We visit Berlin each year for ITB and our earlier visit to this property was good. This is the reason we again booked this hotel but unfortunately Hotel kicked us in last minute and shifted to new hotel, which is little far this is very bad. as we booked this hotel, few our other friend also booked next hotel nearby so we can join each morning/evening for meal and travel to messe together. They are first time traveller. As Hotel kicked us in last minute so we have to split/join each time for meal, business meeting Location and extra cost involved, which is very disappointing. We are also in tourism business in last 30 years and we always offer upgrade and additional benifit if such happen due to poor management of hotel. But we just received mail. That all.

Das Zimmer wurde zweimal vergeben, um Mitternacht wollte jmd aufsperren,der hatte auch den Schlüssel mit der Zimmer Nummer. Also alles ganz schoen chaotisch

• Valeria (9/5): Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Ich habe nach einem möglichst billigen Hotel in Charlottenburg für eine Nacht gesucht und bin froh, dass ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe, trotz der teilweise schlechten Bewertungen. Mir hat es hier sehr gut gefallen! Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und habe gut geschlafen. Die Dusche war super - Wasserdruck top, viel heißes Wasser. Die Heizung war super - individuell einstellbar und hat mich bei Minusgrad draußen mollig warm gehalten. Einchecken spät am Abend - kein Problem. Sauberkeit - einwandfrei. Charmantes Altbau-Haus mit endlos hohen Decken, schöner Eingangstür, schönen Treppen - extra Punkte von mir. Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einfache Unterkunft für kleines Geld, ohne Schnickschnack, aber mit allem was man braucht und im guten Zustand. Meine Empfehlung an die Reisenden und herzlichen Dank ans Hotel-Team! Der einzige Kritikpunkt und daher ein Punktabzug - als jemand mit sensorischen Überempfindlichkeiten wünschte ich mir angenehmeres (sanfteres und wärmeres) Licht auf dem Zimmer. Aber sonst wirklich alles bestens für das Geld!

• Grzegorz (7/5): Bruce Springsteen in Berlin !!! - Podobało mi się obsługa personelu - Pani w recepcji jak i miłe Panie przygotowujące śniadanie. Obiekt potrzebuje remontu - trzeszczące podłogi, niezbyt zachęcające kafelki z lat 80 tych i stare szafy. Śniadanie tak zorganizowane, że musiałem czekać na swoją kolejkę , a miejsca tyle że trzeba się przeciskać między ludźmi , ale było to chyba spowodowane koncertem Brucea Springsteena na Olympiastadion. Ogólnie znośnie jak za 1 noc w Berlinie za około 550 zł w pokoju dla singla.

• ESTELA (8/5): Great location, great breakfast, inn more than a hotel - Location and breakfast were great. There is no lift and you need to walk two floors of stairs with your luggage. The room is very basic, although we had a nice balcony. The “double” bed were two single beds next to each other.

• Fereshteh (7/5): Sehr gute Lage, Das Zimmer groß genug und ok. Alles insgesamt in Ordnung. - die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben S-Bahn Haltestelle. Nach 5 Minuten zu fuß ist man im Fußgänger Bereich mit sehr viele Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und zu essen. Das Zimmer hatte genug Platz für eine Person. Altes Haus mit höhe Dächer. Es gab im Zimmer außer Bett auch ein großes Sofa. Das fand ich ganz gut. Das Bett war in der Mitte des Zimmers, obwohl das Zimmer nicht klein war, trotzdem könnte man sich nicht richtig bewegen. wenn das Bett an der Ecke gewesen wäre, dann wäre die Beweglichkeit im Zimmer sehr viel besser. Es gab Schimmel am Rand, wo die Türen verschoben werden. Kein Mülleimer im Zimmer.

• Jana (2/5): Einmal und nie weider. - Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof in Charlottenburg, daher ist man sehr gut an die Öffis angeschlossen und kommt überall gut hin. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Nichts besonders aber nachdem der Rest des Hotels so unhygienisch war, habe ich das Schlimmste befürchtet. Mein Zimmer war dreckig und abgenutzt. Im Badezimmer und im Bett haben verschiedenste Insekten gekrabbelt. In der Dusche waren Haare auf dem Boden. In allen möglichen Ecken im Zimmer wurde wahrscheinlich seit Jahren nicht geputzt. Das Haus ist laut, überall knartzt es. Die Wände waren so geräuschdurchlässig, dass ich der Person vier Zimmer weiter um halb zwei Nachts lauthals beim telefonieren zuhören konnte. Es war 24h Halligalli und Betrieb und es war bei dem Lärmpegel + den Insekten im Bett nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut unverhältnismäßig und es ist bodenlos wie viel man für eine so schlechte Räumlichkeit bezahlen muss.
• K. (7/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt neben einer S-Bahn Station. Das Zimmer selber war gross, ruhig gelegen und hell und hatte eine einfache aber zweckmaessige Einrichtung. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war basic aber ok, der Gangbereich doch recht schmutzanfaellig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar fuer Anliegen. Auch sehr frueh und auch spaet. Das Fruehstucksbuffet ist sehr ausgiebig, ausgesprochen lecker, und fuer allen Essenspielereien viel dabei: Fleisch, vegetarische und vegane Zutaten. Im Park neben der S-Bahn hatte es einige drogenabhaengige Gestalten. Aber die Stimmung fanden wir immer gut. Es gibt diverse leckere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Naehe.

• ROULA (8/5): - Ήταν πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος κάνοντας εύκολη την μετακίνηση μας προς το κέντρο. Επίσης ειχε πολλή ζέστη μέσα πάρα το κρύο που ειχε εκείνες τις μερες στο Βερολίνο και πάντα ζεστό νερό. Χρειάζεται μια μικρη ανακαίνιση για να ειναι λιγο πιο ευχάριστη η διαμονή.

• Vania (10/5): Budget-friendly and convenient - The accommodation is very well located, right in front of Charlottenburg station in Berlin. The price was very affordable. It’s obviously not a 5-star hotel, but considering the price, it was really good value for money. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and a strong smell of weed in the hallways.

• Vakulenko (5/5): грубый персонал,долгое заселение и нет завтраков и нормальной кухни - большой номер нет завтраков. есть кухня,на которой нельзя ничего готовить и нельзя ничего брать,приходилось выпрашивать место на полке в холодильнике и столовые приборы,быть на кухне можно только когда им это удобно,а после 21:00 она закрывается. Мы заехали в 14:30,но номер еще был не убран и мы ждали еще пока его уберут,но и то в комнате была пыль. В номере не было даже мини холодильника и приборов,был только один стакан,хотя номер для пары!Персонал не приветливый и идет на встречу только тогда,когда просишь связаться с руководством для жалобы. Так же смутило,что от всех дверей в отеле в номера один ключ,т.е к нам в номер мог зайти кто угодно

• Veronique (5/5): Es tobte der Bär - Sehr freundliches Personal, ich habe trotz einer Einzelzimmerbuchung ein Doppelzimmer mit Dusche und Fön erhalten, das auch groß und okay war und in dem ich mich gut aufhalten konnte. Es gab kein Frühstück, das ging nicht eindeutig aus der Beschreibung auf der Booking Homepage hervor, denn unter dem Punkt "eine Frage stellen" wird das Frühstück noch erwähnt. Die Ecke von Charlottenburg war nicht meins. Die Mitschläfer oder Nachbarn haben bis spät in der Nacht die Türen geschlagen und sind wie die Hamster im Rad die ganze Nacht die Flure entlang gelaufen. Das Zimmer zeigte zum Hinterhof.
