- Готард (4/5): На 4* этот отель никак не тянет,так что впечатление не особо приятное! - Неплохое месторасположение, метро в 1-2 минутах ходьбы,много больших торговых центров в пещей доступности,небольшой парк рядом. Более-менее неплохие завтраки (шведский стол) Вот о том,что не понравилось,можно писать долго,увы...Итак: 1. Приехав в отель в 17-10 на мс улыбкой заявили,что наш номер еще не готов, т.к. поздно выехал предыдущий посетитель и предложили еще подождать,пока его уберут! После того, как мы напомнили,что заселение начинается с 15-00 и наш номер должен нас ждать уже как 2 часа и ждать мы не собираемся, нам дали ключи от какого-то номера. Поднявшись в него,мы поняли,что этот номер другого уровня,ниже,чем мы бронировали,поэтому вернулись на ресепшн и сказали,что нас это не устраивает. Опять поулыбавшись, сотрудники дали нам ключи от другого номера,который мы и заказывали. 2. При оплате нам показали сумму,которую мы должны били оплатить (она была правильной), но когда пришел чек, оказалось,что сняли с нас больше на 650 юаней. Путем долгих выяснений (хорошо,что оказалась рядом гид,говорящая на китайском), нам сообщили,что это депозит,который нам вернут при выезде. В общем-то ничего страшного,это нормальная практика, только они ОБЯЗАНЫ были про это нам сообщить,а этого не было сделано! 3. Про номер: халаты и тапочки были, но ни одной тарелки, никаких столовых приборов,только 2 кружки и 2 стакана!Ложки для обуви нет. А самое интересное,что нет никакого шкафа!! Вообще! Только вешалка в коридоре. Куда класть вещи? Наверное их это не особо волнует!

- Chinatsu (9/5): また泊まりたい！ - 虹橋空港からタクシーで25分ほどで(住宅が無ければ)1,000円以内で着けたのが快適でした。 ホテルの周りは栄えていて、夜歩いても心配なし。コンビニも近かったです。 清掃も毎日入ってくださり快適に過ごせました。 朝ごはんは決まったメニューかと思っていたのですが、ビュッフェでした！中華料理はどれも油が多いので、朝ごはんのフルーツやお粥、胸肉でバランスの取れた食事ができたのがすごくありがたかったです。 ジムのダンベル重さが20kgまでしかなかったので、30kgまで欲しいと夫が言っていました。

- Wei-Te (6/5): 因為看是HYATT 品牌才選擇，但除了員工的態度不錯之外，硬體設備真的不是太好！ - 住宿地點交通便利 房間出奇的小，若是單人入住也罷，雙人連錯身都麻煩，還有隔音效果也很差，早餐也讓人無語，二樓空間總能聞到電子煙的味道。

Room was very comfortable, staff was nice and there was a good breakfast (I've also appreciated that is not exaggerated like many other hotels). Strategic position close to 3 main lines of Shanghai Subway.

- Peter Huang (9/5): It's a good place to stay when you are in Shanghai. - Breakfast is basically OK. Not so many various dishes as in a 5 star hotel. But it is good enough for the start of the day. One more thing is its location, quite convenient to take Metro line 2. No standard closet. If you take many clothes, you may have trouble finding a proper place to put them.

- Oliver (10/5): Great stay in a modern and well located hotel with great staff - The hotel was completely renovated and in a very good condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Spotless cleaning! Location is very conveniently located near metro entrance . Lovely street Yuyuan Lu is nearby. Maybe the rooms are a bit small when you stay with two people and want to open both big luggages at the same time.

- Nettra (10/5): - I love how the hotel has a stylish decoration and its cleanliness. The staff were also nice though some of them may not speak English fluently. The housekeeping in my floor was truly nice, she couldn't speak english but she tried to communicate with us. We love her cleaning skills that make our room kept clean everyday. The hotel location is also convenience for taking metro especially Line 2. We will surely stay at this hotel again next time!

- Jan (9/5): We will come again. - Facilities, equipment, setting of the room are all very good. Location is convenient. Only drawback was we wanted to ask staff to help in flight online checkin but both ladies do not have any idea what is online checkin. Probably need to give some training on this.

- LAI NGOR (8/5): Above average modern hotel - Close to metro, just around the corner was really good especially visit in winter. Room view pleasant looking out to Changning Road. Breakfast was fair as choices were limited but some local food, like xiaolongbao was delicious. Twin bed room size in fact was moderate however no proper space to accommodate two lugguages, my friend had to sqat down everytime for packing, not so covenient.
- Olivia (8/5): Very good - The deluxe king room we booked was spacious and clean, with all the required amenities (except there are no cutleries). The toilet could use a bidet (haha!). Checkin was smooth and the concierge was accommodating as we had to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few days because we were headed to another province and will be back to stay at the hotel after the trip. Each room is provided with 2 reusable water bottles which you can also carry out of the hotel, and there is a water station on every floor. The hotel location is convenient as you have Yuyuan Rd right next to it, with many local eateries along Dingxi Rd as well. The hotel is accessible via Metro Line 2 which can get you direct to Pudong International Airport in approx 1.5hrs (and only 7 Yuan one way!) Can provide some cutleries like a teaspoon. Toilet could use a bidet.
