Guest Reviews
- MISAKI (6/5): - 空港リムジンバス乗り場のすぐ近く。早朝出発だったので便利でした♪ 一泊しかしていないので特に無し。
- RICCARDO GLORIOSO (8/5): - Tutto molto bene 👍 ottima posizione, Staff molto cordiale 😊 Nulla da segnalare✔️
- Diane (9/5): Excellent for stopovers on way to airport. - 100m from Malpensa Shuttles. We had lots of luggage and it was so close to hotel that we could make a couple of trips within a few minutes to get luggage to bus. Also just as close to the central station. Lift to rooms a bonus. Lovely and clean
- SHIBUYA (9/5): - フロントスタッフがとても温かく、良き古きヨーロピアンホテルでした。共有で電子レンジが使えると有難かったです。ミラノ中央駅、スーパーマーケット等に近くとても便利でした。感謝です!
- Daniele (7/5): - Vicinanza alla stazione
- Cristhian David (7/5): -
- Michael (8/5): Not such a good experience this time - Ideally placed for a stopover on the way to UK from Italy. It's very quiet and conveniently located for Milano Centrale. A number of food offers in the station. Opted for the Milano Central Market - an extremely large restaurant with many food outlets. Not such a good experience as our journey outward )e UK. Couldn't take the option of breakfast due to very early start. The room only had one bedside table, only one large towel. Most hotels allow for 2 pillows per person, so just 3 in total was a bit mean. I rarely use mini-bars, but the bottle of beer was already missing.
Somehow, I felt that this room would have suited 1 person, not 2.
Despite these minor issues, we had a very quiet night and were ready to go at 6am.
- Michael (9/5): Perfect for Milano Centrale - Everything- quiet, comfortable, clean, well maintained. Very close to Milano Centrale for those late arrivals/early departures. We discovered on arrival that breakfast was available, which was a bonus. Although the station has many eating outlets it is busy and expensive.
Looking forward to our stopover on the way back to the UK. A kettle etc would have been very welcome, but we didn't expect to find one. But there is a minibar.
- Graham (7/5): -
- Ming (8/5): - Good , close to train station and buses to go to airport
- Brenda (6/5): - Room was large. A bit pricey for a basic commuter hotel but was close to the train station and had everything we needed.
- sabine (8/5): -
- David (10/5): - Everything is very positive. Clean. Good service. Good breakfast. Easy walkable to the train station, metro. There is a bus stop of buses going to Malpensa Airport (10 euro/person).
The only negative is - it is a train station area. But, we did not have any problem. It seems it is safe there.
- Danijel (6/5): Older hotel, but it was ok for one night. -
- Amy (9/5): Superb - We have stayed here before and like that the location is perfect for our travels, especially if on a bicycle and or the train.
- Ming (8/5): - good
- Alfredo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mukhammadrakhimkhon (7/5): Good -
- Madalin (8/5): Very good -
- Stelle (10/5): Great location with comfortable room and 24h staff in front door. - The location is very good, they have a 24h front desk open, the staff were very nice, the room was clean and had a good size, and the shower had a lot of water pressure. The shower was a bit small.
- Ruther (2/5): Quite old to the point that it feels scary to stay - Location, near Milan Central Train Station Very very old hotel
- E (8/5): One night in Milan - Needed accommodation near the main railway station at a sensible price owing to planned timings in the city. This hotel is very convenient from that perspective.
- Camila (9/5): Convenient - Comfy bed, clean, close to Milano Centrale and you just need to cross the street to take the airport bus - it was perfect for us and our 4 bags =D Nothing
- Katherine (9/5): Superb - The hotel is a good bourgeois hotel with a big bed in a decent sized room. The staff were delightful. If you need to be near the central station it is a great location. It is 45 minutes walk to the Duomo central area or a €25 taxi ride. The hotel is quiet despite being on a busy road.
- Ken (9/5): Great location, great price - Nice classic style hotel with reasonable price. I especially liked the old radio system with speaker in the shower room. It was a nice experience. Nothing much.
- Juan (8/5): Very good -
- Gavan (6/5): Pleasant - Very near the train station so you can avoid a seriously expensive taxi ride to a more 'suitable' hotel. However, for the money, this is a great deal for a hotel room in Milan.
