- petercX5089VF (6/5): Very nice staff, very clean hotel and room - but dysfunctional restaurant. - Very nice and friendly staff, very clean and tidy room, but calling a room a "mini-suite" by to putting a chair and a small table in a corner of the room is a bit bold! Using the toilet, you are kneecapped by the glass wall to the shower. The hotel issues drinks vouchers to IHG members, but there is no bar in the hotel! You can only have a drink when the (franchised?) restaurant opens at 7PM. This hotel is not up to the expectations you should have to an Intercontinental Hotel that says it has 5 stars.

Many of the Rooms are beautiful and recently refurbished. Amine at the front desk is amazing - he is extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive. He really made me feel welcome!
- 97yasia (10/5): 4 days and the staff started feeling like family! Thank you for all of your help during our stay. - I want to thank the team at InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées Étoile by IHG. From the first step into the hotel to the departure on our last day, our stay felt exquisite. What really made the stay was the attention to detail from the staff, from check-in to the concierge services to those helping us find transportation to the service we received at breakfast every day. Everyone was SO kind and always willing to share their knowledge and help us ensure we are happy with our stay. A special thank you to Jeremie, Elisa, Luan, Benjamin, Vena, Ali, Bastien, and everyone else who worked during our stay at the end of March 2026. What I really loved were the hotel rooms. I am also very big on good quality bedding and toiletries; they had it all. I also loved being able to make coffee in my room with the Nespresso every morning and heading down to breakfast for a freshly-made-to-order omelet, matcha (SO good), and the French yogurt with fruit and granola. This spot felt very safe, comfortable, and of great quality. The staff is also always willing to provide you with detailed activity recommendations for your day, and the best way to describe it is... when you need something, they help you with patience and a great personality. If you want to send postcards from the hotel (which I recommend) for folks in the States, make sure you have some Euro cash on you! Other than that, card is fine for all other services and costs. - scottaW6953KI (10/5): A five star spectacular stay at the Intercontinental Champs-Elyses - Our family has a wonderful stay, it was perfectly located for walking to the Eiffel tower and Arc de Triumph and of course the Champs-Elyses. Taking Ubers and taxis was very reasonable anywhere else. The hotel is boutique as to be expected in Paris but the rooms were luxurious and the front desk staff were all so incredibly friendly, helpful and made the stay extra special. I wish I could mention everybody by name because the all stood out - but a special thank you to Amine for making sure we made our early AM train with smiles!!

- kcappio (10/5): Boutique feel with 5-star service—an exceptional stay for families - This was my second stay at the InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées Etoile in the past 6 months, and as someone who travels frequently for business and regularly stays at InterContinental properties across the U.S. and Europe, this location truly stands out. What makes this hotel unique is its smaller size—it has a boutique feel that’s rare for the brand, while still delivering a full five-star experience from start to finish. This time, I brought my family (4 adults and 3 children), and the hotel handled our group seamlessly. We stayed in a junior suite and a neighboring standard room, with rollaway beds for the kids. From our top-floor rooms, we had incredible views of both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, along with a private terrace—an unforgettable touch. The rooms themselves are modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Every detail felt thoughtful and well-maintained. What truly elevates this property, however, is the staff. The entire team was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable. A special thank you to Laurent, Rocio, Franck, Ismail, Elisa, and Jeremie. Franck, in particular, went above and beyond to make our family feel at home. The concierge team was excellent, securing reservations that accommodated our larger party without issue. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, and one evening ordered Japanese food via room service, which was outstanding. The location in the 8th arrondissement is ideal—just 2 blocks to the Arc de Triomphe and incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

- SUCHITS (8/5): Boutique hotel in a wonderful location - Cozy hotel just steps from Champs Elyesse . The hotel is literally 10 steps from the famous LV store, all the shopping and restaurants cafés are close by. The rooms are small but comfortable,bathrooms are spacious. It’s a small 50 room hotel , so it feels nice. Staff is always smiling and very helpful. Breakfast is disappointing,it’s outsourced , may be the reason for the poor show. Overall good experience, I can stay again.

