Zazil (6/5): - WiFi doesn’t work, we work remotely and the wifi in room doesn’t work as other hotels. We stayed on the 5th floor and staff / guests slammed doors the whole morning and afternoon. Found bugs in our bathroom floor and toilet. Beds are comfortable, lobby and elevator are well maintained.

Veronika (4/5): Dirty bathroom - We booked a non smoking double room, but when we got to the hotel, they told us they ran out of those, even though they confirmed the request qhen booked. So we got a twin room, no apology from the receptionist. Thw bathroom was one of the dirtiest I've seen in a while. The shower leaking, the toilet smelly, hot water not working properly, sink tap also not working properly. I dont recommend to stay here

Amy (6/5): - Stayed here for a while and me and my family enjoyed staying here. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The down side is the shower had mould inside and musky smell and we had to inform the house keeping about the room needs cleaning. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Fresh and healthy foods also you have a good choice of hot and cold foods. The juices are fresh and you have 2 different selections of water (normal and mint with cucumber water which was refreshing) the manager was so lovely to us. Our little one was not feeling well and she said he can take his crossiants upstairs and asked if he was okay. She was so kind and helped take care of a cat we found walking outside. He was walking outside in the hot weather and she gave us some cups to fill with fresh water and we gave him sausage from our plate. She was also the most caring lady ever. The staff were smiling and happy all the time. It felt like home. Have Starbucks in the reception area too which is open most of the day. I went to get something to eat for us because we over slept one morning and the manager at breakfast said she would hold breakfast for us if we needed next time just call. She took care of us. I want to thank her. She has long black hair and was in grey suit. Thank you Madam for your kind service.

Verified traveler (2/5): - I never write a reviews for anything unless it was excellent or terrible. In this case this hotel is the worse hotel I had ever been to in my life! Absolutely disgusting I thought I was going to catch something sitting on the toilet. No swimming pool the gym was only 3 machines and tiny it’s a very small hotel. I stayed for 1 night as I was tired and just arrived but then I made them transfer me to Novotel for the rest of my stay. Never stay in this hotel!

Rhidah (6/5): 6 night stay was ok - Initially we booked into a standard room which was very old and outdated. The TV did not work and the bathroom was not great. I then upgraded to the premium room which was much better. The room and bathroom was modern and the TV worked perfectly. The hotel does not have a pool. Breakfast was very standard but nobody informed us that we had to order omelettes or fried eggs from the waiter, we had to figure this out on our own. The juices tasted very watered down. A plus is that they have a Starbucks in the lobby and a 24 hour Shakeshack down the road.
Herbert (2/5): - Restaurant staff are very friendly especially Caroline and Sharayada. They need to maintain cleanliness in the room they don’t clean the floor so dusty washroom smells bad but clean. Parking area smells so bad. AC standard is 22 but not working properly and it’s so hot inside the room in order for us to avoid moving here and there we just bought portable AC and electric fan.

OK for one night stay but wouldn't stay more than that as quite far from metro, do you must take taxi everywhere. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Ahmad (8/5): One of the best Ibis Branches - Everything was excellent: Location, Room, Cleaning, Facilities, Breakfast, Self Parking, Lobby Always remember that Ibis is not the place to find a spa, pool, night entertainment, or Sea View. It is usually for business trips and it the best for that purpose.

Daniel (8/5): - Good budget hotel for Dubai, spent 15 nights there, the bedroom is good, a little out dated but has everything you need for a stay, Bathroom was unfortunately not in a better state, there was hair and stains on the walls, the housekeeping staff did not refill amenities on many occasions meaning we had to constantly call to reception for basic things like soap and water. Breakfast is the highlight in the restaurant attached to the hotel, massive selection and good food, just a shame they can get over run at times as they are a bit understaffed.

In da room u can hear outside noise and corridor also some1 knocking my door. The reception call me middle in the night while sleeping asking me did u order talabat , i said no 😡 and i was so angry he wake me up. U could hear toilet water when some1 taking shower flowing from the pipes while u sleeping i was on the 3rd floor it was horrible and nightmare. Better i would stay home instead booking this horrible hotel. Lucky it was only one night i wish the day could past fast. I will never stay ibis hotel anymore.

Samiya (2/5): Horrible horrible horrible - This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. So bad that I booked for 2 nights but checked out next day without completing my stay although my booking was non refundable. Dont get fooled by its exterior and lobby. The rooms stink and are so old and dirty I felt like puking. The bathroom is almost the size of an airplane bathroom, just more dirtier than airplane one. The shower is so dark and dirty. Even the cheapest hotels in Dubai are better than this and I am surprised that they are operating a hotel in Dubai in this nightmare like condition and still charging a good amount of money. I instantly filed a complain with hotels.com after my check in. I requested the hotel for refund for my next night but as expected they are horrible people too and didn’t entertain my request. I checked out next day anyway, cause I had started feeling sick just by staying in that room and using that bathroom.

Breakfast not great, but Caroline very kindly ordered me fried eggs from kitchen. The bar at night was fantastic, for good value neal and drinks. Barman very attentive , professional and kibd. Verified traveler (8/5): It’s okay if all you want is a night’s sleep. - We stayed for a week (breakfast included). The hotel room was fairly outdated, a couple of things were broken, the bedsheets were ripped, the mini bar didn’t refrigerate anything. There was also a whole on the ceiling where water was coming out from. Breakfast was pretty standard, didn’t change much everyday but everyone was friendly and the service was okay. I would still recommend going considering dubai is a pretty expensive city itself so you can at least save a couple bucks on hotel and adventure around the whole day.
Jose Ricardo (6/5): Bad experience - Unfortunately I did not have a nice experience. We arrived on time for check in but we had to wait more than one hour, once our room was not available. The reception was full and most part of the clients were complain a lot. For our surprise, when finally they gave us the key, there was only one bath towel. We asked one more bath towel and face towel. At this time, they took more 40 min to bring it. Finally, when we decide to turn on the TV It was so difficult to change the channels or increase the volume.

StuEllerton (2/5): - Upon walking in to the property it is basic, but tolerable, once I had been given my key I dragged all of my luggage up to my room... no help or assistance here, to find that it was filthy. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was utterly filthy, and smelly, to the point that it exacerbated my asthma. I immediately went to complain and was given another room key. So, I went up to a second room, to find the same, dirty smelly room with mould in the shower and a crack in the sink where water was dripping through. The air con was warm and the shower was hanging off the wall. For a second time I went to complain and this time was accompanied by the manager to a further 3 rooms... “these are our corporate rooms” he said. All three were as bad and worse as the first two. I shook my head and informed him I’ll just stay in my room where I’d left my cases (the 2nd room) for this particular night. I’d travelled half way across the globe to this and it was now 3am and was exhausted. The hotel should be condemned and not publicised as a place for people to stay. I also received a huge flea bite on my right arm by sleeping there. It was an utter disgrace and I’m not being melodramatic when I say I wouldn’t leave my dog in there for a night! Ibis.... utterly disgraceful experience. Will NOT be using this or your hotels again in the future. I took photographs as proof of the hotel room and they are incredible to behold.
