Cuando llegamos dejamos nuestras valijas por un rato, nos las recibieron muy amablemente. Al regresar y hacer el check in nos pidieron un papel para retirar las valijas, pero nunca nos habían dado dicho papel. Y hablamos reservado dos habitaciones, y las tarjetas llaves estaban mezcladas.

- Sumita (7/5): Was ok, clean and convenient. - First room smelled like musty smoke, was not renovated and was small. Did not like it but it was at least clean. Second larger room was bigger & renovated but didn’t feel much bigger as the layout is very awkward. They kept our luggage for us between room changes which was nice. Awkward layout of larger bunk bed rooms, smoke smell, can only communicate via email when not on premises and they do not respond quickly.

- Emily (9/5): Spacious, clean and relaxing. - Just one short bus ride away from Shinagawa Station where we got off the bullet train and is in a convenient location, only one train ride away to Shinjuku, Shibuya or Harajuku. Staff service was excellent and the room itself was very spacious and clean. Will recommend to anyone and return again when staying in Tokyo. nothing to note.

- Alina (8/5): В целом из-за локации рекомендую, очень удобная. - Расположение отличное, чтобы попасть в метро надо просто спуститься на самый нижний этаж на лифте. Эта линия вполне закрывала 95% нужных нам локаций. До основных достопримечательностей быстро добирались. Зато район тихий, спокойный, видно что в основном там люди работают, не отдыхают. Так же Lawson находится на -1 этаже, Бургер Кинг, Старбакс и многие другие магазины поблизости. Номер маленький, из-за того, что окна не открываются, немного развивалась клаустрофобия. Хотелось свежего воздуха. Номера уже потрепанные, много где расходятся обои.

- Yasuo (7/5): ロケーションの上では不便に感じることもあったけど、ホテル自体には満足です。 - スタッフ（フロント、部屋係、食堂）の皆さんの対応には満足しています。朝食は種類が期待以上で、満腹になりました。卓球ができて、孫（6歳）は喜んでいました。２フロアに泊まりましたが、一方は若者が多く、深夜に帰って来て、ややうるさかったけど、もう一方は静かだったので、部屋の作りとしては問題なかったのだと思っています。 シーサイドの夜景は期待ほどではなかったです。ただ、ゴールデンウィーク中で稼働していない工場や消灯している建物が多かったからで、平日はもっときらめいた景色が見られたのかも知れませんが。

The rooms style was very cute and staff were all friendly and spoke English We also had a lot of fun playing ping pong in the lounge One of the rooms we booked smelled strongly of smoke despite the fact that they insisted it was a non-smoking room, the lounge also smelled like smoke because of the smoking room that was located inside - though this was not as strong They allowed the members of my party to move to a different room when they complained of the smell of smoke