Breakfast was perfect in an open area terrace although I’m sure it can be closed for inclement weather. The waiter was so nice every morning. The room although not big was very comfortable with great mattress pillows and duvet. The location was also very convenient close to the arc. The concierge recommended 3 great dinner restaurants, walking distance with delicious food and great service. I would go back without a doubt.

- AymanAltounji (2/5): An absolute disaster - I have just come back for a disappointing visit to pairs, which solidify my intent never to stay in an IHG hotel again, despite being a Diamond elite member. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday in Paris and I picked and expensive nice hotel near the Champs-Élysées for a relaxing weekend. But the hotel had other plans First the room was a junior Suite which is a two tier upgrade from regular to premium to J Suite, but it was like any other room in regular hotels, the only addition was two tiny chairs cramped next the door that are no usable, the room over looks roofs or other building, a very depressing view. So very disappointing The key issue was lack of water in hotel attributed to maintenance in Paris, where the whole city recovered but the hotel did not have water for 24-36 hours. While I understand problems happen and this is outside their control, but good hotel manage disinters, and this hotel did nothing to make is easier for the tenants, so for a day an half, we had to use the lower level toilet, could shower and brush our teeth in the morning, and they simply apologised and sent me 4 tiny bottels of Evian water!!! The reception manager told me she will refund the stay, but at check out, only 1 day was refunded and she attributed that to a misunderstanding, as we had water the last night and morning, despite the fact that day 2 we could not use the shower in the morning. I did not want to argue and promised her not to stay in an IHG hotel again. Lastly, since it was my wife's birthday, they wanted to make a nice gesture by leaving a champagne bottle for us, while appreciated, we don't drink an I asked them to remove it, but it took 3 calls over the day to make that happen, and later to compensate for water, they left a Cognac bottle, which shows lack of understanding and there is no personalize treatment for members Needles to say, it was a disaster visit. reusing our special day, but learnt new lesson to avoid IHG there I can. This is the 3rd or 4th incident this year which tells me the loyalty here does not mean anything. I have just become Titanium Elite on a competing brand and will stick to that going forward Ayman

That’s exactly Intercontinental Paris- Champ-Elysee Etoile by IHG 5 stars hotel. My room is facing the courtyard, the loud banging music from the hotel’s restaurant play way over 12:am every night. When I complain to the front desk staff tone seems to say this is normal. He can’t or wouldn’t do anything about the loud party music. For future travelers who want peaceful night sleep, please think twice before booking.

Throughout our stay, every staff member greeted us by name, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming. It was small but we knew that in advance. Jeremie the Chef Concierge was extremely helpful in finding dinning spots to our liking. He also send an email with confirmation of reservation included a map of the other places we mentioned that were in the vicinity. I would definitely stay here again. My room, 502, was superb and if one has an opportunity to stay here, try to book this room, I believe it’s one of a kind. The staff here are excellent, professional, friendly and very efficient. I apologize for not personally naming all those who made this stay exceptional, but I will mention Jelena at the front desk, Jeremie the Concierge (and his coworker ) who helped with restaurants and points of interest, and Franck who diligently assisted in ensuring I got a taxi durning General Protest Strike on September 18th. I ought to mention and thank the staff at the hotel’s restaurant who were kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its staff, location and uniqueness.

The rooms was beautiful, the window opened up into a courtyard overlooking the restaurant which was really pretty. The staff were super helpful both over email and in person. Staff are not giving enough information, even about the services and the things that you can be charged for. Room has not been cleaned properly, just the bed is made and that’s it, especially the toilet. Water is charged and the free water is mixed; they don’t top up the complimentary water. Vanity kits are not replenished. Coffee is not refilled even when using only one per day. IHG points were not added although I booked through Booking.com — in all other IHG hotels, points are added to the IHG account regardless of booking source.

