WHEELCHAIR USERS: Hotel offers only 1 room suitable for wheelchair users, of Deluxe category. Other rooms have not enough wide doors to be suitable. Room for wheelchair user has to be requested in advance. In case hotel does not receive such request in advance and confirms the special room availability, hotel reserves the right to deny the accommodations in any other room despite valid reservation.
PARKING: Hotel parking 2 parking lots only (accesible by car elevator) and it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is necessary. Car (garage) for 29 EUR per night. For security reasons, LPG, CNG, electric and hybrid vehicles are not allowed to park in the garage. Motorbike (garage) for 20 EUR per night. Bicycle (garage) for 10 EUR per night. Charging of electrobikes is not allowed for fire security reasons.

Stanze pulitissime spaziose e dotate di bollitore con the e caffè. Colazione dolce e salata molto varia e abbondante. Personale gentilissimo, gradito senza dubbio la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del checkin che dopo il chekout.

Спа не работало и никто нас не предупредил. Одна из причин заказа этой гостиницы было спа, но оно не работало. Один раз не убрали комнату.

The room was spacious and bright, the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options, and the staff was always polite and helpful. - Monika (9/5): Overnight on Prague - The room was nice and spacious. The staff was kind. The breakfast had big variety. The only less of a good experince was that you really can't check in earlier than 14 pm. We arrived at 6 in the morning to Prague, walked around the city till 12:30 pm. Would have been great to be able to check in an hour earlier. Fortunatelly they have a nice roof terrace and as the weather was great, we could spend that 1,5 hour there.

Frühstück ebenso - bis auf das nicht verfügbare Graubrot ! Lage direkt im Zentrum- man muss wissen welche Parkplatz man benutzt für den Übernachtungszeitraum. Der Hinterhof sah deutlich anders aus als die Vorderansicht !

Biz 3 kişilik odada kaldık yatakların yerleşimi ve valiz açacak yer vardı. Yataklar biraz küçük ama rahat. Çalışanlar yardımcı. Oda bize biraz soğuk geldiği için akşam ek battaniye istedik, resepsiyon hemen yardımcı oldu. Terası da sigara içiyorsanız ya da oturmak için güzel. Bir de babam yanlışlıkla elini kestiğinde hemen yarabandı, dezenfektan vs. yardımcı oldular. Teşekkür ederiz. Son gecemizden önceki gün, herhalde çıkış yapacağız diye oda temizlenmemişti ama onun dışında her gün yapıldı.

Milý personál, zejména paní recepční a klučina, co měl na recepci noční směnu. Recepce slouží večer i jako bar. Mě osobně vadilo ranní přivítání u snídaní. Slečna automaticky Good morning, odpovíte jí Dobré ráno a při odchodu Goodbye. Pořád jsme v českém hotelu a nebyli jsme tam jediný Češi. Dále snídaně je asi nejslabší článek hotelu. Jezdíme takhle často ho hotelů na 1 noc a můžeme porovnávat. Džusy z automatu nedobré, doplňování vázlo. Při příchodu na snídani bylo prázdno po míchaných vajíčkách. Na dotaz, kdy budou míchaná vejce, nám servírka odpověděla, že hned budou, že doplní. Za čtvrt hodiny přinesli, ale volská oka.

Breakfast was very good We were a bit disappointed with room cleaning, it was not made on first day which is fine, but on 2nd day no toilet paper and shower gel was provided, so we had to ask from reception
