, we had a great view of the sea.
- Liz (10/5): Apartment with sea view - We had a great holiday in Dubrovnik. The apartment is near an attractive shale/pebble beach and also to a smaller beach with a walking trail to the marina. The sea is amazingly clear so wonderful for swimming. The buses to the old town are frequent and reasonably priced but they do get very full. There are many good restaurants and it helps to enjoy fish and seafood, which we do. Mateja was very helpful with providing leaflets and local information. We really enjoyed the boat trip and visit to Lokrum with its walking trails, botanic gardens and wildlife-rabbits and peacocks. The old town is just stunning of course and so it is shocking to see film of the bombing of Dubrovnik in 1991. We didn't like the main beach in Dubrovnik but there is a small cove about a kilometre further on, not signposted and down steep steps, which is very pretty and has a cafe.
- liz and katie (8/5): Walking distance to beach and town - Great apartment overlooking the sea, close to beach (10mins walk) mini supermarket (10mins walk), 10min walk to a wonderful pedestrianised pathway full of bars and restaurants all the way down leading to a lovely coastal walkway with a cave bar. Only downside was the wifi connection, drops out a lot and isn't too strong in the bedrooms or balcony so if you're planning to do any work or watch a movie you may encounter interference but on the whole it was a great apartment.
- Charlie (10/5): One of the best places I have stayed. - Excellent apartment, finished to a very high standard with great facilities. Very comfortable stay and a very pleasant apartment to be in, I wish I could live there! Good sized balcony with gorgeous sunset sea views from our room. Facilities are excellent, with satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, great shower and kitchen with full array of crockery and utensils. Provided are a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, hob, microwave but unfortunately no oven. No cleaning service in the week which is nice and allows you to feel as if it is your own place. We arrived before the 3pm check-in time, but the apartment was ready so they let us check in early. We were met by Marteja who was very friendly and helpful and also provided us with information about the best things to do in Dubrovnik, a bus time table and restaurant recommendations which was a nice touch. We took her up on the restaurant recommendation and you will not be disappointed! While not in the centre of the city, this is pleasant as it is very busy down there. A short walk away is Copacabana beach with cocktail bars, restaurants and boat trips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk and very affordable, with the bus stop to the city centre even closer. Buses cost 15 kuna for an hour, alternatively you can pay 12 kuna at the campsite office over the road. They run from 5am until midnight. 10 minutes away is Lopud which features a great array of restaurants and bars, so there is no need to be in the city centre.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Absolutely wonderful stay in the apartment - My family and I had an AMAZING stay here. The apartment is so comfortable, clean, well-located (just 15-20 minutes drive and/or bus ride to the old city Dubrovnik), and loaded with amenities. The bedding was SO comfortable! We had a great 4 nights of sleep here. The view from the apartment was amazing as well. The apartment comes fully equipped with a kitchen, utensils/appliances, dishwasher, laundry washer, great wifi, free parking, separate living area and dining space, and more. My dad was raving in particular about how much he enjoyed the apartment (he is generally a hard man to please, so that's saying a lot!), and we cannot wait to return :) Thank you!!
- n (10/5): Excellent apartments! - We stayed here for 6 nights and found the apartments to be clean, homely and spacious. The apartments are close to Copacabana beach about a 7 minute walk away. It's around a 10 minute taxi drive into old town, which costs around £10. We found Sanja to be extremely helpful and friendly and gave us valuable advice to get around the area. I would definitely stay here again, the apartments were excellent value for money!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Spacious apartment with outstanding staff - The lady at reception (Soja) goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay and gives you all the help and information you need. She is what makes the stay at the apartments great. The apartments are close to the beach with plenty of space and facilities. It's a little further out of town in the middle of summer it was tiring but it's super easy to get into town with the local bus that runs every 10mins

Nothing was to much trouble, Sonja was very friendly and professional, would highly recommend these apartments. Campsite around you hardly notice and very quiet.

If you are arriving later at night, I recommend the transfer. The hotel staff, Sanja, was lovely and very informative regarding bus schedules, restaurants and other general information.

- Amy (10/5): Nice apartment complex, short bus to old town - The property manager waited for our arrival in the evening and was very helpful with maps, bus routes, and restaurant suggestions. He showed us to our apartment and it was just as advertised. We hoped we would have been in one of the buidings facing the water, but since we weren't there very much, it didn't seem to matter too much. The apartment was well equipped. An AC/heating unit in each room, washing machine, dvd players on each TV, fully equipped kitchen, and wifi were all great. We did not use the TVs or DVD setups, so I'm not sure how they were. House was clean and a decent size for our family of four. Bus stop that takes you into old town is only a 15 minute walk away. A cute restaurant just 5 minutes away, associated with the camping area, came in handy one night when we were tired and hungry. Other restaurants, small grocery store, and shops are all just a short drive away. Nice place to stay if you don't want to be right in downtown.

The beach is a 5 - 10 minute walk away, the bus stop is a 10 minute walk along with the nearest supermarket. We had an apartment with a fabulous view towards the sea. For those looking for a peaceful trip, Pervanovo is the place to stay.

We are not prima donnas but everything we asked for (directions, them to make restaurant reservations for us, restaurant recommendations) they did with a smile. Location was far from Old Town and bus-stop was 10 min walk from apartments. Bus-stops are un-named and confusing but we learned to look for Renault car shop for us to get off. Apartments were "boiler" heated so my 13yr old daughter used all hot water during shower. But we are a family of 5.
