- Alexandra (6/5): Underwhelming and over-priced - don’t bother! - Location and availability of leisure facilities Awful cheap and over-powering ‘air freshener’ smell as you enter the hotel - so strong, it gave me a headache and put me off eating! Didn’t understand the point of online check-in, when you still have to queue to do it again on arrival. Bar staff were extremely unhelpful. Bar snacks - and food generally - was over-priced and underwhelming. Lifts were broken on all except one occasion that we tried to use them - but this was not being managed and people were left to go up and down to the wrong floors; when reported, there was a lack of care or responsiveness from reception staff (didn’t even look away from her computer screen to speak to us)! Leisure facilities were crowded and numbers entering unlimited, which made it unenjoyable and felt cheap. All in all, poor value for money: “All fur coat and no knickers”, as my nana would say!

- Nicholas (9/5): We had a great time here - in a central location and with plenty going on nearby. - On arrival we were given a glass of prosecco. Our room was perfect for me, my wife and 3 year old boy and was supplied with coffee machine, water. The breakfast was also great - a large spread of food and an egg station. We found that the room was rather warm at night although perhaps we could've set the a/c temperature slightly lower.

- Emma (8/5): Lovely time in a lovely hotel - Gorgeous hotel, although we didn’t use the spa or rooftop bar, they both looked really nice. The staff were friendly and the rooms were kept nice and clean. The pillows are a little too big/hard for me. But that’s only a personal preference.

- Angela (8/5): Fab hotel, but bathroom let it down - Fantastic hotel with fab staff who were so friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. Great location and excellent atmosphere — would definitely stay again! Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was very disappointing. There were hairs wrapped around the shampoo bottle and several stains in the toilet, which really let the stay down. Such a shame, as everything else about the stay was lovely.

Daher bat ich um eines im Westflügel (alter Teil), wo das möglich ist … bei meiner späten Anreise war aber niemand mehr da, der einen Schlüssel für das Öffnen des Fensters hatte … wurde am nächsten Morgen erledigt. Pool ist toll, aber Gäste sitzen mit Badegewand in den Saunen, die nicht separat sind. Nur eine Dusche bei Saunen und Pool :-( Frühstück sehr gut, eigene Eier-Station, Personal ohnehin überall nett und bemüht!

- Lazarenko (10/5): Highly recommend for a city break. - Literally the best location possible! Staying in the heart of London, having a room with a St.Paul view. Lovely staff, clean hotel and rooms, tidy pool and sauna area. Check in area has a little necessities shop which actually had few things we needed during our stay so we didn’t have to look for a shop. One of the best hotel experiences i’ve had. Also had a compliment in the room from the hotel as it was my birthday celebration. Honestly, in one night enjoyed every bit of it. Haven’t noticed anything to complain about.
