- Philogene (7/5): mi buen lugar para pasar en familia con una muy buena ubicación, y muy barato por todo lo que ofrece - me gusto la piscina esta calentita y limpia y el wifi siempre funcionando. la mesas de ping pong en buen estado pero las raquetas no y el metegol tambien se puede jugar pero se deberia arreglar las manijas para no sufrir algun accidente. el desayuno debería ser un poco mas variado y no solo harinas blancas como facturas, y tortas marmoladas, el queso crema no esta muy rico. deberían también cambiar las fritas, luchas veces la manzana estaban viejas y oxidadas

- Augusto (1/5): Worst in my life! - Nothing at all! It was horrible, less than one star hotel. Okay, so the hotel had a closet that was nasty with humidity, the smell, it was terrible in the entire room. The fan on the ceiling was one of the blades was with one screw left of the three in the triangle, the metal triangle that holds the blade. And by the end of the day, a second screw came off and flew to me while I was sleeping. The walls were all like with holes and covered with plaster, but now sanded down. It was humidity in the walls and the ceiling too. It was all like holes covered. It was clearly humidity in the walls, and that's why I think they put like a second wall, maybe with sheetrock, on the first meter and a half from the floor, all around the wall, the wall of the room. The mattress was totally crap. They didn't have an entire queen size bed, it was two mattresses, there were single mattresses. They put together, so in the middle all the time it was like a... It was so there were twin beds, they were together, pushed together. There was ants all over the room all the time, scouting for food. If you leave some food or like a package of cookies, empty package of cookies, it was full of ants. The trash can in the bathroom was full of ants. The bathroom was horrible. It was... The water from the bathtub was leaking through to the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom was terrible. The extractor on the bathroom was like a turbine of an airplane making so much noise. It was also humidity and mold in the ceiling and in the walls of the room. The mattresses were so old. The towels, the linen also was with the lipsticks, also in the covers of the pillows. The towels were with all marks, like poop, like someone cleaned their ass with poop. I have to change it the first day I came. I have to change one towel, but then I realized all towels are marked. It's like they cannot have towels that were white. That's impossible. We were next to the pool. The pool people were until 10 making a lot of noise.

Lo que no nos gustó fue la habitacion, llegamos y tenia olor a humedad, vieja, faltaba cuidados, el aspecto muy bajo. Ventilador doblado que hacia ruido al encenderlo. El desayuno, era regular, faltaba fruta y que se renueve con mas agilidad.

- Natalia (1/5): Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy negativa. - La ubicación. El personal que trabaja es amable. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy negativa. El lugar se encuentra en condiciones de higiene deplorables: almohadas, sábanas y toallas estaban sucias y descuidadas. Es evidente la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento general. Cabe destacar que hay una sola chica encargada de la limpieza, que es muy amable y hace lo que puede, pero resulta imposible que una sola persona se ocupe de todo el hotel. El desayuno es muy malo, con poca variedad y sin calidad. Además, hubo una situación realmente preocupante: una noche no había nadie en la recepción. Las llaves quedaron todas disponibles sobre el mostrador con un cartel que decía “ahora vuelvo”. Esto representa una falta total de seguridad, ya que cualquiera podría haber entrado, robado o accedido a las habitaciones sin que nadie lo advirtiera. En conclusión, el hotel no cumple con las condiciones mínimas de limpieza, servicio ni seguridad, por lo que no lo recomiendo en absoluto.
