- Mechteld (1/5): Slecht onhygienisch hotel. - Slecht hotel. Zeker geen 4 sterren! Onhygiënisch met kakkerlakken in de kamer, vloerbedekking vol met vlekken, afgebladderd verf overal. Onvriendelijk personeel bij de balie, je moet lang wachten voordat je geholpen wordt. Ze kunnen niet geen taxi voor je regelen, laat staan iets kleins voor mijn zoon die jarig was. Ontbijt in restaurant is niet lekker. Slecht hotel en dus veel te duur en geen 4 sterren. Midden in de Indische buurt met veel Indische gasten.

The staff and the receiption mangers were rude and arrogant. I had to change the room because of the electricity failure and despite various phone calls they did not come to talk to us. They did not change the room easily. After a long wait they asked me to chose the smaller rooms which I did not want to. The biggest let down is their restaurant and the choice of food. The whole staff was really not helpful. They were super arrogant. The main let down was also the language barrier. Not a single person was understandign english and guest requirements and requests. I strongly DO NOT recomment anyone to chose this hotel. The surrounding was also the worst.

Het personeel is vriendelijk maar heb niet de indruk dat je goed begrepen wordt als je een probleem voorlegt. De bedden vielen tegen, deze zijn heel hard en slapen niet fijn. De afvoer in de badkamer was een drama, deze was vanaf dag 1 verstopt en dit is meerdere malen doorgegeven, uiteindelijk kregen wij een andere kamer waarna na een nacht het zelfde probleem zich weer voordeed....

- Patrick (8/5): Good value - Nice spacious rooms but the shower wasn’t great. We had adjoining rooms which made it very handy when travelling in a larger group. There wasn’t much at breakfast for us but we are quite fussy eater so that just comes down to preference. I would be happy to stay here again, it is in a good location.

- 303pollys (2/5): NOT FOR WOMEN! - Not safe for women. I’ve been to Thailand before. No issues. This time round, no issues, until I get to this hotel. I’d stayed at several hotels before getting to this one and felt completely safe. Nearly every male guest here is unfortunately perverted. Sunbathing at the pool is impossible as all the vile men gather to watch you. I refused to take my cover off as the kept walking around me and my sister to get a better view. We decided to move these loungers out of the vile men’s view so we could finally enjoy the sun, but they then followed us to continue watching us, so we decided to get up and leave. They don’t care how uncomfortable you are. Ladies do not waste your money here as you won’t get your moneys worth as you won’t be able to enjoy the pool safely. Also, construction going on in or around the hotel, I’m not sure, but all I know is that every night and morning, there is loud drilling. So a good sleep isn’t guaranteed, especially with these rock hard beds. The air con makes a loud rackety noise every half an hour. All in all, just don’t stay here.

Das nette Personal und nicht zu vergessen, die Dame, die vom Hotel aus Ausflüge und Fahrer vermittelt. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Fahrer mit SUV für 20 Euro günstiger als sämtliche Angebote im Internet für Bang Pa In und Ayuttaya. Und wer thailändisches Frühstück mit Hühnchen, Fisch, Reis, Kartoffeln etc. mag, ist auch gut dran. Eier in allen Variationen und Marmelade usw. gibt es natürlich auch im schönen, großen Saal. Und die Kellner räumen ganz flott leere Teller ab. Die Lage mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig, und gleich bei der Hochbahn ist auch perfekt

- Imran (4/5): Well , thanks but not going there again and not recommending anyone there .. - Only the location was good and almost nearby lot of relevant locations The staff were not friendly and the security guy at gate of the lobby yelled at my 4 year old son as he was running around .. this is not acceptable anywhere in the world in any society . No room service at all : if you ask for anything they just ask for money .. I asked for a plate and they said very rudely that I have to to pay 100 Baht for that .. overall no room service .. Now comes the biggest breakfast : actually this is the worst buffet as per my opinion only edible item is egg , bread and some croissants.. and always buffet trays are empty and they are least bothered to refill ..

- jcl974 (2/5): Bad customer service - Dreadful and unfriendly service from duty manager at reception and worst dining experience as the staff did not know how to make sunny side up fried eggs and the breakfast supervisor pulled faces and was really unpleasant when asked for a coffee with milk but brought begrudgingly black coffee. The rooms and facilities are good just the service I'd bad and even though I asked to speak to the General Manager to give my feedback I was told he was not available but that he would contact me and nothing thus far which further confirms they are not in customer service and this is unprofessional and disappointing. This morning I asked twice for a coffee and after 2 people and 30 minutes I left for work without any. I wish I had not booked a room with breakfast! I would have saved a lot of hassle and money!

- Kumawat (10/5): I liked the room, balcony was opening towards poolside. - I like the breakfast option of Indian and International. Breakfast options could have been improved for Indian veg. There was only bathtub in the bathroom. Separate shower would be better.
- Hervé (8/5): Bon séjour dans son ensemble - Emplacement très central. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambres confortables. Choix limité pour le petit déjeuner. Climatisation forte. Travaux de rénovation en cours donc du bruit. Petite piscine et peu de transats autour.

- jayia (8/5): Would definitely recommend as a comfortable option if want to stay in the Nana area. - Travelling with children this hotel felt safe and secure, clean and big rooms. Good pool area. Close proximity to shops and BTS Buffet breakfast food options need improvement. Seems it mainly catered for a certain nationality. Disappointed no Thai food options or even having bacon to have with my omlette would have been a great addition.
