- David (9/5): Luxurious comfort in West London. - Fabulous interior design... wonderful marble and granite finishes. Loved the bathroom... so opulent. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great base to have for a west London visit.

It kept us awake and the room Cleaning in the corridor started at 8:54am. I was not impressed at all. We don’t pay to come and experience grief like this!!

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bett fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Die wunderschöne Bar im Untergeschoss ist unbenutzbar. Es riecht sehr stark nach Toilette. Wir wollten den Tag in der Stadt dort ausklingen lassen, aber es ging nicht lange ! Schon in der Halle zu den Aufzügen überwiegt der Geruch von Toilette.

- Monica (6/5): - Excellent location near to key London landmarks, great choice of restaurants and cafes around the area. Friendly staff and great room service. Extremely poor breakfast for a five star hotel and absolutely not as described on the website. Closer to a three star offer and very bad value for money for the additional cost we paid. Bedrooms include standard satchets of coffee (poor in comparison to some other five star hotels and resorts) and no biscuits, which is what would be expected in nearly all UK hotels. Although the bedrooms have some interesting details such as silk wallpaper, they look a little tired now and the feeling of opulence is a bit lost, e.g. sofa and coffee table.

She was incredibly attentive, warm, and made the whole experience feel extra special. Her service was truly excellent and made our afternoon even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing afternoon tea in London!

From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The spa treatment was absolutely divine — so relaxing and beautifully done. It was exactly what we needed and left us feeling completely refreshed. Afternoon tea was just as impressive, with excellent service throughout. Bala in particular was so lovely — he asked if we were celebrating anything, and when we mentioned it was a birthday, he kindly offered us a complimentary cake, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the day feel even more special. Everything from start to finish was seamless and memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

Melissa, was excellent from the minute that I enquired about availability, to overseeing my arrival and performing the Massage. I was made to feel comfortable from moment I arrived until leaving. I have scored this 4 stars due to the changing facilities being a little dated and in need of refurbishment. Service and treatment was excellent. Thank you Melissa!!

- FrancesAnne (10/5): Best afternoon tea ever - Given a voucher for my birthday and of the vast number of afternoon teas I have sampled, this was certainly the best ever The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the truly professional staff could not have been better The afternoon tea comprised unlimited pots of English breakfast tea, delicious sandwiches with very generous fillings in the freshest breads imaginable. The scones were not served until we had finished our sandwiches, they were warm and absolutely delicious, served with excellent jam and clotted cream The variety and quality of sweet treats and cakes was second to none Thank you to all the staff at the Bentley for making this a great experience which I highly recommend and will definitely return

The cakes selection was excellent macaroons, carrot cake, eclairs, cheesecake etc.... light, fresh and moist! Sumptuous! Then the scones plain and raisins. Warm and soft. Generous cream and jam. The tea was loose leaf and no charges for seconds! No extra service charge too which is often hidden and annoying. The service was by Bala Vasundhara. She was fabulous . She explained all the items, ensured we were looked after. Very courteous and helpful and smiling. Thanks. We will definitely return!

- Sabine (7/5): Schönes traditionelles gemütliches Hotel, leider mit keinem der Kategorie entsprechenden Frühstück - Zimmer Das Frühstück!!!🤨 hätte vielleicht für ein drei Sterne Hotel gereicht aber war auf keinen Fall fünf Sterne passend !!! Der Tag, besonders im Urlaub beginnt mit einem schönen Frühstück, darauf haben wir ab Tag zwei verzichtet.

- T796VPpaulal (10/5): Gorgeous afternoon tea - Gorgeous afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches and cakes. The only thing I would say is that we were only given one scone each. We did ask for another (as it is normal to have two) and they were brought to us, but the waitress looked most surprised when we asked which made us feel a little uncomfortable, but otherwise it was all great. Polite and friendly service. Lovely hotel.
