The tv in the rooms has more thai channels which is strange for tourist, they need to have more english movies channels. One of the manager , the day manager is not to friendly.The bald manager is awesome and provides good customer service.The outdoor staff is also very attentive to your needs. I have stayed here twice and will definately stay again because it is conviently located to everything.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good budget hotel in Silom - Siam Heritage is a pretty good budget hotel in a prime location of the Silom area. The entire staff was very friendly and provided good service. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet in the morning.
- Hideaki (8/5): Old hotel, but comfortable - First of all, the location is great. Also, for an old hotel, security is good. Depending on the room, the large and deep bathtub is also one of the attractions for Japanese people. I think I'll stay there again next time.

One of the reasons I stayed here again was because a few months ago when I stayed I was able to order a Thai dish off the menu from the restaurant downstairs during breakfast but it seems that they no longer have that option. However, the rooms are spacious and quiet although a bit dated. I still enjoyed my stay but may not stay in the future due to the change in the breakfast menu.

I was anxious because I don't speak the language and don't know many customs. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the bellman, went out of their way to be helpful and make me feel comfortable. I have found my home away from home in Bangkok.

- michael (8/5): - Ideal location for nightlife-amateurs, because right next to Patpong. Rooftop-garden is amazingly quiet and relaxing. Rooms are convenient and clean. Reception-employee was none too friendly and even managed to send me to the wrong busstation. Luckily I double-checked and avoided a very costly mistake. There's always an older gentleman present who is eager to carry your luggage even for only 5 meters and expects a handsome tip doing so.

We loved the location and had great food options nearby. Easy walk to Limphu Park for some exercise and an easy cab ride to everywhere else. I would definitely go back. Since we were there for five nights the extra we paid to get the upgraded suite was totally worth it. Thanks Team Siam Heritage!!

- QING (2/5): - There are no real windows to see outside. The male boss or male service staff at the front desk are as stiff as zombies. This place is extremely unsafe. The restaurant staff are warm and friendly. Advice: Don't live here if you want to leave Bangkok alive
- QING (2/5): - This hotel is terrible, the food is not hygienic, the service attitude is stiff, and they don't care about your existence. No matter how you ask how to get to the park? Where is the store? They will tell you that they don't know! The waiter in the restaurant is very enthusiastic, thanks to the waiter in the restaurant. I suggest that you don't stay here, it's very dangerous. And be careful with everything you bring with you.
- Jinny (8/5): - Hotel room was large. Kitchen area had a medium sized refrigerator, a stove,and bowls, plates, cups, utensils, etc. There is a small round table for 2 to eat at. Living room had tv and couch. Bathroom had a shower and separate bathtub which was nice. The bedroom had a comfortable, firm bed and tv. The property had 2 small pools and a small excersize room on top floor. Hotel is decorated with traditional items that gives the place a feeling of being in another world. However, property and rooms are old and could use some work. Convenient and walkable to get a massage, go to night market, Lumphini park, subway, 7-11, etc. Staff were very nice.

We love him. The hotel is very beautiful decorated. Our room AC was not working well so I asked for the fan and it’s perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Room was lovely, loved the wood. Only downside was the buffet breakfast. It didnt vary and became rather blah; also missed some standard fruits on 3 of our mornings. No banana and no pineapple! Friendly staff for sure!

But to be honest, I’ll be back for sure. The price was very reasonable for a nice room, very clean, great staff, and a perfect location. Lots going on in the area, but the room was quiet at night. A short walk to both the subway and the skytrain, I really couldn’t have asked for more.

- Oksana (10/5): Great hotel & excellent location. - The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the location is excellent. This will certainly be my go-to hotel when I visit Bangkok in the future as it's a great value for money. Plenty of small restaurants, bars, massage places nearby, only 5 min walk from MTR. The room was clean, big and the wooden furniture certainly added the charm. The staff is professional and very helpful. I asked for a quiet room which I also received upon check-in. I forgot my phone charger and headset in the room and the hotel posted it to my adress in Phetchaburi.

- Natalie (8/5): Good hotel for a short stay - Overall it was good. Easy to check in, although a little annoying I was unable to pay on arrival with my debit card, luckily I had a friend with me at check in so I could pay in cash, as I do not have a credit card. I opted out of breakfast and didn’t order any of the hotel food whilst staying there. The gym/fitness room was small, but fine for my needs whilst travelling. The rooftop area and pool are nice.

The hotel is in a busy and noisy area, next to a popular night market and entertainment area, yet the rooms are always quiet.

It does not deserve the 4-star rating and compares poorly to other chain hotels that have 4 stars. But it is clean, well located and has a friendly staff and its a good deal for the price. Breakfast is adequate The rooms are a bit dated and the whole place seems dark....hallways are not carpeted and have little lighting and low ceilings. Entrance is off the street and I would have missed it the first time if the doorman didn't see me first. I would stay there again, knowing all this....and for the price I guess it's a deal.

When I requested permission to bring my breakfast to my room, I really appreciated them allowing it, and they even provided a tray for me to carry my food. The ambiance of the room was great and the beds were very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

I was however put on the back foot on arrival. the receptionist approached about a charge for an extra bed for my daughter. I challenged this after paying in full in the uk in order to avoid such hassle and she backed off. It did set a tone for Bangkok - locals trying to scam you at every opportunity.
