- Kuestengott (8/5): Sehr gute Lage, tolles Frühstück - Das Hotel liegt ideal, in der Nähe der Altstadt und der Karlsbrücke. Es gibt kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe, die Nachts verschlossen sind. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Teppiche - in den Zimmern und den Fluren - sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und leicht schmuddelig. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe ok, ein Einzelzimmer unter dem Dach war sehr klein und nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und 24 Stunden vor Ort. Kein Restaurant - außer FRÜHstück. Ein Zimmer von der Größe nicht angemessen. Das Bett sehr klein. Die Teppiche, die es überall gibt, sollten getauscht ist durch anderes Material ersetzt werden.

- Luis Jesus (7/5): Ok Ich habe zweimal eine private E-Mail geschickt, und sie haben sie ignoriert; sie haben mir nie geantwortet. - Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage; es ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Reinigung des Zimmers muss gründlicher sein. Ich leite Hotels in Deutschland und weiß, wie schwierig es ist, ein Zimmer in so kurzer Zeit zu reinigen. Deshalb gibt es die sogenannte Intensivreinigung, die einmal im Monat durchgeführt wird, und die Zimmer werden regelmäßig gewechselt. Unter dem Bett befindet sich ziemlich viel Staub, und das nicht nur von einem Tag. Die Hängelampe ist verstaubt. Der Badezimmerlüfter und das Waschbecken, einschließlich des Beckens, sollten gründlich mit Essig und einem speziellen Reinigungsmittel gereinigt werden. . Die Toilettenbürste ist voller Wasser; Sie könnten günstigere Plastikbürsten kaufen, die Sie wegwerfen und später ersetzen können. > Die Kleiderbügel sind so wackelig, dass die Kleidung herunterfällt. - ÇAKIR (10/5): Tekrar Prag yaparsam yine Betlem - Öncelikli olarak konum efsane gün içinde bir kaç kere uğrayabildim. Kahvaltı menüsü gayet yeterli 2 günde otelden çıkmadan önce kahvaltımı yapıp çıktım. Şunu sevmedim diyebileceğim hee hangi bir şey bulamadım

- Cristina (8/5): Buon soggiorno! - Ottima la posizione, in pratica si può girare tutta Praga a piedi. Lo staff tutto cordiale, gentile e disponibilissimo. La colazione per un 3 stelle direi ottima, sia per il salato che per il dolce, ed è il primo hotel dove le macchinette automatiche facevano un cappuccio più buono di quello al bar. L' unico neo, il bagno della nostra camera era davvero piccolissimo e talmente basso che picchiavi la testa da seduto su water🤦. E c'era la vasca da bagno che in pratica era un catino senza il doccino in alto, si faceva davvero fatica a lavarsi, ed era anche molto pericoloso. Andrebbe sicuramente ristrutturato. E poi i cuscini davvero troppo troppo soffici, abbiamo chiesto di averne degli altri, e loro gentilissimi c'è ne hanno portati altri 4,peccato che erano più molli degli altri.

- Korčák (10/5): Příští týden mám pobyt opět objednaný. - Švédské stoly snídaně jsem využil podle svých představ, Naprosto skvělá slanina, fazole, papriky a rajčata na olivovém oleji. Jako zákusek palačinka s meruňkovým džemem, kvalitní čaj. Lokalita hotelu výjimečná, přímo naproti Betlémské kapli. Pokoj v podkroví útulný, nábytkové vybavení postačující. Z mého pohledu nebylo téměř co vytknout, jen mi na pokoji vadila rychlovarná konev z plastu, pouze 1 kávový hrnek (piji čaje) a žádná sklenička na vodu a odpadkový válec na čaje.

- Paul (10/5): Brilliant hotel I would definitely stay there again - The hotel location was great only 5 minutes walk from the old town and the hotel itself has a great interior with timber beams and old swords and other weapons on the walls giving it a historical feel. The staff were great.

- Kriszta (8/5): Remek elhelyezkedés, kompakt szállás - A szállás remek helyen van az óváros közepén. Harmadik emeleti 4 ágyas szobában voltunk, amelynek meglepően kicsi ablaka volt, és igen ezt többen írtak, hogy a szoba méretéhez képest apró. De ez egy műemlék épület, gondolom, így nem lehet csak úgy ablakokat betenni. Ha valaki az alváson túl, hosszú órákat akar a szobában tölteni, valóban zavaró lehet, de a legtöbben nem azért utaznak 2-3 napra Prágába, hogy a szobában üljenek. Van légkondicionáló, így a meleg se lehet gond. És igen az ablakot kinyitva kicsit hangos, de ez az óváros bármelyik szállodájában így van valószínűleg. A személyzet végtelenül kedves és figyelmes. A szoba tágas és tiszta, a fürdőszoba mindennel felszerelt, az ágynemű csodásan szép és igen nem tegnap lett felújítva és a Design is inkább a kétezres évek eleje, de ár-értek arányban ez a szálloda egy jó választás. 8-10 féle szálas tea reggelinél, nagyon kellemes csalódás volt. A reggeli lehetne egy picit változatosabb, különösen, hogy mi pl gyerekekkel voltunk, de azért ez se komoly panasz. Ennél kicsit jobban zavart, hogy semmilyen allergén nem volt sehol jelölve.
- Petr (6/5): - Lokalita skvělá Hotel v historickém centru zamrznul v devadesátých letech a na vybavení je to znát. Chápu, že je to v srdci města (ubytovali jsme se tam kvůli koncertu v Betlémské kapli, která je naproti), ale příště raději dál, klidně za stejnou cenu, ale vyšší kvalitu.

