We love the location near Siam area shopping and BTS station. The rooms are spacious, super comfy and always spotlessly clean. Above all, we love the staff. They look after us so well - each person we’ve dealt with has been thoughtful and warm. Just today, I was surprised with a cake and song for my birthday today at breakfast. So unexpected and incredibly sweet! Thank you Vie staff. We will be back ❤️

- ZentoTraveller (10/5): Good Hotel in nice Location - The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Siam Discovery Mall, with the BTS station only about 50 meters away, making it incredibly convenient to get around Bangkok. The concierge team was outstanding—very helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The shower had strong water pressure, although it took a bit of adjustment to get the hot and cold water balance just right. One area for improvement would be the toilet and shower door hinges, which felt quite heavy and could be refined for easier use. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return.

The upgrade I received was nothing short of spectacular: a gorgeous 80m² room that felt more like a private apartment than a hotel room. The space, the finishes, the light — everything was impeccable. The facilities are top-tier. The gym is well-equipped and genuinely impressive, and the pool offers a perfect urban escape right in the heart of Bangkok. The breakfast deserves a special mention — it was exceptionally high quality, with a wide variety of fresh, thoughtfully prepared options. Not the standard buffet affair — this was a real culinary experience. But what truly sets The Vie apart is its people. The entire team radiates warmth and professionalism, but I must give a heartfelt special thanks to Khun Queen, whose welcome was as warm as it was efficient. Being selected as a "lucky guest" for a room upgrade and lounge access was perfect for a chill tea time. The location is excellent; only 10mins walk to Siam Discovery, Paragon, and Sq, which is ideal for hitting the shops. The service is where they really shine. Huge thanks to 2P, the doormen, and concierge for being so friendly and professional. The team is incredibly efficient too from handling a room maintenance issue with the lights immediately and even delivered a specific pillow request at 1 AM. One small note: I loved the cute welcome dessert on day one, but it would be great to see some variety if staying for multiple days. Didn’t get a chance to hit the spa or pool this time, but they’re on the list for the next trip. Definitely recommended for the hospitality alone.

Beautiful building, kind staff, premium service, wonderful breakfast, and prime location. It really has a “wow” factor which is the impression we had the first time we stayed with this hotel brand. The room felt very luxurious and was very clean as well as quiet even though it’s near a busy street in Bangkok. Easily walkable to public transit as well as the MBK mall.

My third stay at VIE, and quite happy. Service is nice, location is super at 50 mts from the BTS station, and some 300 mts from Siam Paragon. Another good experience :)

- Heriani (10/5): An Oasis in the brick jungle - It wasn’t easy to find the perfect place to stay in Bangkok that fit your budget and taste. I personally love the hotel’s rooms that are green, warm, classic and elegant and Vie Hotel Bangkok MGallery ticked all those boxes. I booked the deluxe king room and thanks to my accor gold tier, Vie upgraded my room to a deluxe suite which has everything I need, from a welcome sweet amenity to amazingly great welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was small but has a great selection of food. I tried their tuktuk service to nearby malls a couple of times and really appreciate their concierge staff’s attitude and service. Recommend this hotel to anyone who wants one great stay in Bangkok.

Hotel service was amazing, great team and nice atmosphere from the bar downstairs, i was staying here for three weeks for work, but I would love to come with my wife and stay here for some shopping. The deluxe room was very spacious and generous with amenities. I loved the app. I booked with a corporate account, which gave me great value. I was on the 23rd floor, it was quiet (some neighbors on a few nights aside), it was cleaned every day, very happy with that. The water pressure was great, lots of closet space, and hot water was immediate.

- LeahManila (10/5): Fantastic Hotel with Excellent Service - My friends and I took a trip to Bangkok and after doing research, decided that Vie Hotel would be the perfect hotel for us and we were definitely right about our choice! We were grateful that the hotel fulfilled our request of having our rooms on the same floor since there were no adjacent rooms at the hotel. The rooms were very well equipped, beds super comfortable, bathroom was large and all amenities were provided for including nice robs and slippers. Bottled water was provided for each day and we were given cookies during turndown service. Upon checking in, we were asked to download the Vie app from which we could access hotel information, room service, housekeeping (letting them know what time to clean your room), etc. The hotel also had a free tuktuk service. There was a schedule posted at the concierge table and you would simply have to book your ride beforehand. Concierge service was the best! They took care of booking restaurants for us, and they were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful! The spread was superb and the food was really good coupled with the friendly service of the staff and the level of comfort we had, we always took our time having breakfast. I really can’t think of anything negative about this hotel. My friends and I even decided that the next time we go to Bangkok, we will be staying here again. Special mention to Boon (concierge), who really took care of us and was just so warm and friendly. Fantastic hotel and great service!

