- HIROTAKA (8/5): - 駅からとにかく近く、地下鉄の入口もすぐなところ。受付のみなさんは親切でフレンドリーでした。施設も清潔ではあります。 シングルルームですがかなり狭いのと、アメニティなどは最低限のものです。あと朝食は甘い系のブリオッシュやケーキは豊富でイタリア風ですが、温かい料理はあまり美味しそうなものはなかったです。

Hotel design and art displayed is edgy stunning- just what I looked forward to in being in Milan. Staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Slept very comfortably and room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Les membres du personnel sont juste OK. Pas de sourire, petit bonjour peu engageant, etc… Pourquoi être dans ce domaine si ça ne vous passionne pas.

Шведский стол отличный, персонал был внимательным и ответственно относился к гостям на завтраке. Обязательно вернёмся ещё раз Замечание не к персоналу, а к гостям отеля… ночью спать было не возможно, так как гости отеля хлопали дверьми, шумели, мешали отдыхать.

Koridorun biraz farklı kokuyor oluşunu.

- Yulia (7/5): - Хотела се намира близо до централна гара, което беше удобно за късно настаняване . Също така на 10 метра от метрото. Локацията е супер. Самия хотел е в стара сграда и няма добра шумоизолацията , чувахме телефони разговори от съседната стая. Ако искате да поспите до по-късно нямате шансове:)). От към закуската има какво да се желае, няма разнообразието , за нас нямаше проблем защото навън из улиците има много кафенета. Персоналът е дружелюбен. Стаите са много малки. Шумно .

Lugar muito bonito, quarto bom, espaçoso, tudo novo e limpo, próximo a estação central. Atendimento bom, recepcionistas atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom. Só elogios, nada a reclamar. Foi uma experiencia muito boa. Não tenho o que falar de negativo, somente elogios, nada a reclamar. Hotel Bernina foi realmente uma grata surpresa no nosso ultimo dia de viagem.

Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est fourni, et le personnel du petit-déjeuner très sympathique Le prix élevé de la chambre n'est pas en rapport avec la prestation proposée. La chambre était propre mais sans confort, et les meubles basics dignes d'un "Formule 1" et autres hôtels de passage.

Mi-a placut ca am fost aproape de mijloacele de transport: de tren, de autobuzul care ne-a adus de la aeroportul Malpensa si de cel cu care am calatorit pana la aeroportul Bergamo. Camerele nu sunt prea fancy, e genul de camera mica si curata dar cam atata, fara prea multe facilitati, fara un view frumos.

- Paul (9/5): The stay was overall a good one and would stay again due to its proximity to Centrale station. - Generally, the staff we met were friendly, and some went out of their way to help us when needed. The common areas were well presented and clean. The breakfast provided was of good quality and variety. The triple room was spacious and comfortable. Paper and plastic cups in the rooms were a little cheap. No milk/creamer provided with tea/coffee in the room. The mini-bar fridge did not work efficiently. The shower recess was quite tight. Some breakfast items ran out and were not able to be replaced.

All was excellent! I wish I had tried the breakfast to see how it is, but we left too early in the morning and it didnt make sense to include in our staying. Nothing to complain.
