The location was excellent to reach everwhere in London. Breakfast was super. The room was brand new. The room was a little small with 2 kids. There is no refrigerator in the room. The converters are payable. You should bring with yourself.

Nel bagno erano disponibili 2 accappatoi con ciabatte. Sorprendente e gradita la disponibilità in camera di un ferro da stiro con asse. Bagno molto vecchio e senza phon. Il phon era in un cassetto in camera e si poteva usare solo in camera. Quasi obbligatorio usare l'ascensore anche se eravamo al primo piano perché le scale erano molto periferiche ad accesso solo con la chiave camera e allo stato grezzo di cemento.

- Ellis (9/5): Perfect! - Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam; niets was hen te veel. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, alles wat we nodig hadden en de bediening verliep heel vlot. Het hotel was dicht bij de metro gelegen en bij een shoppingplein en parkje. Er was wel wat lawaai van werken in de buurt van het hotel, maar uiteindelijk is die hinder maar tijdelijk.

We verbleven in een pas gerenoveerde kamer. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook de kinderen voelden zich hier meer dan welkom. Niets.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns vollends überzeugt. Das Zimmer war eher klein, eng für vier Personen.

- NPQ25 (8/5): Good hub for exploring London - As part of weekend break, stayed at this property pre departure, where we also park the car after learning the convenience to get to St. Pancras. Car park is run by private firm.(Good luck if you get a discount if you stay here, we did not; despite refurbishment was on-going, quite unpleasant sight of basement carpark.) Lift not in service either that time (21March)Hopefully it'll be sorted and more pleasant after the works. Accommodation wise, allocated an accessible room, refurbished which was adequately spacious. Tea/coffee facilities, just a kettle not much stocks (e.g: biscuits,tea options,biscuits). Somehow lacking for the price of a night. No lamp on desk, unlike in many hotels you can carry on working while other lights are off. Bed/pillows are comfy, room was clean. En-suite quite spacious, could do of some more hanging rail/hook for towels. Not fond of towels though, looks & feel dirty,(ok to wipe mirror & surfaces) glad we always carry our own towel. Good airconditioning. Outside noise can be heard clearly. (I like the idea of other IHG, particularly Voco Reading where accessible room has a well planned room more floor space with two beds, sliding door wash room and lower lights control and lower wardrobe hanging rails.) Staff are helpful and welcoming, but you need patience particularly new staff at reception. Shops, nearby and this hotel is close to train/tube stations, museums and other attractions London can offer.

- Ola (10/5): Perfekt hotell och läge för en långweekend i London. - Frukosten var superb och läget utmärkt. 100m till tunnelbanestationen Russel square, på Picadilly Line, samt gångavstånd till British Museum och Oxford Street var toppen. Hittade både bra affärer och restauranger i området också. Rent och fint och det man behövde på rummet. Hade en liten uteplats framför hotellet som vi nyttjade för en medhavd drink när det var soligt och skönt.

Its top notch. 50 inch tv in bedroom, lovely furnishings. The shower is soo nice and has two settings. It has a Nepresso machine. (im impressed and i dont even drink coffee. The on site restaurant service good food. The customer service is really good. Stayed here to go King's Cross for Eurostar. A bit pricey for 1 night but worth it

- Nickynoodle1278 (8/5): Made to feel welcome - The hotel is in a good location, about five minutes walk from Euston station with some nice independent shops and restaurants right next to the hotel as well as a good sized Waitrose. On arrival I was warmly welcomed and thought my stay staff were pleasant and attentive. My bedroom had a large comfortable bed, although the lighting is a bid subdued for my taste. There was a walk in shower in the bathroom but no towel rail and the bathroom remained cold during my stay especially stepping onto the tiled floor in bare feet. I hope to stay again.

- Southcoasters (10/5): Good hotel, good location and great staff! - Our second time at this very well located hotel - just a few mins by taxi from St Pancras. The tube is about 150m away - busses 200m. Plenty of restaurants/bars in the locality as well as a Waitrose if you just want to bury your head and eat chocolate!! Undergoing a refurb, but that was not a problem during our 4 night stay over the feb/march w/e. Our room was recently renovated, well equipped - everything worked - maybe the windows can be a bit tricky - but hey, small beer! The bed was very comfortable - full marks! The breakfast area is new - well laid out with an extensive choice of options. Best of all, the staff - they went out of their way to help - I can be a bit fussy about room location, floor, view etc ect!!!! Their general attitude was very friendly - a great team! Thank you - we'll be back!

- Michael (10/5): Great has become Greater! - This is my go to hotel in London and it has risen even higher in my estimation. The room was excellent and the location could not be better. The breakfast, which was always excellent has become the gold standard in choice, service and quality. NOTHING is too much trouble. I would still like residents to be able to get a 'nightcap' before bed, i.e after 11pm.

- sa1gon (10/5): Excellent room - ready on time - It had been a couple of months since we stayed here and last time was disappointing, so we were hoping for a good stay. We always have a King Corner Premium Room, which costs a bit more than the regular rooms, but it fits the wheelchair in nicely. We arrived and the room was ready, it was lovely and warm in there. The room was excellent the one on the 5th floor always seems the best room but my husband thinks they are all the same, just on different floors. The room is very modern with plenty of USB charging points and other plug sockets. The bathroom is always very cold, but the main bedroom can have the temperature varied as to how you like it. I like it warm. This was a lovely stay and we look forward to returning.
- guidinglight (2/5): Do not stay here - We have been staying at this hotel regularly for the last 15 years because it was one of the only hotels in London to offer a hoist for disabled guests. They originally had a ceiling tracking hoist before it was replaced (no reason given) a few years ago with a portable hoist. On our January booking this year, we received a telephone call 3 days before our stay to advise us that the hotel had decided to get rid of the portable hoist. This meant that we were unable to stay at the hotel as my wife has no movement at all and requires a hoist to get her in and out of bed. With trains, theatres and social events booked we lost everything. I followed up by writing an email to the manager to explain our disappointment and displeasure at a hotel removing the option for disabled guests to stay with them anymore. We had been loyal IHG Elite members but not to receive any response or reply from the manager or IHG group is beyond arrogance and incredibly upsetting. There is absolutely no reason why they should have removed the hoist, it is a hotel’s responsibility to provide access to guests of all abilities and with the hoist here it enabled us to have several weekends away in London every year. This hotel and the IHG group should be ashamed of themselves and the manager clearly needs training in how to communicate with hotel guests. We will never be able to stay here again and I’m sure other disabled guests like ourselves will be equally as disappointed.

- helenwW9849ZF (10/5): Great birthday weekend with friends - Had the most amazing experience at this hotel for a friends weekend away celebrating joint 50th Birthdays. On arrival we found our room had been upgraded and in the room was a beautiful cake and personalised message. We had a Premium Room (6th floor) which included a Smeg fridge with snacks/cans of coke, fresh water daily, a nespresso machine and kettle. The blackout curtains were the best in any hotel I've stayed in. What sets this place apart is the staff, every single staff member we encountered without exception were friendly, beyond helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Special shout out to Sheila on Reception who checked us in and out and Mohammed at breakfast who were both so friendly and helpful. Also the guys working the bar on Sunday evening (22nd Feb) whose names I forget, when I arrived back from a Bake off Experience with a large cake to cut up so I could bring it back on my flight they cut it up for me, wrapped in clingfilm and boxed it up - and the good news it made it home in one piece! Also location perfect - 10 minute walk from St Pancras or straight opposite Russell Square tube on the Piccadilly Line straight through to Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Regent Street.
