• Sylvia (4/5): Questionable to the current booking.com rating - The parking Everything. The staff at the reception were not attentive, just friendly enough to do their job. We were a family wit kids and got a completely worn down room. The bathroom utilities were broken, the bedsheet was torn and damaged wall. After talking to the receptionist my comment was ignored, not reactions to it at all.

• Tanya (10/5): Excellent room, service and value for money. - The staff were fantastic, I was so impressed by how attentive and customer focused they were. I booked this last minute as I needed a central hotel stay before heading home to London. As someone who travels frequently, I’m very rarely impressed by hotels but this one delivered value for money. The room was great. The service was great. I’ll definitely stay there again.

O café da manhã também é bem servido e a moça que cuida do serviço é uma simpatia! A localização é ótima, perto de metrô e do Mercado Centrale. Indico demais esse hotel, que nos encantou em todos os detalhes. Quando voltar à Milão, certamente me hospedarei nele novamente. Gostamos de tudo!

Comoda la posizione per chi deve prendere un treno, vista la vicinanza alla stazione. La rigidità del materasso. Dallo scarico della doccia usciva un po' di cattivo odore. La colazione è ok ma potrebbe essere meglio, ad esempio aggiungere uno yogurt intero naturale e un caffè fatto con una macchina del caffè non automatica.

• PAULO (9/5): Adoramos o hotel, por estar proximo a estacao de trem, os funcionários e instalações novas. - Muito próximo a estacao de trem (5min a pé), a gentileza de todos os funcionários, cafe da manhã muito bom e instalações novas e quarto amplo. Um pouco longe doa pontos turísticos, porém tem uma estacao de metrô ao lado.
• Jean Kenneth (9/5): Great location, great value - The location was great, just a very short walk from Milano Centrale. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel bar had a happy hour and was a nice place to unwind in the evening. The staff are great as well. Special mention to Ally at the reception, who handled any concerns we had well. The air conditioning wasn’t working at first in our room, but was immediately resolved by the staff after a quick call to the front desk.

• Charlotte (10/5): Perfect Stay in Milan - Great location. It was so easy to get to the metro and only a couple of stops from the Milan Duomo. The hotel staff were the friendliest people ever, always helpful and very welcoming. The hotel did a happy hour with a cocktail and aperitif for €8 which was a lovely addition to sit in the bar after a long day exploring the city. The breakfast choice was brilliant too. Nothing - it was great!

• Dariia (8/5): - Все було чудово. Гарний готель, дуже близько до вокзалу та метро. Поруч є де повечеряти. Зручне ліжко. Також співробітники були дуже корисні та у всьму допомогали. Одним мінусом був слабкий фен, який зламався в перший же день, але одразу дали на заміну звичайний.

O hotel disponibilizou um espaço para guardar as malas no período que estivemos fora de Milão, o que foi essencial para nossa escolha do hotel. Também há vaga de carro temporária na frente do hotel para descarregar as malas. Com certeza voltaremos.

Το πρωινό, το θορυβώδες air condition στο δωμάτιο, δεν το χρησιμοποίησαμε σχεδόν καθόλου γιατί δεν μπορουσαμε να κοιμηθούμε, ο διάδρομος μπροστά απο τα ασανσέρ στον όροφο ήταν εξαιρετικά ζεστός.

On booking site all rooms mentioned with air-conditioning which is miss leading to guests. Staff is acknowledging this mess and offered complementary breakfast to avoid negative reviews.

• Jürg (10/5): Beste Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Mailand. - Wir sind sehr freundlich von ALLY / LILLY empfangen worden. Uns wurde, ohne direkte Anfrage, ein Upgrade offeriert. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut und vom Preis her vertretbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist nur 100m von der Metro und 200m vom Bahnhof Central entfernt. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Es war alles perfekt.

Mulțumiri în special lui Daniel. Dușul a fost stricat era foarte greu de reglat pentru o temperatură bună. Temperatura în cameră foarte ridicată iar aerul condiționat nu funcționa. Fără plase de țânțari la geamuri. A fost greu de dormit în prima noapte până ne-am cumpărat un spray de insecte.
