- Kirrilie (7/5): A modern and clean hotel with pleasant staff and good sized rooms. Location gets a lot of traffic noise. - It was modern and clean and room was a good size. Coffee machine in room. Access to a microwave was provided. Tea and coffee also provided in the lobby in the mornings. Iron and ironing board provided. We thought the location was further from the main Soho area than we realised. We could hear the traffic noise, sirens on and off all night. We did not sleep well. The pillows were very lumpy and need updating. We could hear the lifts dinging at all hours. No bar fridge in room.

Everyone greeted us and asked if we needed anything. We wanted extra blankets, and these were provided within 10 minutes of our request. The staff gladly held our luggage for us before check-in and after check-out. There was a vending machine on the lower level for snacks. There is a bar and a restaurant, but we did not go to these as we had other plans. Nothing.

- MedA101 (6/5): Hotel with no real lobby - The hotel had no lobby. The entrance was a small room where the front desk was at left and 2 sofas at right side. Therefore, when you entered the hotel you basically had no choice but to go to your room. Hotel was located at a business district so while it may be good for those who are traveling on business, it was not ideal for tourists like us that wanted to avoid crowds on time square meanwhile wanted easy access to nice restaurants and coffee shops and sightseeing. The hotel had coffee at the small room at front until 11:00 am and since most coffee shops closed after business hours, one had to go around to get a cup of coffee. The room was small but the house keeping staff did a very good job keeping it clean. The highlight of horel was its front desk staff who were professional and had a welcoming attitude and willing to help if needed

- Serena (4/5): Was well priced but the windows need to be double glazed to remove outside noise - The bed was comfortable and there was enough space in the room. Room was clean. The windows allowed a lot of outside noise to be heard inside the room. We needed to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep. Sirens from outside were as loud as if the vehicle was in our room. The window could be opened slightly but was extremely hard to close fully. The bathroom was also very small and the shower very narrow.

Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie al sicuro per fare gli ultimi giri pre partenza. Posizione ottima, centrale e servita da più linee metro.
