LEA (10/5): Tres bon hotel dans le 13eme - Nous avons passé une super nuit, le lit etait tres confortable. La presence d'une baignoire etait tres appreciable apres une journee intense. Le personnel a ete tres acceuillant et le petit dejeuner plus que correct.
Stefano Mastrobuoni (7/5): Nice hotel in Place d'Italie. - The room was very clean but it was quite small (not even a wardrobe or a drawer for clothes), the bed was confortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ok. The toilet was very small and we had only 1 towel for 2 people. The breakfast was ok. Overall we were a bit diasappointed, the hotel is ok but I think it is overrated and too expensive (over 250 euro per night) for what it is. For the breakfast maybe it is better to take a breakfast in one of the many bistro in Place d' Italie.

Fiona (9/5): Ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, ruhiger Schlaf, fantastischer Ausblick auf den Eiffelturm - Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht sehr gross, doch es hat alles was es benötigt und das Bett war super bequem. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, so dass ein ruhiger Schlaf garantiert ist. Der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer auf den Eiffelturm, Montparnasse, Sacre Coeur etc war unschlagbar! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, der Café gut und die Croissants ebenfalls sehr lecker! Der Teppich im Zimmer könnte sauberer erscheinen, obwohl er jeden Tag gereinigt wird, geben die Flecken trotzdem einen unsauberen Eindruck. Der Frühstücksraum riecht stark nach Essen, es wäre schön, wenn das ein wenig verringert werden könnte.

Dirk (8/5): Degelijk en goed gelegen hotel, met zeer vriendelijke staff - Vriendelijke staff, goede ligging in een rustigere buurt vlakbij metrostation, lekker ontbijt, propere kamers. Parking vlakbij was goedkoop (22€ per nacht). Goede bedden. Mijn kamer lag aan de achterzijde, op het gelijkvloers naast het terras van de ontbijtruimte, en er kwam ‘s ochtends vaak een vervelende rookgeur in de kamer, van gasten die buiten aan het roken waren. De laatste ochtend werden we trouwens gewekt door het brandalarm. Misschien best roken verbieden in het ganse hotel.

De la part d'un établissement de ce standing, c'est inacceptable. Plusieurs messages envoyés aujourd'hui sans aucune réponse ni aucune réaction. J'attends toujours le remboursement d'une somme de 329 euros

Nous avons pas dormi de la nuit a cause de cela je mesure 1m70 et mes pieds dépassent du lit Accueil par des personnes en formation, ce que je peux concevoir mais explication approximative, accueil très moyen, heureusement par la suite une personne professionnelle a pris le relais… Par ailleurs quand nous avons croisé ce Mr (en costume) pas de bonjour dans les couloirs décevant Moyen pour le prix

Jerome (9/5): Happy - The room was very comfy and the staff was very friendly. It's located close to the metro and you can get to the city center easily and also to the Eiffel Tower without switching lines. Some nice cafés and bakeries nearby.

Michelle Lochrie (8/5): - Good location staff were nice. Lovely gardens Even though there is a chargeable car park it is extremely narrow and we have damaged our car. Do not park if you have anything larger than a mini! Bed was very small and pillows were too soft for me personally. There was no room service if that's what you are looking for.

Reinier (9/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Parijs - Rustige ligging en vlakbij metrostation waar je op 3 verschillende lijnen kunt stappen. Goed ontbijt met ruime keuze. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer wat aan de krappe kant maar prima.
Jasmine (7/5): Nice - The location is excellent and well connected to public transport. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The gardens were beautiful, and the peaceful atmosphere made the place especially relaxing. It also felt very safe and secure. At first, we were assigned a room for people with disabilities, which was unexpected since that was not what we had booked, and we felt that type of room might be better reserved for guests who specifically need it, so we asked to change rooms. The room did not include a mini fridge, but the staff kindly stored our item in the reception fridge for us. The double bed was also a bit small for our needs. When checking out, we also noticed a food item left behind by a previous guest behind the curtains, which was unpleasant.

ΜΗΝΑΣ (7/5): A very good choice due to its connection to Metro Line 6. - We really liked the fact that the hotel was easily accessible via Metro Line 6. All the staff at the reception were extremely polite and very helpful. The room was clean, and we appreciated that it was tidied daily. The bed was somewhat firm and relatively small for two people to sleep comfortably. We did not like that the towels were not changed during our stay (5 nights). Also, I believe it should have been mentioned in the booking that the room was adapted for people with disabilities. Of course, we have no issue with that, but it would have been better to be informed from the beginning.
