We’ve stayed at many Residence Inn Marriott hotels in the past, but this experience has been one of the kind. From the first moment we enter the lobby, we’ve been welcomed with warmth, kindness and remarkable hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the most memorable experience. The unexpected surprise was to discover a handwritten birthday card, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and a chocolate cake (it was my belated birthday) upon our arrival in the room. Shout out to Antonio A. at the front desk for giving us uninterrupted attention and sharing valuable insights about London. Also, Joseph for helping us with weighting our luggage upon the departure. Every staff at the breakfast counter deserves a separate shout out. The hotel cleanness, accommodations and location are superb.

- Amine (7/5): Struttura abbastanza curata, ma migliorabile - La posizione è sicuramente strategica e ben collegata con i BUS e i Taxi. L'ambiente è ospitale cosi come lo Staff. La camera è pulita. Le camere vanno migliorate in quanto alcuni elementi sembravano danneggiati o rotti. La l'insonorizzazione è scarsa. Il bagno troppo piccolo. Soprattutto per una suite. La colazione è da migliorare ( troppa poca offerta per troppe persone) Gli ascensori non sono sufficienti per il numero di persone che li utilizza soprattutto in orario di punta. Troppa attesa per trovare posto su uno di essi.
- Victoria (6/5): It was ok and would go back if needed but wouldn’t be my fist choice. - The kitchen was useful to have and saved us money on eating out but oven trays were not provided so had to purchase those and having breakfast included was a nice touch. Location to Olympia London was good. 10 min walk away. Big Tesco next door which is great for getting food to cook in the kitchen. Breakfast options were very limited. No vegetarian alternatives for cooked breakfast. Slow to replenish food that had been ran out. This could be improved so easily. Only 2 lifts and they were very slow. Could be waiting 5-10 mins sometimes. Yes there are stairs next to it but when staying on higher level floor it’s not always ideal to walk up/down stairs. When you walk into the room you walk straight into the sleeping space. Would be a better option to walk into the living room space so further away from the corridors. Bed is about 30cm from the bathroom which means you hear and smell everything going on in there. I understand space is limited but again the layout doesn’t quite work. It’s a lot of money. Similar style properties (with living spaces and kitchens) in the centre of London are £200 cheaper.

- ViajeroManlalakbay (10/5): A more affordable London hotel option - Great location, within walking distance to the Earls Court tube station on Warwick RD. On the opposite entrance to the station, you'll find a variety of shops (drug store, hair salons, etc) and local restaurants including Asian and Middle Eastern. It's also right next to a large TESCO supermarket and general merchandise store. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to Kensington High Street--for more high-end shopping and fine dining. Kensington Palace is about a 45 minute walk from the hotel. Great staff, free self-service laundry, good complimentary breakfast, well appointed studios and multi-room units. On the west side--making LHR airport more accessible (20 minutes on UBER to LHR before morning rush hour traffic).

Drugiego dnia już szukaliśmy alternatywy na mieście:-( Brak kapci w 4-gwiazdkowym hotelu jest słabe, tak samo jak przejściówek na kontynentalne gniazdka. Zdecydowanie mogłoby też być czyściej.

- Yvonne (8/5): We were very happy with our stay at Residence Inn. - We found the breakfast to be excellent with both hot and cold choices. The staff were very helpful over all the days of our stay. The controls for the cooktop were confusing and hard to find the button to operate the rangehood.

- Roberto_e_Ida (10/5): - Struttura accogliente posizionata a pochissima distanza dalle fermate degli autobus e delle metropolitane che consentono di raggiungere in poco tempo qualsiasi zona di Londra. Pulizia degli ambienti comuni e delle camere impeccabile, ogni giorno c'era il ricambio della biancheria e tutto veniva sistemato e riordinato in modo eccellente. Angolo cottura dotato di tutti gli utensili necessari. La colazione ampiamente soddisfacente, esaudiva ogni necessità e qualsiasi tipo di palato, penso sia impossibile chiedere di più. Lo staff in generale è stato sempre molto gentile e pronto ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta, su tutti una menzione particolare per Antonio, efficientissimo e disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, grazie. Abbiamo visto ed usato solo 2 ascensori che servivano 10 piani, se non ce ne sono altre forse sono pochi.

So we couldn't i.e. watch a movie with the kid sleeping, but we could read a book on a couch. The breakfast was good and staff is friendly and helpful! When I arrived the system for card coding was broken, so tge staff had to let all new guests to rooms all the time. You had to queue to the reception every time you left your room. It was time consuming and inconvenient.

- Luigi Giovanni (10/5): Se viaggi in famiglia per stare una settimana a girare il centro di Londra non c'e' posto migliore. - Il non plus ultra per famiglia di 3 o 4 persone (kitchenette con induzione/frigo/lavastoviglie per chi ha esigenze alimentari). Camere pulitissime e ordinate Vista panoramica dai piani alti. Staff eccezionale super dedicato al cliente. Colazione continentale abbondantissima e strategica. Palestra e Lavanderia a gettoni con le pods a 1£ nel seminterrato. Tesco (dove apprezzerete i meal deal di sushi a 6£) e ristorante italiano convenzionato di fronte. A 10 minuti a piedi (e lontano dal caos della fermata di) Earl's Court sulle linee centrali della metro (per i piu' pigri bus C3 a 20m). Con il bus C1 si arriva a South Kensinton (Museo di Storia Naturale/Scienza) e si e' a Piccadilly o Covent Garden in 20 min. Comodissimo anche il ritorno a tarda notte. C'e' anche una Lidl a 700m. Il servizio di stoviglie era completo ma mancavano un pentolino e una padella. Non li abbiamo chiesti alla reception, abbiamo preferito comprarli al Tesco di fronte per 23£.

- Minutemomma (10/5): Great hotel and helpful staff. - My husband and I stayed at this location in April 2026. It’s about a ten minute walk from the Earls Court station. Antonio helped us at check in, and honored our request for a low floor. It was a ground floor room, and was perfect for us. He was helpful, and answered all our questions. Daniel was great at the bar, and remembered our names for the five nights we were there. The breakfast area was great and well stocked. My only critique would be the extremely slippery shower floor; we almost wiped out twice, and had to put a towel inside it every morning to stand on. A rubber mat would’ve helped.

Everything about this hotel is great. The room is clean and had a comfy bed. The staff was excellent, super attentive, they ensure my stay is always enjoyable. I have used the laundry facility every time, the gym is good.