What really stood out was Benz, the hotel's tuk-tuk driver, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. He always greeted us with a warm smile and was patient when we got lost or confused about directions. Thanks to Benz's and Boom's excellent service, we were able to explore Bangkok comfortably and efficiently. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient. The music they played in the background was everything. The room was clean and the bathroom huge. It was a great value fir the money. The service was exceptional. Although everyone was great. They were some key players who made our experience exceptional. Boom, our concierge. She arrange everything we needed and told us what was acceptable to pay for taxi so we didn't get taken advantage of. Nico and Pete, our bartenders. Man they made us feel so good and remembered how we liked our drinks. Finally Johnnie, our restaurant manager hom and his staff were so attentive at breakfast. The spread was excellent! Not if, when we go back to bankok, this is where we will be.

The selection for the breakfast buffet, as well as restaurant was very broad, giving us lots of delicious options to choose from during the long stay at VIE hotel. Although it was the dry season and a bit chilly when the wind blew, the weather was pleasant during the day, and we were able to relax by the clean swimming pool. The fitness club was very well equipped, with a wide variety of equipment such as kettlebells and half balance balls, which made it great for bodyweight workouts as well. During happy hour, we were always greeted with warm and friendly smiles. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also consistently kind, making our mornings very enjoyable. We would especially like to thank Max at the lobby—when my husband and I were separated, he calmly guided us and helped us find each other. We truly appreciate his kindness. The lobby staff, including Amy, Jamie, Boom, and others, also assisted us with our requests using friendly and polite language. We had many warm and memorable experiences at VIE Bangkok. The location also felt quite convenient overall 😊

The hotel's staff, Lo, helped me with my bag all the way to the station. He went above and beyond to follow me up and to ensure I got my train ticket and waited until I went through the gate! The hotel images on the Accor’s app led in with their pool, utilising wide-angle / drone photography, which creates the impression of a spacious, well-designed leisure area. In reality, the pool is extremely cramped, poorly laid out, and feels like an afterthought, bearing little resemblance to how it is presented online. Access to a proper pool was important to me, and I had changed my booking based on these images. On seeing the pool in person, it was immediately clear that it did not meet the expectations set by the marketing. I returned the room keys within approximately 10 minutes and raised this immediately. Despite this — and despite having paid approximately £375 for the night — I was informed, after escalation to the front desk manager, that no refund would be offered, not even a partial one, even though I had not stayed in the room or used any facilities. The handling of the situation was disappointing. I was told, “You want to move just because of the pool?” — a dismissive remark that failed to acknowledge a legitimate concern about misleading visual representation. I was also surprised by how dated the hotel appeared (I had thought it was a new property based on their, again, misleading photos but this is an older property but this property actually opened in 2008). This review is shared in the hope that management reflects on the use of wide-angle imagery, value for money, and how guest concerns are handled when raised promptly and reasonably.

- markusk275 (10/5): Best Service in Bangkok - My wife and I spent five wonderful days in Bangkok before continuing on to Koh Samui, and we chose the VIE Hotel based on its excellent reputation on TripAdvisor (ranked among the top hotels in the city). Our experience fully lived up to those expectations. While the hotel itself was exceptional, some of our most memorable moments were spent at the Piano Bar and the Michelin-starred Signature Restaurant. The food and drinks were outstanding, but what truly set these experiences apart was the extraordinary warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the staff. In particular, Nico and his wonderful team, Fah, Pete, and Ant, at the Piano Bar, as well as Das, the sommelier at Signature Restaurant, made our stay genuinely unforgettable. Their kindness, hospitality, and passion for service transformed an already excellent stay into something truly special. We would gladly return and highly recommend the VIE Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
