Obergeschoss ist der Hammer - schöne Blicke über Berlin Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, es wird immer wieder nachgelegt. Personal ist immer freundlich. Das Licht im Bad leuchtet durch die Glaswand ins Zimmer, dadurch wird der Partner möglicherweise wach. Die Aussenfenster im Zimmer könnten mal geputzt werden, schaut halt nicht schön aus beim Blick nach draußen.

Undefinierbare Flecken (Blut, Wein oder ähnliches...und auch Streifen von Flüssigkeit). Die Fenster katastrophal dreckig. Im Bad zum Händewaschen keine Seife, nur Shampoo. Beim Kaffee auf dem Zimmer nur entkoffeiniertes. Handtuchwechsel nur auf Nachfrage, sonst entfällt dieser. darauf wurden wir allerdings beim Einchecken auch hingewiesen.

- Claudia (8/5): 3 x ÜF + Cocktailbar - Sehr freundliches Personal. S-Bahn und Tram ggü. vom Hotel. Einfache Anreise, Tiefgarage. Alles wie beschrieben. Unsere beiden Zimmer waren nebeneinander, das war praktisch. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Check-in und -out waren online möglic, das spart Zeit an der Rezeption. HIGHLIGHT ist die Rooftop-Bar, die Cocktails waren super. Wir waren an 2 Abenden dort. Der Barmann gibt gute Empfehlungen. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht besonders gut, so dass der Preis dafür sehr hoch ist. Das Hotel war wohl voll, weshalb der Frühstücksraum auch sehr voll war. Das freundliche Personal kam mit dem Nachlegen kaum nach. Die Kissen sind nicht gut, die Vorhänge verdunkeln die Zimmer nicht gut. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es zu laut. Es gibt offenbar Zimmer/Fenster zum Innenhof, bestimmt ist es dort besser.

- Gerhard (1/5): - Trotz mehrmaligem Hinweis wurde keine Zwischenreinigung vorgenommen. Wir hatten 2Buchungen für insgesamt 4 Tage. Beim Einchecken haben wir darauf hingewiesen Trotzdem mussten wir nach einem Tag für jedes der zwei Zimmer die Schlüssel neu freischalten lassen. Dafür war ein Anstehen an der Rezeption sowohl für uns, wie auch für unsere Begleitung notwendig.

- Maurice (4/5): Nicht nochmal - Die Lage ist super, direkt an der S-Bahnstation. Das Personal war freundlich, auch wenn das Hotel alles versucht, um Check-In und Check-Out so unpersönlich wie möglich zu halten. Durch den Online-Check-In bzw. Check-Out wird aber auch erheblich Zeit gespart. Durch die direkte Nähe zur S-Bahn ist das Hotel nichts für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf. Man hört die gesamte Nacht durchgängig die Züge fahren. Die Sauberkeit war nicht auf dem Niveau eines 4-Sternehotels. Es gab Flecken an den Wänden, auf den Textilien sowie stark verkalkte Armaturen. Auf dem Flur des 6. Stocks hat es erheblich nach Kloake gestunken, ein unfassbar unangenehmer Geruch. Zudem gab es eine Begegnung mit Ungeziefer...eher unschön. Das WLAN hatte leider häufige Aussetzer und ist zudem ein vollkommen offenes WLAN gewesen. Die Dichtung der Duschtür war im unteren Bereich nicht abschließend, weshalb man bei fehlender Vorsicht das ganze Badezimmer hätte fluten können (was scheinbar auch bereits vorgekommen ist, siehe aufgequollener Türrahmen).

- Sänger (7/5): Hotel für eine Nacht - Wir haben das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Lage (sehr nah am Velodrom) gebucht. Das Hotel ist schön, die Zimmer modern und sauber. Es gibt ein (kostenpflichtiges) Parkhaus, welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das Frühstück war gut, für den Preis aber nicht außergewöhnliche. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr voll, was bei der Größe des Hotels nicht verwundert. Heißgetränke gibt es als Selbstbedienung an zwei Automaten. Das klappte nicht sehr gut. Man musste anstehen und dann war oft etwas leer. Sonderbestellungen, die extra angeboten wurden, dauerten sehr lange. Die Mitarbeiter schienen hier überfordert.

La chambre qui n'est pas refaite entre les nuits (malgré ma demande), les tasses pour le thé ou le café dans la chambre qui ne sont pas changées après 3 jours !! Pas de Wifi dans la chambre (trop de devices connectés au réseau), en 2026, ne pas avoir de wifi dans un hotel de ce prix n'est pas acceptable.
- Jas (8/5): Es war sehr angenehm, tolle Lage zur Konzertlocation, gerne wieder! - Wir waren bei einem Konzert und das Hotel lag nur 5 Gehminuten vom Veranstaltungsort entfernt, das war super! Die Parkgebühren fand ich mit 25€ die Nacht schon sehr hoch!

- Mike (7/5): - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, nettes Personal in Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück ist teurer geworden, aber das Angebot hat sich reduziert. Sauberkeit auf den Fluren könnte besser sein.

- Laureen (8/5): - Freundliches Personal. Da das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, haben wir auf Nachfrage ein Zimmer zum Hof bekommen. Zwar kein schöner Ausblick aber ruhig. Frühstück hatten wir nicht.
