Nuestra estadía fue excelente. La limpieza de la habitación fue impecable todos los días, y realmente se notaba el cuidado en cada detalle. Viajamos con nuestra hija y queremos agradecer especialmente a una señora rubia de pelo corto del equipo de housekeeping, que hacía que cada regreso al hotel se sintiera especial ✨. Incluso organizaba y arropaba los peluches de nuestra hija en la habitación, un gesto pequeño pero profundamente cálido y humano. El desayuno también fue excelente. Habíamos comprado el plan con desayuno incluido y el día que teníamos que salir muy temprano de viaje, el hotel nos preparó el desayuno empacado y listo para llevar, para que no lo perdiéramos. Ese tipo de atención marca una gran diferencia. En general, todo fue maravilloso: el servicio, la comodidad y la atención del personal hicieron que nuestra experiencia en Roma fuera todavía más especial. Sin duda volveríamos.j

- Yaroslava (5/5): Great location, but that’s about it. - Great location. Also there is an option to rent a parking space The hotel is very outdated, and the room felt. The bathroom plumbing was in terrible condition. We booked a more expensive suite, but despite informing the hotel that there were only two of us, the staff kept unfolding and making the sofa bed in the second room every day. We repeatedly folded it back ourselves, yet the bedding was never removed and ended up lying in the room for the entire week. The breakfasts were very poor, with barely any variety apart from fruit. The juices were so diluted with water that they were impossible to drink. One of the two coffee machines was constantly out of order and would spill milk and coffee everywhere. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming either and often came across as arrogant. The hotel does have an excellent location, but unfortunately, that is its only real advantage. However, the hotel is definitely not worth the money.

And not only this - hotel is in walkable distance to everything. So you dont need to deal with public transport if you dont want to. And if you are unsure if you want to pay for the breakfast, you should. They are absolutely worth it. :)

Located in a quiet part of Rome but within walking distance of most attractions. Everything about the hotel was first class, and the staff was most pleasant to deal with and most courteous and helpful. - nem (8/5): Wonderful Stay - I had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection Roma Giustiniano. Location: First, the location was perfect. It is in a quiet, residential section of the Prati area. It is away from the crowded areas of Rome, but it was convenient to walk to most of the attractions and historical sites in Rome. It is only a 12-minute walk to Vatican City. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. I felt safe staying at this hotel. Atmosphere: The atmosphere and vibe of this hotel is great! There is a multilingual and multicultural staff. Every staff here was cordial, helpful, and had a pleasant attitude. This hotel is very beautiful and modern. Room: I liked my room. I stayed in a Junior Room with a Balcony. It was quiet, spacious, and had plenty of storage. The only concerns that I had were the lack of light and lamp at the desk, instead of a walk-in shower it was a shower/tub combination, and the housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay. However, I had no problems with Guest Service assisting me with addressing concerns. Value: The hotel is a little pricy, but it is not unreasonable for what they offer. I will not hesitate to stay here again. Food: The food here was great and the restaurant staff are hardworking people. I recommend trying the breakfast buffet, the restaurant, and the bar. If you are looking for a good hotel to stay in while you are visiting Rome, then I recommend staying here.

Our server Roberto was amazing from start to finish. Honestly we did not expect much with it being a hotel restaurant, but they exceeded expectations from when we walked in. Great service , amazing food, great wine, and we finished with a killer desert. Ask for Roberto when you visit, and you can’t go wrong.

- ianncarole (10/5): Fabulous - The neighbourhood was really good. Independent shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel was fab, spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were so nice. Also if you need tickets for any of the sights you can get them through reception. Always buy the queue hopper as I have never seen queues like the ones we saw for the Vatican etc

He was kind and attentive. We would 10/10 recommend staying here. Make sure Roberto is your bartender because he is so great!

