- Sandra Adk. (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, aber Sauberkeit und Frühstück enttäuschen - Die Lage des Hotels war für mich definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Vom Flughafen aus konnte ich das Hotel ganz unkompliziert innerhalb von ungefähr einer Stunde erreichen, da die MRT-Station quasi direkt um die Ecke liegt. Das war wirklich sehr angenehm und überhaupt kein Aufwand. Auch das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich – man wurde immer nett begrüßt und willkommen geheißen. Das Zimmer selbst war schön groß, was ich ebenfalls sehr geschätzt habe. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Badewanne sowie der beheizbare Toilettensitz beziehungsweise die beheizte Klobrille. Das war für mich eine völlig neue, aber wirklich angenehme Erfahrung. Außerdem war das Bett extrem bequem und auch die Kissen waren hervorragend. Es waren ausreichend Kissen vorhanden, sodass man wirklich komfortabel schlafen konnte. Positiv fand ich außerdem, dass nicht unnötig viele Einwegartikel bereitgestellt wurden. Dinge wie Einwegrasierer oder Einwegzahnbürsten müssen meiner Meinung nach nicht zwingend täglich neu angeboten werden, daher finde ich den umweltbewussteren Ansatz grundsätzlich gut. Weniger überzeugt hat mich leider das Frühstück. Ich war nur ein einziges Mal dort und habe schnell festgestellt, dass es einfach nichts für mich war. Gerade als westliche Touristin haben mir einige Basics gefehlt. Insgesamt wirkte das Frühstück eher trist und wenig einladend. Die Säfte waren zudem extrem süß und wirkten definitiv nicht frisch – dieses überzuckerte Zeug braucht es meiner Meinung nach wirklich nicht. Auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war leider enttäuschend. Insgesamt machte das Hotel einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck, was mich persönlich gar nicht so sehr gestört hätte, wenn es wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre. Allerdings war es wirklich sehr staubig. Hinter dem Bett lag beispielsweise noch eine Fernbedienung, obwohl bereits eine im Zimmer vorhanden war – da fragt man sich schon, ob eventuell jemand vor mir dafür eine Gebühr zahlen musste. Das Waschbecken wurde offensichtlich nicht gründlich gereinigt, unter dem Bett wurde wohl schon länger nicht mehr gesaugt und generell war sehr viel Staub vorhanden. Ein absolutes No-Go war für mich außerdem, dass keinerlei Seife zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Es gab zwar Shampoo und Duschgel in fest installierten Spendern im Duschbereich, jedoch weder einen Seifenspender noch ein Stück Seife am Waschbecken. Das führte tatsächlich dazu, dass eine meiner ersten Aktionen war, mir selbst ein Stück Seife zu kaufen. Wie gesagt: Ich finde es aus Umweltgründen absolut sinnvoll, nicht unnötig viele Einwegartikel bereitzustellen. Aber Seife gehört für mich einfach zur absoluten Grundausstattung eines Hotelzimmers. Gerade heutzutage sollte Hygiene selbstverständlich sein und dazu gehört eben auch gründliches Händewaschen mit Seife. Dass hier an so etwas Grundlegendem gespart wird, hinterlässt einfach ein unangenehmes Gefühl. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt war die Lautstärke im Zimmer.

- Khristy Belle (10/5): Value for money! - Room is spacious and clean. And the toilet too. Water pressure is strong. Staff is accommodating. Location is superb! It’s at the center of everything. There are bus stops and mrt nearby. We’re at the 7th floor and I cant hear any noise from the outside. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast is just right. Few selections but complete - salad, breads, soup, meat, vegetables.