- Augustine (6/5): Pleasant -
- Peter (6/5): Solid comfort. A bit old fashioned. Great location for train - impossible to get wifi with iPhone. It has been like this for over 12 months. Needs fixing
- Abderrakhman (7/5): Good - Nice location
- Julianne (9/5): Superb - Handy to Milano Centrale station
- Neeser (7/5): Good - Cool building on the inside In an area of city full of graffiti and people using drugs on the street
- Susan (8/5): All the staff were lovely and the location perfect for the train station. - A three minute walk from Central Station Needs a bit of TLC
- Nikola (7/5): Good -
- Murat (8/5): Very good -
- Vita (7/5): Good -

- Leyla (6/5): Pleasant -
- Louise (7/5): Good - Comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Hotel may be considered dated, full of original features.
Great location to central train station.
- Jolanta (8/5): Super! - A convenient hotel if you are traveling in Italy - next to the train station, direct buses to Malpesa airport. Very good hotel for one night stopover. Responsive staff! Thank you!
- Richard (10/5): Good location for access to public transport. Traditional style hotel - Good location close to central train station, metro and tourist bus route
- Glynis (8/5): Perfect for overnight stopover - Perfect location for train station and for getting around the city. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.
- Kirstyn (7/5): Convenient location but a bit expensive for what you get. - Location was good as we arrived on train and were catching another one in the morning. A few good food options around as well. It was very basic and a bit expensive for what you got. You’re really just paying for the location. Shower was extra small too and we are not big people. Pillows were like hard pancakes too (but we slept since we had been travelling for 30 hours!)
- Charles (8/5): Very good -
- Riina (10/5): Exceptional - Wery good location, near the Centrale and few steps to airport shuttle busses. We had room with balcony. Helpful staff, great breakfast. Nothing to complain
- Sanije (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, Very driendly staff! Internet connection!
- Mahmoud (10/5): - Perfect location
- Vorrink (7/5): Good - No breakfast Staff super helpful and nice.
Hotel could use an update. It’s functional but old.
Too pricey for what you get but what can you say..
it’s Salone del Mobile week..
- Madalin (8/5): Very good -
- Alona (8/5): Everything was good . But situation with wi fi it’s BOT so good . I can’t work . It’s very strange nowadays haven’t Norm - Location is super Situation with WiFi is totally bad!
- Mary (6/5): - Tucked away in an odd area, though near the train station. Questionable safe. Many branches of police station led in front of the station. Hotel located a couple blocks away on the backside. Not great maybe, traveling solo, at nighttime. And limited amenities.
- Judith (5/5): Functional. Did what it said on the packet! - Close to station Very hot
- Stephen (8/5): We will be staying here again. - This is the 2nd time i stayed here and we had the same room. Nice place and very close to the train station and metro. Lack of charging points in room.
- Sharon (10/5): Perfect 1 night stay - Superb location literally 2 minutes from the Central station. The area was vibrant and surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants. A great 30 minute stroll to the centre of Milan.
- Farianty (7/5): Good - Location is so good Quite old builing
No drinking water in the room.
- Jill (10/5): Great location would certainly recommend - Very handy location close to station Nothing
- Maryna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kohleen (7/5): Good - Location Wifi
- Megan (6/5): - The room was spacious and soundproof but the aircon was not great. The shower could only be used as a handheld which was inconvenient and it leaked onto the bathroom floor. The cleaning staff were great! The location is super convenient to the station and centrale mercato however it definitely felt a bit unsafe at night.
- Gary (8/5): - Great location to jump on a train. We found the hotel to meet our needs and it’s less than a 5 minute walk with luggage to the Central Station.
- Margaret (2/5): Terrible - Location to train station Staff, room and breakfast
- Mark (8/5): Excellent location, excellent value, friendly hosts. - Excellent location, excellent value, friendly hosts. I cannot complain but I am forced to say something to close the review.
- Allen (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (6/5): Good location for transportation needs and clean. - Nothing special for thé breakfast, however it was priced fairly. Location was good for early departure by train or shuttle to airports. Air conditioning did not cool adequately. Shower was small and door did not stay closed all the way while showering. No body lotion.
- Shamim (8/5): Old hotel near central station - Staff, location and service Not good value for money
- ashutosh (6/5): - no frill property - but ac was not working properly. but given its location willing to overlook this blemish

- Bill (10/5): Excellent hotel close to Milano Centrale - We had our flights cancelled by British Airways due to an IT problem, so we made last minutes reservations. Hotel Albert (Laura) was able to give us a room at 10;30am. This was much appreciated since we had not slept much due to getting up at 2:30am when our flights were cancelled to rearrange new flights. The room was large and comfortable Beds were very comfortable and king size. Desk was large. There were several places to put luggage. The front desk staff (24 hours) was very helpful.