- PVictoria_S (10/5): Excellent location if you don't want a busy area - The hotel's location is great, (we like to walk, mind you, it is 48 minutes away by foot to the colisseum), there is a nearby metro station, and bus stops. There is also a very convenient minimarket in the corner of the block. The quality of the hotel follows NH standards: nice room, bathroom and amenities (great water pressure, warm room, lovely balcony). Great staff, pleasant building. There are fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood and it is quiet on weekends. If you plan to visit the Vatican, it is really close by. We will come back and do recommend it.

E Perfetto se si deve andare a vedere un concerto all’Auditorium Conciliazione. Personale gentile e disponibile, buona la colazione. Unica piccola nota: nella nostra stanza lo sciacquone del wc, aveva poca potenza.

- SharonH461 (6/5): Very average experience - We booked last minute and paid £900 for a three night stay as only room available was a suite with a view. Not a view of the Vatican unfortunately. Room was spacious and clean though boiling hot. Weather warm but unfortunately as ‘winter’ air conditioning was on heat not a/c so only option was to switch off and open a window. This led to sleepless nights as room now noisy. Our main issue with the hotel was the breakfast room and the staff working in it. Breakfast is a buffet and for the first two breakfasts we were not offered tea or coffee and had to repeatedly ask for it. No one told us there were self service coffee machines on the lower level.we were also never offered the cooked breakfast option advertised ion the table. This was supposedly to be offered by our waiter but we never had a waiter. Staff in general seemed unwilling to engage with anyone who was not Italian, did not clear tables and seemed preoccupied with their own areas of food presentation and the tidying of these areas. The whole breakfast experience felt cold and impersonal. The hotel is in a perfect location for seeing all the sites of Rome but unfortunately we would not consider returning as it did not feel like value for money, lacked customer service levels we have experienced elsewhere, sadly disappointed. When asked on check out if our stay had been good we mentioned our breakfast experience, but again felt that the staff member didn’t really care if our experience had been good or bad.

- Helder Caldeira (10/5): Excelência em experiência de hospedagem - O hotel é excelente e é visível no dia-a-dia o quanto eles trabalham para tornar inesquecível a experiência dos hóspedes. No meu caso, em específico, fiquei hospedado durante seis dias e em todos eles impressionou a regularidade e excelência dos serviços prestados. Já na chegada, fomos recebidos no quarto por um presente deixado pelo hotel, fazendo questão deixar nominalmente (o que revela a devida preparação para receber o hóspede). A suíte é muito ampla e confortável, o que é um diferencial em Roma (e em qualquer grande cidade turística). Todos os ambientes são amplos e bem decorados, com um valioso terraço com vista (acredito que nem todos os quartos o tenham, portanto é importante verificar antes) e isolamento acústico muito bem realizado. Para os dias frios, o aquecimento central funciona bem. Os kits de amenidades são bons, completos e incluem roupão e pantufas. O café da manhã é surpreendente, com grande variedade, boa qualidade e equipe gentil e prestativa (há até opções alternativas que podem ser solicitadas, como chocolate quente sem lactose, alimentos sem glúten, etc.). Por fim, a localização do hotel é extraordinária, facilitando desde a chegada (que pode ser shuttle direto do Aeroporto Fiumicino e que tem parada a duas quadras do hotel) e os dias de passeios, pois a localização é privilegiada, permitindo ida a pé aos principais pontos turísticos centrais de Roma. Por fim, ainda que a relação "custo x benefício" aparentemente possa parecer um pouco mais caro que os demais, vale destacar que a localização e os arredores promovem outras economias importantes numa viagem: gastos com transportes (quem for utilizar Uber, por exemplo, a localização favorece devido ao trânsito que é bom nessa região), alimentação variada ao redor, entre outros. Há até um mercado gourmet na quadra do hotel (20 metros da entrada) com absolutamente tudo que você possa precisar. Em síntese, quem busca uma extraordinária experiência de hospedagem em Roma, esse é o hotel! Uma única coisa não gostamos em nossa estadia: o restaurante do hotel. Comemos lá dois dias e realmente os pratos servidos não foram tão bons. Não ficaram nem perto da excelente culinária romana. Portanto, com franqueza, não recomendo refeições no restaurante. Aproveite que ao redor do hotel há dezenas de restaurantes extraordinários.