- Chiara (5/5): - La pulizia L’accoglienza al mio arrivo, la signora alla reception mi ha mangiato la faccia perché in aeroporto non avevo trovato l’autista della navetta che mi aspettava per portarmi all’albergo. Avevo chiamato in hotel ma dopo averlo cercato non l’ho trovato, nel frattempo sono stata avvicinata da un taxista abusivo, spaventata e stanca di cercarlo, sono andata via e mi sono organizzata con autobus e metro per raggiungere l’hotel. La signora alla reception mi ha chiesto una quota per il disguido, ho pagato per non avere problemi anche se non l’ho trovato giusto, specialmente non mi è piaciuto come mi ha trattata all’arrivo, troppo arrabbiata. Invece, alla mia partenza c’era un’altra donna, molto gentile.
- Vivienne (10/5): One of Prague’s little jewels! - This turned out unexpectedly to be the perfect hotel for our stay. The location is central and excellent for access to all parts of the city. The staff were delightful, welcoming and helpful and a very decent breakfast was provided. If you want a posh, all mod cons hotel this is not for you but if you’re looking for rustic charm, a warm welcome, clean rooms and a central location this is perfect. There is no lounge area to speak of and no bar. Not an issue for us.

- Koasa (10/5): 期待通りの素晴らしい旅でした - 朝食に生野菜や温かいラタトゥユがあり日本人には喜ばれると思います。スタッフの方々が全て良い方ばかりでした。 シャワーの排水はあれが正解なのかわかりませんが、日本と同じを求めたらいけないと思います。すんなりとした排水をしない点ですかね？

- Zdenka (7/5): S hotelem jsem byla spokojená, klidně se zase někdy vrátím. - Výborná lokalita v centru Prahy hned naproti Betlémké kaple. V pokoji mi chyběla lampičk u postele, matrace byla měkčí, ale na jednu noc mi to zase tak moc nevadilo.
- Rosny (10/5): Alojamiento único y recomendado - Su decoración, la ubicación (estaba súper céntrico y cerca de todo). El desayuno muy bueno y completo. La habitación era grande, cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario (TV, aire acondicionado, nevera), había ascensor para poder subir. Todo un acierto. Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y la habitación estaba lista y nos dejaron entrar sin problema. Nada. Todo fue excelente!!
- Alessandra (9/5): Hotel com excelente café da manhã e excelente localização. Recomendo a hospedagem. - O café da manhã é excelente e a localização é ótima, permite visitar a pé muitos locais. Fica muito próximo da Ponte Carlos e do relógio astronômico. Muitas opções de bares e lojas nas proximidades. Não gostei do banho, pois não tinha um box e um chuveiro fixo.

- Anja (9/5): Tolles Wochenende in Prag - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Moldau, die Karlsbrücke und auch der Wenzelsplatz sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt um das Hotel findet man mehrere Biergärten, Restaurants und Kneipen. Das Hotel bietet einen sehr tolles, großzügiges Frühstück an, selbst ein Gläschen Sekt fehlte nicht. Das Hotel ist alt, aber charmant eingerichtet. Wegen der zentralen Lage ist natürlich in der Nacht bis in die Morgenstunde ein erhöhter Geräuschpegel auf der Straße rum das Hotel.
- Marco B (6/5): - Ontbijt is top Airco op onze kamer werkte niet waardoor het zeer warm was, en omdat je in het centrum zit kun je de ramen niet open laten staan vanwege veel mensen op de straat de hele nacht.

- Patrycja (9/5): - Dzień dobry, chciałabym bardzo podziękować za udany pobyt. Hotel zrobił na mnie świetne wrażenie, a Państwa obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie – wszyscy byli bardzo mili i pomocni. Na pewno do Państwa wrócę!

- Julijana (7/5): Good - The location is the best, can not be better, and it is the greatest asset. You are literally 5 min. distance from Charles's bridge in the actual Old Town. The bed mattress was terrible, it was some improvised mattress, as well as the pillows. There is a constant smell in the hotel of bleach or some cleaning product, and in the morning, the breakfast smell is for sure reaching your room, if not waking you up.

- Freiheit7777 (4/5): - Die Lage und freundliches Personal. Der Teppich ist so ungepflegt und das kein Wasser im Zimmer gegeben hat. Es war sehr unangenehm Barfuß zu laufen im Zimmer. Frühstück Auswahl geht so.
- claire (9/5): - Very quaint hotel full of character. Walking distance to most sites. Nice breakfast and friendly staff Attic room might be a bit low for someone tall and you can’t sit up on bed. Smart TV might have been an added bonus.

Ho avuto un allergia fortissima a causa della troppa polvere accumulata in vecchi divani , ho dovuto prendere dei farmaci a causa di un laringospamo. Sono stata costretta a lasciare la camera un giorno prima perché stavo male e ad oggi non ho ottenuto nessuna scusa del personale.So che sarebbe difficile ottenere un rimborso completo ma almeno avrei voluto avere delle scuse o un rimborso parziale per l’accaduto o delle scuse da parte del personale. - Renata (9/5): Excelente - Achei o hotel muito pitoresco e simpático, embora um pouco datado em termos de decoração. Mas as camas confortáveis e duche excelente. O pequeno almoço era o ideal. Os quartos poderiam ter algum upgrade em termos de decoração.
