Situé en face du tram qui traverse le centre ville directement. une zone commerciale est très proche et agréable, proche de l'autoroute (évitant les problèmes de circulation du centre ville). places pour se garer proche et gratuit bien que mal aménagé. Bonne wifi, bon petit déjeuner. Les lieux où se garer se situe dans des rues passantes et mal aménagés, bien que gratuit. l'insonorisation de la chambre est faible, surtout avec une rue passante. Les toilettes utilisent un vieux système de chasse d'eau qui n'est pas commode à utiliser.

- Alan (3/5): We loved the city so we didn’t want to spend any more time in hotel. That speaks enough about guess. - Staff at hotel were super nice. Maybe the only thing that was worthed. Location was also ok. 1st room was very old, there was a problem with hot water constantly and also water pressure was terrible, couldn’t wash off myself. Second night we heard some buzzing noise, that was very loud and we couldn’t sleep. Hotel staff have replaced our room with another one that was new, with hot water and good pressure, but with a lot of noise from outside and also from another rooms on the floor. Other thing that was terrible was breakfast, there was not enough of anything, bread, food, place to eat….just vary bad experience with breakfast.

Y'avait un petit souci avec la douche et la cuvette du wc qui n'étaient pas en bon état technique. Mais c'était propre et bien agencé. Agréable pour se reposer. Le personnel de la cafète, de la salle du petit-déjeuner, la dame très désagréable faisant aux clients les remarques devant d'autres clients. Je me suis fait agressée. Manque de culture et de savoir-vivre. La dame de l'accueil ne souriait pas et ne disait pas bonjour. Pour un accueil d'un hôtel une note 0. A préciser, le parking se trouve dans la rue devant l'hôtel.

Either remove the "parking available" statement from your website, or if you keep it, you should implement a parking system that considers your customers' needs.

- Patricia (8/5): Un hotel agradable - El trato de la gente del hotel muy bueno, la limpieza perfecta, la habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda, el desayuno normal no es un gran buffet pero perfecto, cerca del hotel hay un centro comercial con un gran supermercado que abre incluso el domingo, también hay un Carrefour y varios restaurantes. la zona es muy agradable. que el metro no lo tienes muy cerca, es un buen paseo hasta la estación, no sé los recorridos de los trnavías o autobuses, el metro es un paseo de al menos 20 minutos.

- KOICHI (6/5): シックな可愛いホテル - ホテルスタッフが24時間在中してくれるので早朝の出発でも待つことなく対応してくれました。 スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで親切でなんでも教えてくれました。テイクアウトのフードを買ってきた時にフォークを貸してくれました。 朝食ビュッフェは色々選べてコーヒーはその場で入れてくれるのが大変美味しかったです！ 歩いて7分くらいのところに大きなスーパーマーケットがあって便利です。 ミラノ市内まではトラムで30分くらいかかります。 その分お値段は休めだと思います。 ホテルの周りは少し寂しげなイメージでした笑 エアコンは自分で調整できず暖房が暑かったので窓を開けていました笑 床暖房まで着いていたのは良かったですがこれも調節できずスーツケースの中が暖かくなりチョコレートが溶けるかと思ってテーブルに避難しました笑 古い建物なのでエレベーターがないのが少し残念だったのとフロントドアと地面にスペースがあり夜は廊下の光が中に入ってきました。

Schmale Treppe, mit großem Koffer schwierig, kein Lift. Frühstück, ja frisch, aber sehr arm und monoton. Verbindung zur Innenstadt mit Strassenbahn und das ist ein 30 minutiges Erlebnis.