A small but luxurious hotel located just <5 mins walk to the Champs-Élysées. My access to Louis Vuitton and Hermes were all within 5 mins walk. Was recommended to this 126 year old restaurant on the Champs-Elysées, Brasserie Fouquet's - one of the best place to eat in Paris - with good services and tasty food. The hotel was clean and tidy. The space of this room was speechless - above average of any typical European hotel room. Taxi was easy because the hotel will do that for you. Special thanks to Jelena and the man in grey jacket (I could not recall your name, apology), both of you made my stay a very memorable one, thank you. Also to the server from Nepal at the breakfast place, your welcoming smile and attention to details impressed me. I did had a little episode with the laundry. First laundry did not got delivered within the same day despite sending in before the stipulated time. Second laundry was quite disappointment. I had stains on 2 apparels returned from laundry. A big thank you to the Manager of the Housekeeping who assisted in settling the matter. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel with a superb location. Will return during my next trip to Paris.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a surprise treat in the room- balloons, chocolates and champagne to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The bed was extremely comfortable. The housekeeping team made the bed twice a day and replenished water and Nespresso coffee pods. Breakfast was good as well. We enjoyed made to order cooked breakfast but there was also a selection of continental breakfast.

Small compared to other properties within intercontinental brand, but considering the location, it must be understood. Staff were amazing, especially Franck who really made us feel like he had our best interest at heart. Franck’s knowledge and assistance really made the visit worthwhile. This was an extra night added to our existing plans due to earlier than expected arrival to Paris. I agree with another reviewer who stated it was a great spot with great staff, but cannot be compared to true 5-star hotels worldwide.

We were warmly welcomed to this hotel by Franck, who if you arrive on his day off, you are missing the opportunity to meet a wonderful person. Franck is so kind and helpful. He told us about what was in the neighborhood, brought us our doordash orders without us even asking, brought ice or whatever we needed...he is the person you hope for in a neighbor. The hotel A/C was not working for the first part of our stay but Franck helped us solve the problem by showing us how to open the doors and windows for a cross breeze, brought us a fan and told us it cools off every evening about 5pm (it does!!) and makes sleeping without A/C comfortable! They finally fixed the A/C just in time for the hot weather that arrived at the last part of our stay. Our room (yes #502) was just like and apartment with a view of the Eiffel tower and the Arc de Triomphe. There is an amazing furnished patio on one side of the room which opens up to the room with 2 large doors. This is a great place in the evening/night time and for dining! Speaking of dining, room service was Meh. Not many choices as it is just from the restaurant menu. The service was non-exisitent. Not enough silverware, forgot a drink, just rested the very large tray on the coffee table and left the room. Luckily there are some great restaurants in the neighborhood, or just a quick taxi ride away. Many of them will deliver on DoorDash! The TV choices are limited to news (CNN, BBC). I did enjoy my stay here a lot, the neighborhood is a great location and as I said Franck was like a friend. I might consider staying here in the future but I was not totally in love with this hotel.

No room upgrade was offered or even considered upon arrival despite being a Gold Elite member and we were made to wait until 530 PM for the small room they did finally allocate on the grounds that many guests had requested a late checkout. Not sure how that should have been made my problem. An email to the Guest Services Manager was never replied to either. No hot water Sunday morning was another surprise with the issue being resolved only late in the afternoon. Definitely not a 5 star experience and most definitely overpriced. Great location however and again, staff was very pleasant.
- 254SueB (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - We stayed here for 4 nights and what a gorgeous hotel this is. My husband had let the hotel that I was arriving first as he had to catch a later flight. When I arrived they were having a fire drill, once this was over I was checked in and offered a glass of champagne while waiting for the lift service to resume. Our room had been upgraded to 502 and this was something special, we had our own terrace and from the other window a view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was fabulous and we dined in the restuarant (Mido) for 2 nights of our 4 night stay, the food at dinner was innovative and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay and we were impressed with the level of service from the front desk to the restaurant staff both at breakfast and dinner. Thank you for making the last four days of our trip memorable.
