• Tina (6/5): It served our need. - Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly. Location is good for us. We fish close by and enjoy the casinos close by. Fridge and microwave in room. Good price They need new towels and pillow cases. Really stained. No other complaints. Was hoping for coffee in lobby but coffee shop close by.

• Bill (4/5): - no breakfast We pre-paid the room with Booking.com, but they charged us again at arrival. When I showed the receipt from Booking, they attempted to reverse the charges to my credit card, but the reverse charge did not show up on my discover account. They gave me a receipt that showed the reversal, but it appears they made the reverese payment to someone else's account. I suppose I will have to deny the charge with Discover. The room was ordered for four guests, but was only equipped with two towels and two wash cloths. Had to request two extras from the desk.

• Anna (4/5): Appreciated efforts to make things better, though not cleaned well.. - They were responsive - when my first room had stains on the sheets they moved me. When the car outside playing music really loud after 11 pm they got them to quiet down… twice. Not the cleanest - sheets in first room were stained. Second room was ok, but hasn’t been cleaned well. Soap was still in the sink. Ice container hadn’t been refreshed. No shampoo or conditioner, only lotion.

• Robert (1/5): Never will go back and I will let people know - I had a warm room due to the weather being extremely cold outside My room was completely filthy. It’s hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The beds had blood spots, bed covers had blood spots, my pillowcases and pillows had blood spots. The door leading outside, had a big gap in between the wall and the door. You can see the outside from the closed door. The walls, the furniture the floors were filthy. You can see dirt all over the toilet was filthy. The tub was filthy. It has not been claimed in a very long time. I called to get a different room. She moved me with no problem. My next room was filthy as well. Everything was filthy the floors, the bedding, the furniture, the room stunk. The heater was worked just fine. The Wi-Fi was terrible. I couldn’t even watch TV.

When we checked in and went into room it wasn't ready housekeeping was still there. The room key did not open the door closest to the parking lot had to use the second door to enter the room from the courtyard side.

• Pamela (5/5): - Staff was friendly and right next to the casino we frequent. The room wasn't very nice. There were spiders and a black widow right inside the front door yikes! The TV kept having to load. The pool was closed down...said it would be available during our stay. The sink faucet leaked and dripped. The fridge didn't work and was defrosting leaking water onto the floor. Outlets were limited. The bed was very firm and we didn't sleep well.

• Bo (3/5): An okay place to stay but very horrible staff - Location was nice because it was near a casino and middle of the town I was charged twice on my card and they completely denied me multiple times that they did and they had wrote on a paper that they only did it once and we're not listen to any reason or proof that I show them

• Cara (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all! The owner was rude and attempted to hit me with papers. I reported him to the police. The room was absolutely disgusting. Both rooms! And they over charged me! The floors were disgusting! Absolutely filthy. There was urine all over the toilet. Cigarette ash marks on the furniture. The microwave was not clean at all. The fridge didnt work. Yellow stains on the pillow cases. The pool was not open. Aunts crawling the walls. It was a health hazard to be in that place! My list can go on of issues.

• Laura (10/5): - my family and i were passing thru and needed to stop for the night. i got 2 rooms. the room i was in was extremely stink. it smelled of stale smoke. the sheets and pillows were the same stink. there were dead flies along the floor beginning from the entrance leading in to the room. there were also live flies buzzing around the room. we had to leave the door open a bit to get some fresh air and let some flies out. it was well after 1am when we pulled in and was extremely exhausted. i did not have the energy to go to the office and change rooms. the sink would not drain. it filled up while washing. the shower/tub was about the same, barely drained. locks on the door were very iffy. in the other room we had, the shower was dirty, having scuff marks in the tub and on shower curtain. there was a ball of hair stuck on one of the towels. the floor was dirty with dead flies and just ... generally dirty. flies were also flying around in this room. the beds in both rooms were super squeaky. we rested a few hours and left about 8am.

• Dustin (2/5): NASTY! REASON OTHER HOTELS WERE FULL AND YALL AINT - We didnt stay went in and inspected the room and the sheets were nasty with blood stains. Fire alarm missing with wires hanging out of the ceiling. And a whole fingernail hanging out on the bed. They said they wouldn't swap our rooms but if we wanted clean linnens they would do that, or stay elsewhere. Worker needs fired along with the cleaning staff.

The place was dirty. The beds were really uncomfortable... you could feel and hear the springs creaking if you moved at all. I went to take a shower and the towels and wash cloths were all stained and gross.. there was a dirty towel left hanging over the towel rod from who knows who/when. I kept waking up in the middle of the night feeling itchy. I finally couldn't take it and took out my phone flashlight to look around. That's when I noticed the bites and found a Bed Bug crawling on my pillow. I caught it and carried it to the bathroom to get a picture before I flushed it. The mattresses were stained and horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. NOT EVEN FOR ONE NIGHT!! Read less

The bed was really comfortable and did the job for an overnight stop on a cross country drive. There's also a great donut bakery a block away with amazing donuts. Would consider staying again.

CONs: room only had 1 coffee pack & cup (despite reservation for 2 adults), no grab bar or bath mat (dangers when exiting shower), some towels a bit grungy, only had two bathtowels & 1 washcloth for 2 adults.

The 3rd room finally had heat but was missing coffee pot, cups, soap, and could hear our neighbors talking. Didn't sleep well at all.

The staff did not give clear directions to another guest who try to gain entry in the late evening, There were holes in comforter. On day two, dirty towel taken but no replacements. I recommend that this hotel be removed from your site.

• dgparnell2016 (2/5): Unbelievably filthy! DISGUSTING! - Absolutely filthy room (111)!! See pictures!! Black hair everywhere, dead cockroach, sheets with holes and major stains (pee? poop?), stained towels and “dingy dark washcloths,” stained toilet, stained tub, dried soap splatter on mirror, spilled coffee (dried) on desk, pillows very nasty with stains. Took photos, went to office and complained. Staff didn’t seem very surprised, couldn’t move us to a different, clean(er) room. Was given clean sheets and pillow cases and we changed them ourselves (although they ALSO had holes and stains). Outlet by sink kept popping the GFCI suggesting a fire risk? Possibility of mold on AC/heat vents? Definitely the worst hotel we’ve EVER stayed in. In my opinion, sleep in your car before spending money for a room here. Really should get a refund as a very restless night of sleep.

• Richard (2/5): Don’t stay!!!! - This place is horrible. Rooms half done. Bad part town. People played music half the night. Train whistle blows every couple hours. Toilet literally brown. Sheets not clean. Blanket looked like simmering in my dogs kennel. Pillow old and yellow. Disgusting.
• Michael (4/5): - Staff were prompt and friendly. The room smelled asthough it hadn't been cleaned recently, and there were cigarette burns on the bedding. Beetles or June bugs randomly came out in the blmiddle of the night and landed on everything.
