- ricardopotente (6/5): It was great at some time in the past, but it lacks maintenance and management. - We stayed starting Dec 1-2023. We resrved 3 rooms as we went with our family. Two of the rooms didn't have bath towels in them (we had to ask for them). One of the rooms had poor maintenance (craks on the winow that made imposible to live with so many mosquitoes entering the room). I rain all day on the first day, so our kids shoes were quie muddy after they have been playing outside, W asked the kids to remove teir shoes and wash their feet. To our surprise, there was nothing to mp the floor with after removing all the mud, so we have to use the hand towels to remove the mud from the bathroom floor. To our suurprise they charged us 10,000 ARS for damaging two hand towels (worth not more than 1000 ARS each) saying that by hotel's policy, muddy towels are not washed, so they gave the towels back to us. I think this was abusive, so I'm writing this review to make future guest aware of this scam.

- Daniela (10/5): Ideal para familias - Excelente experiencia. El hotel tiene unas instalaciones espectaculares, con mucho espacio verde y multiples opciones al aire libre y cubiertas tambien. El equipo de entretenimiento es de lo mejor. Muchísimas actividades para ir con niños y que estén entretenidos el día entero.
- Martín (8/5): - Pedimos con anticipación una habitación cercana al restaurante y la pileta porque uno de los integrantes es discapacitado motriz. Nos habían dicho que sí incluso el día anterior por teléfono. Finalmente no fue así, nos tocaron las más lejanas del primer bloque. El resto estuvo todo muy bien, las instalaciones, la comida y los servicios.

Le pedí que cambie un poco la música ( sin hablar del volumen) y mucho no le gustó. La verdad parecía una bailanta. No lo recomiendo para descanso. Botón del inodoro se descompuso y puesta del placard rota.

Hay actividades para todos los gustos: ademas de las canchas de tenis y futbol el equipo de recreacion (Genios totales!) organizan actividades tales como bingo, busqueda del tesoro, aqua gym en la piscina climatizada, caminata energetica, taller de nudos, escalada en roca, pesca para los niños, torneo de minigolf, torneo de ping pong, metegol. El equipo de animacion infantil Willy y Juan tuvieron la mejor onda para mantener a mi hijo de 10 años ocupado con varias de estas actividades. Yo disfrute sobremanera el spa: las masajistas eran muy buenas y los precios acequibles. Tal vez falte mejorar un poco el área de cocina. Sin embargo tanto el encargado del restaurant como los mozos fueron tan serviciales con nosotros que estamos mas que satisfechos con todo. Las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento pero todo lo que las rodea es maravilloso

- Federic1971 (8/5): Family weekend - This is a special location in San Pedro, at the river coast in a great place, very quiet and an unique atmosphere, the hotel is very good, the rooms are great but with some old furniture (the bath table was broken and fixed with a tape) that was somehow estrange for a higher room (not the standard). great pool and service area
- marianof244 (8/5): Nice for a couple of days off the city - Good place, nice, clean comfortable. Good for a couple of days off with the family. The good ones: spacious and clean room, the spa area and the massages (really good staff), the natural environment and the setting. The bad ones: the pool music, loud and awful, the indoor pool, hyper crowded, small area, few hammocks, the changing rooms small and smelly, the food was good but just standard, the show in the dining room too loud you can't have a relaxed conversation while having dinner. Overall experience is objectively good and recommendable. Could be improved but it's good standard for the interior of Argentina.
- DinhoEagle (4/5): Bad trip - This hotel is located about 2 hours from Buenos Aires city towards Rosario (north). It is at the river bank and is supposed to be a kind of beach hotel. The river level rose too much and there was a flood that covered the entire beach. In addition, due to the high humidity there was a plenty of mosquitos that freaked us up (dengue). The infraestructure needs to be renovated. The room is large but it is not so clean, mainly the bathroom. The wifi does not work in the rooms, the pool is nice and it was the only attraction to be enjoyed. Tennis courts and football field need maintenance. Breakfast and meals are ok.
- Florlamberti (6/5): Good for a day - Last sunday I went with my family to spend the day. At first it looked really pacific. But after 11 am, the pool was so crowded that it became annoying. The music wasnt good as well. All day playing a repeating the same reggaeton CD!! In addition, the pool food want good enough ! The price was okey but i expected far better. Nevertheless the massages were so relaxing and not expensive ! Really recommended. We had a great time but i would just complain about the music food and the amount of people. But if you are looking for a place to stay and relax one day, you should try it ! Worth it one.
