• •XII (1/5): Dirty sheets and towels , not comfortable bed and bed bugs present in the hotel - Nothing at all, there was a cup with lemon and water offered that was really dirty , kind of dangerous for all guests coming to stay in Milan. Room not at all clean Cleaning, missing items in the room as soap, tiny room advertised as bigger and sheet never changed. Most shittiest hotel I have ever slept and trust me I have slept in several hotels all over around the world

• Kung (6/5): Un hôtel à peu prêt fonctionnel . Plutôt 3 étoiles. - La salle de bain est spacieuse. Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel pour le check-in, le réceptionniste de nuit a exigé de conserver notre carte de crédit à titre de garantie — une demande qui dépasse largement les conditions contractuelles de notre réservation effectuée via Booking.com. Face à notre refus, il s'est montré agressif et irascible, puis a réclamé 100 € en espèces, que nous avons également déclinés. Cette pratique semble récurrente avec les clients et s'apparente, à mon sens, à une tentative d'arnaque caractérisée. Par ailleurs, la climatisation est hors service : elle ne diffuse que de l'air chaud, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement inconfortable. À éviter absolument en été. Honnêtement on peut trouver mieux comme hôtel 4 étoiles à Milan et éviter le mauvais accueil. Les photos de l’hôtel sont plus belles que la réalité.

• Thomas (7/5): Gute Anbindung. Zwischen Zentrum und Milano Zentrale - Einfach zu finden, sauber, guter Standard. Zuvorkommender Staff. Das Bett war schon bequem aber zu kurz, mit 184cm musste ich schon ganz oben am Kopfende mich pressen damit meine Füsse raushängen. Draussen ist in der Nacht laut (mit offenem Fenster) Wir haben um 2te Karte gebetten, haben eine bekommen die nicht funktionierte, auch nicht nach Reklamation, dann war uns zu bunt und haben es gelassen (nur 2 Nächte)

Well connected and a convenient base for exploring Milan. The heating and cooling didn’t work, and the bathroom ventilation was also not functioning. The shower cabin was quite small.

• Mark (6/5): Considering the price, it’s worth looking for better options. - The room is below average in quality. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but not much more. The bed and linens were clean, and the room had everything listed in the description. One of the towels had gray stains. The sink showed signs of previous use. Part of the shower fixture was broken. There was no handle for the shutter. It was quite noisy in the mornings — you could clearly hear people in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Couldn’t move shower head up and down. Thermostat didn’t always work. No access to kettle. Other guests were noisy either past 10pm or before 7am. The area the hotel is located doesn’t seem safe and is far from the centre.

• Moura (5/5): - A acomodação do quarto tem camas confortáveis, quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Limpeza impecável. Pontos negativos, o quarto fica em uma área Praticamente fora do hotel, entra por um portão onde não há funcionários. Não tem acesso ao hotel, só se sair na rua. Não tem interfone, meus filhos pediram lanche e tiveram que sair na rua até a portaria para buscar, pois não há um acesso por dentro. Não tem cofre. Foi apenas 01 noite, porém meus filhos tiveram que tomar banho gelado, pois acabou a água quente do boiler. Não havia cobertor e o quarto estava gelado. O espaço é excelente, mas deixou a desejar.

The hotel attempted to charge me 500 EUR for a bedside table that was already poorly maintained and appeared to have been previously fixed with glue. This was clearly not damage caused by us. The situation became very stressful as we were asked to leave the hotel at night before our check-out date, despite traveling with children. We were not allowed to leave unless we paid, and a staff member was placed at the exit to prevent us from leaving. Under pressure, we paid 100 EUR just to be able to leave. This payment was made under duress and not as an admission of responsibility. The staff were rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the manager claimed there was a camera inside the room, which is extremely concerning from a privacy perspective. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this property.

• Amanda-Jane (6/5): Good location to transport links, clean and comfortable but basic and overpriced. - The hotel was located within 10 minutes walking distance of the main train station and just a couple of minutes from nearest metro. There were also some very good nearby restaurants and bars. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but it looked nice. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the bar was never open due to lack of staff. We found this very inconvenient as this meant that you couldn't get tea/coffee or any drinks at the hotel. Although there was a mini bar in the room, it wasn't topped up, even with water. The hotel was basic but clean and served our purpose as it is nearby to Milano Centrale where we could get airport train and other links plus very close to Repubblica Metro, but was extremely expensive for what it was, but perhaps because as it was the Winter Olympics.
