- Michal (10/5): Outstanding Hotel if you make Osaka your base for Shinkansen trips around West Japan - The location of the hotel is perfect if you plan to make Osaka your base and travel around West Japan with Shinkansen trains - you won't get such high quality hotel so close from the Shin-Osaka station. Despite the close distance from the busy station, the hotel is perfectly quiet. Nice warm design, spotless clean rooms and shared areas make you feeling safe and comfortable after arriving back from day trips by train. The breakfast served in the hotel offers various choices and is good quality for the price. Exceptionally friendly and helpful Team at the reception desk helps you to travel in the most efficient and lightest way around Japan, offering support with shipping not needed big pieces of your luggage to other hotels with Yamato Transport instead of carrying it with you on trains. - Jordan (10/5): Great if using the Shinkansen - The location to the station, great if you are using the Shinkansen. As a caveat if you have big cases you have to go up and over a foot bridge to get to the hotel Was very close to the station so train noises except overnight (12-6) overnight

Frühstück war gut, es gibt 3 Gerichte zur Auswahl. Am Buffett wenig Auswahl . Joghurt, Kornflakes, Butter, Salat, 2 Säfte, Kaffee, Tee… und 3 warme Gerichte im Rechaud. Qualität ist sehr gut. Wir waren im Nachbarhaus -Fiaore- im 5.Stock untergebracht. Zimmer war sauber. Bad mit Badewanne und Toilette ist etwas klein. Zimmer war relativ frisch renoviert worden. 5 Minuten Fußweg von Bahnhof Shin Osaka entfernt. Badezimmer zu klein.

- Tak Lap (9/5): - Quiet even though my room faces the railway. The room is a good size in Japan. Walk to Shin Osaka Station in just 8 mins. This is mainly a business so not many tourists. The hotel is pretty new and it has a laundry room and a guest reading area in all 3 buildings.

But given the location I can see little being able to be done.

In the main room, there is a ceiling light and a lamp that are turned on at the same time. I prefer a darker room, so I felt I couldn’t achieve that without turning everything off completely. That’s just a personal preference, though.

- Ngoc Chi (8/5): - great location, pleasant lobby, and yes, they have a spacy and proper lobby. room is spacy, clean and confortable. breakfast is decent. price is very reasonable. walkable distance to the station. staff is very helpful, they do rent out usb adapter for free. they also receive luggage that are sent there in advance for you. they have few towers and if your room is in a different tower from the main building, you do have to go outside to get to your building.

- Emanuel (6/5): Gutes Zimmer und schönes Hotel, aber leider nicht ruhig. - Die Zimmer waren schön und bequem. Sehr gross für japanische Verhältnisse. Leider hört man die Züge und in unserem Zimmer war ein lautes Geräusch, welches nicht ausgeschalten werden konnte. Sonst alles gut.

- 家葳 (8/5): - 位於新大阪車站旁，走路約5分鐘。飯店好像有整修過，裡面裝潢算新的。這次訂三人房有三張單人床，睡起來蠻舒服的，房間大小適中，有一張小桌可以圍坐吃點東西。飯店早餐半自助式，有三～四款主菜可以點一次，另外的麵包、飲料及水果就是自助。

- Iris (9/5): Super - Ik had dit hotel geboekt omdat ik in de ochtend vroeg met de Shinkansen zou vertrekken en had geen hoge verwachtingen, maar wat een fijn hotel! Schoon, licht en modern, fijne ontvangst en enorm behulpzame mensen. Er zit een uitstekend ontbijt bij: je kan uit een paar opties kiezen die voor je worden bereid. Het zicht op een steenworp afstand van het Shinkansen station. Het hotel geeft je tips wat er qua restaurants allemaal in de buurt is. Fijn dekbed ook. Het ligt naast het shinkansen station, dat is iets verder van de toeristische plekken. Dat vond ik juist plezierig, maar let daar op bij het boeken.
