William (2/5): - Gently renovated so the materials were new, but it’s apparent that the renovations were done on the cheap. Unsanded drywall painted over, trim hanging loose. Also, Luke warm water in all faucets; they must have the water heaters turned down. No coffee maker, or microwave, anything; but a counter and sink designed for it. They advertise breakfast but that amounted to watery coffee and a bowl of apples on the counter. The owners live in the hotel in a room off the lobby so that’s weird.

Anissa (4/5): - We were excited to stay at the newly renovated hotel. However, we were very disappointed. One main reason we stayed there was for free breakfast. There was nothing available. My room didn’t have any towels, soap, or shampoo. The shower had no pressure nor hot water. Very very disappointed. I know they just renovated and opened but if you are going to open, you need to have the things you are advertising.

Verified traveler (2/5): Baffling - The whole experience was baffling. Online, it looked fairly decent and just what I needed for a simple, one night stay. On the booking, it said check in was at 3pm. I tried to go to the front desk to check in, only to find it was locked with no one answering the front desk phone. There were no signs of when the front desk person would be back or where they went. Called the number again, and was transferred to a national hotline where the representative tried to call the front desk, and then the manager, with no response. Since there were no other OYO locations in the area, I had to find a different hotel last minute, and may or may not get a refund since the issue was to be escalated and reviewed after 24-48 hours. Would not recommend, entire process stressful and unprofessional.

Verified traveler (2/5): - This was easily the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like pet urine. The carpets were stained. The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. The towels were stained and frayed. When I opened up the refrigerator two roaches scurried out.
Verified traveler (4/5): - This motel room was a great price, however that was the only thing great about it. The room was dirty and the carpet wet. The curtains had filth all over it and the sheets looked dirty. The bathroom floor was very creaky and there was no trash cans. The towels had dog hair all over them. I had to get back into the dirty shower to rinse off again and use my clothes to dry off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The A/C didn’t function, the toilet paper holder was torn off the wall, there was a bottle of bleach under the sink, the door lock was broken, the carpet was creepy sticky, we booked a king but were given two queens (“the last room”). I could go on. We are not finicky but there are better places to stay in this area. We booked two nights and left after one.
Alberta (4/5): - The room I stayed in didn't have a secure lock. The toilet seat didn't fit the rest of the toilet. Pillows smelled & room was dirty. I stayed two nights ..my bedding didn't get changed nor did I receive new towels.

The clerk said that we could get a room with 2 "queen" beds for free since they messed up the reservation, but after contacting Expedia, they still charged us. I hate leaving a negative review but this was a truly terrible hotel.
Verified traveler (6/5): It’s a economy stay. - For $50 you do have to temper your expectations. This has been taken over by hotel franchise chain with slick contemporary branding. In reality all they’ve done is painted a wall bright red and put their logo on a pillow. We even had the old America in brochures in the drawers. The room was clean however the carpet was 30 years old. Didn’t want to walk on barefoot. Some oddities with the room like no waste bins to speak of... Noisy right off the highway. Appears a lot of the clientele is long-term living. We were a little worried about are camper van in the parking lot. The Internet was hit and miss. The king size bed was an old spring mattress but surprisingly comfortable.

Andrea (4/5): Yikes, not staying here again - The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! However, the room was pretty poor. There were no wash cloths or trash cans. Under the sink there was a fast-food wrapper with ketchup packets and the provided towel was dirty. In addition to that, the toilet continually ran all night and the shower water was barely like warm and the bathtub had no drain plug so a bath was out of the question. The bed had no fitted sheet so I used my own blanket and slept on top of the sheets, it was moderately comfortable.

JosephTaylor (2/5): - What a terrible mistake I made by choosing this inexpensive option! Buyer beware. If you are not satisfied. You will not get a refund. Not even pro-rated! I was there 5 minutes on Aug 14th. Checked in dropped my bag off in the room, and left to visit family. I returned at 9pm. First off the Direct TV does not work. I had to call front desk on my cell, as the rooms have no phones. She said maintenance would come. 30 minutes no maintenance. I was going to take a shower, but upon closer inspection of the room., the beds sheets and pillow cases had not been washed. Signs of bedbugs near bottom and underside of mattress. Carpet floors were stinky and the room smelled of a Smoking room! I called the front desk and told her this is not working out, I did not want to stay at this hotel, it was NASTY. I just wanted to check out and get a refund. She saidcome down and that should be no problem. I got to front desk and thought I was going to be refunded. I was verbally atttacked by the young girls. They stated. "You have been here 6 hours, have taken a shower and laid on the bed" I said "Oh really"? I have not even been here, until now! Explained the conditions of the room. I was told that the manager stated "No Refund" I asked for a pro rata charge for their so called 6 hours. I was old no, so I asked for my second day refund. Told no again. Not allowed to speak with a manager. Go figure! The pics posted on the websites for booking are all of some other location. Don't stay here!
GinGin (4/5): - staff is very very friendly and nice. Rooms are big but room would not cool down. Sheets on bed were stained, had live bugs crawling on them from outside. Then I found a dead bedbug. Checked the mattress for signs of bedbugs but there were no signs. The mattress was old and dirty. It was to late (1am) to look for another place to stay. Management did give us another room. The sheets in that room were nice, clean, and very white. Room was nice, clean, and cool. Had no sign of bedbugs on mattress.
Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap, but filthy - The lady at the front desk was helpful and I think she was doing her best. Unfortunately the hotel was not well stocked or cared for. When we arrived at the room one of the beds was missing the blanket and pillow cases. There were 20-30 crickets in the room. The floor was so dirty the bottoms of my son’s feet turned black. There were dirty smears on the walls. The photos for this property are either outdated or from a different location. The only up side was the price.

Jennifer (2/5): Dive Hotel - Upon checking in asked about Jacuzzi tub. As soon as I walked in we were over whelmed by the smell very heavy deodorizer ! I filled the tub up and it did not work. All in about 10 minutes and wanted refund. Call all my #s for that am I am waiting. Just horrible you should not even have them on your hotels.com

THE EMPLOYEES THERE DONT DO THERE JOB HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR JUST FOR MY ROOM TO GET "STOCKED WITH TOWELS" THEN ONLY HAD ONE TOWEL....OH AND CANT FORGET THE TOILET PAPER THEY PUT IN THE ROOM WAS USED AND DIRTY!!
RHONDA (2/5): - The rooms are repainted but everything else is dilapidated. People are actually living in rooms at this hotel. The parking lot is filthy and you don’t feel safe leaving your vehicle very far from your room. The beds are old and broke down, the towels are worn out and frayed. I will definitely not ever stay there again!