- Asa131 (8/5): - 價格： CP值高，以假日一晚2549來說，有下列優點。 服務： 櫃檯人員服務態度很好，100分。 房間：(含浴室約8坪) 1.與照片一樣，床軟硬適中，但對於習慣睡軟床墊的人來說，可能偏硬，枕頭很好躺，棉被很大件也很保暖。 2.冷氣可以調溫度，不是中央空調，很棒，沒有煙味、潮濕味。 3.衣櫥內有附2件浴衣、熨斗、熨燙板、保險箱、拖鞋。 4.冰箱冷藏效果佳，有附2瓶水跟茶包。 5.電視可以旋轉，可以面對客廳，也可以面對床，有Netflix 跟YouTube 可以看。 浴室： 是免治馬桶，有浴缸，水壓很強，沖澡很舒服，大約3秒就有熱水了，沐浴乳跟洗髮精都是味道很舒服的花香味。 早餐： 簡單的中西式早餐，有4道熱菜、清粥小菜、生菜沙拉、炸物、土司、小餐包、咖啡、豆漿等，很美味。 桌面都有一層灰，浴缸也都黃黃的水漬污垢，本來要泡澡，看到黃黃的污垢就打消念頭了，打掃真的要加油！ 床頭櫃沒有插頭，好可惜，希望有機會可以增設。

- Miriam (9/5): - Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte dank eines gratis Upgrades sogar einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Stadt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Busse fahren direkt vor der Tür und die nächste MRT Station ist nur wenige Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

- ❤Cathy Yeh❤ (9/5): 雖然很多美中不足， 9但還是覺得這次入住是很棒的👍 - 櫃檯長髮妹妹的服務，令我最喜歡。 24入住當天聊到我是來過生日 （隔天25號生日） 後來沒多久去買了小蛋糕跟酒精飲品來💙 真的是大大的驚喜感～謝謝妳親愛的服務☺️ 其實一開始評分差點給了差評， 是櫃檯妹妹整體拉了上去。 1.一開始入住13樓一直聽到嗡嗡嗡像抽水馬達的聲音，後來有反應，到晚上逛完夜市回來聲音還是持續著，後來才換到4樓的房型，雖然小了很多，但確實安靜了不少。 2.13樓房型 1303，浴室裡明顯有上一房客留下來的清潔垃圾未清理掉，浴缸一摸明顯灰塵很多。（如圖） 3.網路訂房，明明寫著房型加購早餐$200（照片有寫）結果現場問想加購卻要$250？ 給了網路照片的價錢才改口$200，明顯隨便喊價？

- Lily (8/5): 商務飯店的好選擇 - 距離中山國小站只要五分鐘，離雙連站也不遠。房間空間大，床鋪舒服，乾淨。應該是住過的商務飯店中的第一名。可惜早餐沒有牛奶類，但有熱豆漿。 設備有些過於老舊，需要更換淘汰，例如浴缸止水閥無法彈起。空調馬達聲響過大

- Myrna van Korlaar (10/5): Best bed ever!!! - The bed was amazing. I even thing that the bed was about 3 meters wide. We have had an amazing room with a great shower and bath. The Room was clean and we had a cool view from the window. Moreover, the location was great. In a 2 minute walk you are at the metro and the busstation which takes you directly to the airport called Taoyuan. The breakfast. There weren't that much options.

- Lily (8/5): 很舒適的商務飯店 - 距離中山國小站約五分鐘，距離雙連大約10分鐘，交通便利。 房間真的跟圖片一樣有一個小客廳，電視還可以轉到床這一面。 有很大的浴缸，超舒服，可惜止水閥壞掉無法彈起，需要手動把它拉開。 房間很大，應該是這個等級住過的飯店裡面最大的。 一定會再入住。 有些設備比較老舊，還是得更換，否則影響住宿的觀感不佳就很可惜

- Min Chen (9/5): - 飯店櫃檯專業且親切。這次遇到退刷小狀況，櫃檯人員二話不說積極協助，還特地跑臨櫃匯款幫我處理。服務效率和態度都是一流水準，下次來還會想入住！

- NAOE (8/5): とても良かった - 部屋が広くて清潔。窓が大きい。バスタブも広くて清潔でとても良かった。 空調の音？なのか、入室してからずっと音がしてたのが気になった。疲れてたので問題なく眠れたが、人によっては難しいかも…。
- TZUCHING (8/5): - 早餐很好吃，每天有變化。飯店人員會打招呼，飲水提供充足。一樓有磅秤可以秤行李。房間很大，舒適，水壓充足。 好像有一點床蝨，穿短袖睡覺被叮了9-10處，應該可以再做改善。
