• David Rayner (8/5): Nice but short stay close to station - Breakfast was OK, but not as good as at the Barcelona Sants Hotel. Room was better than at the Sants but still not sold on the bathroom arrangement used by both. We arrived late and left early, so didn't really utilise all the facilities, but this isn't the hotel's fault.

• Donna (10/5): I’d stay again when visiting Barcelona. - Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bartender Pedro went very nice and helpful in choosing a restaurant close by. The train station is very close, about a 5-20 minute walk with luggage.
• Paul (7/5): Poo customer service - Close to train station Staff at check-in said room would be ready in about 45 mins, but after 2 hrs, when I asked staff at check-in what was happening, they had no idea. Just left us sitting there and finally got keys after sitting there for 2.5 hrs. Tolet not emptied from last guest. In formed same staff at check out.

• Melanie (8/5): A very comfortable room in a friendly hotel very close by the train station - The room was really well designed, with great lighting, and a very comfortable bed, and a coffee machine. It felt like a relaxing space to be after a very long train journey. Nice breakfast room too, and good coffee. I would have appreciated more healthy breakfast options, eg. healthy low sugar options such as oats, rather than sugary granola. I need a low sugar diet. The hotel looks forbidding from the outside but offers a warm welcome…

• Catalina (10/5): - Ben situat i confortable Que hi hagués biblies a l'habitació, a un hotel no hi ha d'haver aquest tipus de lectura, és un lloc per a tothom.
• Deiva_ (8/5): Está bien - Muy buena ubicación, justo enfrente de la estación de tren de Sants, y a escasos minutos tanto de la calle comercial de Sants como de Plaza Espanya. Detalles a valorar positivamente: tienen golosinas gratis en recepción, agua con alguna fruta y saquitos de lavanda para llevarte y ponerlo bajo la almohada. Cama cómoda y muy grande. Quizá no tan bien insonorizado, se oye algo de ruido de la calle (tráfico, gente) y ruidos de dentro del propio hotel (personal de limpieza, gente). Baño semi-abierto y sin luz exclusiva para el habitáculo del WC, por lo que si se enciende alguna luz de esa parte, puede llegar a molestar de noche a quien esté en la cama. Además, casi no hay sitio para dejar colgadas las toallas (solo 2, por lo que si quieres colgar las del lavabo + ducha, 2 personas...) Intentaron dar otra habitación que la que habíamos reservado (en planta alta), que tuvimos que reclamar (y nos la cambiaron). Me pareció algo caro en general (especialmente desayuno casi 20€ por persona y día), y cobraron más tasas de las que aparecían en Booking).

• Thomas (6/5): Wer gern viel bezahlt für wenig Leistung ist hier gut bedient - Lage nahe beim Bahnhof, bequemes Bett, Dusche, sorgfältig präsentiertes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr enges, kleines Standardzimmer, WC in Wandschrank, keine Platz um Badetücher zu hängen, Zimmer wirkt aufgrund der schlechten Qualität der verwendeten Baumaterialien abgenutzt. Viel zu teuer für die erhaltene Gegenleistung.

• Daisy (5/5): Location good - Just across the road from the train station. We arrived from a flight at night and wanted to go to bed right away, but there was noise from the rooms next door. The breakfast was relatively modest. I would have expected more for the money and Marriott brand.

• CELSA (10/5): Estancia muy agradable, para repetir y recomendar. - Me gustó mucho la habitación tal como está distribuida, la cama comodísima y la limpieza excelente. Los detalles de cortesía muy buenos. El desayuno bueno pero con poco personal para atender, de hecho dos días había una sola persona que, aunque corría mucho, no daba abasto. Falta también colgadores en la ducha y creo que estaría bien una luz independiente para el aseo.

• Paul (7/5): A high price for not quite what I needed - It is adjacent the rear entrance of the station so easy to find if you have not much time. Comfort is good, but as with all AC hotels they maximise the number of rooms but the public space is not big enough. For a hotel adjacent to Sants station I expected an early breakfast ahead of my early train - but no, first is 7 AM; and you must allow at least an hour to get through the queues and hassle at Sants station. I should have checked. Also, if you are staying in Barcelona then it is on the wrong side of the station. So what is this hotel for? And why did I pay such a high price just for a bed? AC hotels look good in the website, but I suggest you keep looking before you choose this one.

• Richard (8/5): Well located hotel ideal if you are travelling via train. - It is well located near the fast train station where we arrived and departed. Also nearby are buses, tourist buses, the metro, restaurants and supermarkets. It is just a few metro stations to the city centre. The room was very modern, clean and well equipped. Breakfast food and facilities were very good. On arrival we were greeted with that will be 5O euro in government tax - I would prefer a welcome greeting and all taxes are added to the price on booking please. The front door of the hotel is locked at night (we arrived one night at 8.30 pm) and you need to press a buzzer. We did not see anything of security concern. May be it was due to the homeless camp immediately to the right of the hotel and some cheap local bars for the young and adventurous behind the hotel.
